Ça sent le lieu qui est sur sa fin ou qui en a arraché avec le c-19. Déco besoin rafraîchissement un peu. Toile araignée pour Halloween? Look industriel mais mal finis. Chai bon et thé Camellia comme dans les autres st Henri. Celui-ci j’y étais de passage mais j’en ferai pas mon café to be. St Henri reste des belles places selon l’emplacement on dirait.

Caution- the staff steal.
I used cafe saint Henri as a drop off point for an impromptu Lufa order, and hadn’t realized that they close at 6.
When I arrived at 6: 20pm, they were closed, so I went back the next day to pick up my organic basket that had been dropped off the day before.
I went to open my basket the employee said to me “My colleague might have pillaged your basket” and sure enough my basket (mostly non perishables) was empty.
The manager made it clear they had no intention on compensating me for the products their staff had taken.
Immortal, illegal and completely inadequate customer service.

The one time I’ve been able to get a coffee it was great. But I’m confused on the opening hours of this cafe.
2 out of the 3 times I’ve attempted to come, it’s been closed (even though opening hours are 7: 30 am apparently, and I arrived an hour afterwards). Would recommend management updates their working hours online—and on the sign outside.

Favourite spot. But please do not stop the kola-in-a-bottle (as opposed to a can) and épinette drinks!

Café excellent. Cependant, le service est souvent déficient. Le matin particulièrement, le service est très lent, aucun accueil. Ce matin, le barrista discute pendant au moins 5 minutes avec la cliente avant nous sans jamais nous saluer. Nous sommes partis.

“Bonjour” “Revenez dans 15min” (attache ses souliers). “on pourra pas on travaille dans 15 min”. Allez, par respect pour la cliente, soyez ponctuels… si vous ouvrez à 8h am. C’est pas 8h15 am. On habite dans le quartier depuis 8 ans. C’était notre café préféré pendant plusieurs années mais là, entre les croissants qui ressemblent à des semelles de chaussures et le service qui n’est pas à l’heure, autant aller au P**** à 5min sur St Laurent.

Great coffee, wonderful friendly staff and very tasty pastries. Also dog friendly. A few mornings I have been in I have witnessed them giving a local homeless man free hot drinks when the weather was colder. Big respect!
