Je peux dire que j'ai eu un service totalement exceptionnel de la part de Jean-Christian Sampah. C'est le meilleur conseiller que j'ai eu. Pour ceux et celles qui souhaitent acheter une maison je le recommande fortement merci Jean-Christian pour ton incroyable service, ta gentillesse ainsi que ton écoute!

So disorganized! Every time I need to depend on any department to get something done it's very slow and very late. It took two weeks for the Caisse to call me to set up an appointment to finalize my mortgage and I was left in the waiting room for 30 mins yesterday to set up my bank account for no reason because the receptionist didn't bother coordinating. I had all of the documents e-signed so all i needed to do was go in and sign paperwork but I was left sitting in another representatives office or another 30 mins and ended up leaving the caisse with no bank card because she didn't know why the computer was acting up. It's constant chasing all of the staff to get things done - there is no customer service. You have to coordinate everything and manage the staff as a customer.
