Café Van Houtte

J'ai adoré mon expérience à ce Van Houtte. Le barista était vraiment sympathique. Il donne un excellent service, qui fait que l'expérience commence positivement. J'ai bien aimé le distributeur de dosette aussi. Il y a des variétés que je ne connaissais pas et que j'ai acheté afin de les découvrir.

This was a spontaneous stop and I thank God for that. The server was great and went out of his way. I should have tipped him better considering the service I received elsewhere.

Leurs sandwich sont très bons. La croque monsieur est réchauffé au four ce qui le rend fondant. Le latte glace citrouille était bon et pas trop sucré.
La salle est propre ainsi que les toilettes. Pas trop de monde en salle lorsque nous sommes venus autour de 15h

Very inhospitable place. The male employee, bald with beard, is Very RUDE last January 6,2023 at 2PM. I was figuring out how to order as the menu is in French, I said it in French and it seems he did not understand and he was rushing me to order and he said he doesn’t have time. They should be polite to their customers. I don’t recommend this place.

A 4h 15 pm il était déjà fermer je ne peut commenter, Tiguidou et j'y suis jamais aller mais une chose que je sais, il est très fréquenté et beaucoup de monde de haute classe y entre, alors cela veut dire, très bon et à recommander, c'est Tiguidou!

Good coffee but the lady who works behind the counter is so rude. When I asked to use the bathroom and she insisted it's only for clients. I told her my friend who was with me was going to buy something. As i was in the bathroom she was talking to her coworker "en francais" about how people just want to use the bathroom. Little did she know me and my friend are fluent in French. When i came out she gave me the dirtiest look and i felt very uncomfortable.

There was no bilingual English /french menu, which made it hard to understand but the coffee was exactly what I needed.

Très mauvais service (serveur) très hautain, long, sale et les date de péremption ne sont pas respectées je ne recommande pas du tout. Patronne très désagréable

A1 service. Very friendly and kind staff. Passed by there for something quick and refreshing. Their iced coffee was just amazing. Thanks for the experience
