Calforex on Peel Street has been my to-go exchange bureau for many years due to their competitive reasonable exchange rates. Excellent costumer service with Leonel. Recommend 100%.

Do not trust them to keep money until you arrive. Called at 11: 00 am and was told they had the currency I needed and they would hold it for me with my name and phone number. Arrived at 2: 40 and they had sold it all to someone else. All I
got was "sorry". Will not use them ever again.

Rates aren't good (found much better rates at RBC) and customer service is rude, unclear and drab. Teller almost went ahead with transaction without letting us know of the rates or asking for confirmation.

The staff is great! Handled a quick exchange and needed some envelopes. She was nice enough to provide some in a pinch!
