This is the worst school, administration is horrible and rude with students, they have no answers on simple questions and they don't have information on their programs that's accurate. Installation are bad too, save your money and go somewhere else.

Warning: - If you don't love your money than take admission in this college. Totally unprofessional. I applied for refund as I didn't want to take the study anymore. They took almost year to refund my fees after sending millions of emails and phone calls.and they deducted more than 1700 dollar after one year using my money and I didn't even attend a single class. Stay away from this college.

I paid 8000 tution fees last year. They send me tution tax form of only 2500. Moreover, when i emailed them to make correction, then they changed it with amount of 1400 only. Totally disappointed.

It’s the worst college i have ever got to know bcoz i got my refusal last year in November after that I put request to college for my fees refund. But they haven’t refund it yet however it’s been a year.

I dont know how the goverment allow this college to operate with so many complains about the staff and all the other things that they make, they are robbing the money of so many people that they deserve to be in jail

I believe the school is good. The staffs who I used to work with are so kind and helpful (Ms. Grace, Ms. Yoko.). I want to say thank you to them.

I do not recommend Canada College, Upon Visa refusal Canada College does not give back tuition fee. I have not received my tuition fee even after 6 months. So beware Choose good public Canadian College.

Worst college I have ever got to know. I got visa refusal in November 2021. My agent put a request for refund three times. I sent email 4 times. Unfortunately, my college fees is still with college. They guys are not answering my friends properly to whom I send for enquiry. They only know how to take money. They don't know how to refund. Worst experience.

I have studied for a year already here, although it has its ups and downs, overall I have had a great time learning, there are some teachers that show their passion to teach which makes you learn even more. The installations are always nice and clean. From the moment that I started here to now, I have seen progress and improvements with the college.

I was calling and writing them emails for 2 weeks and no body answer, I don't have even my schedule yet. I suppose to start classes in the next three days. I just arrive to Canada for study and I paid them a lot. In this moment I'm wondering if I took a bad decition choosing Canada college. This college offers interesting programs of study. The facilities are pleasant and most of the professors demonstrate excellent pedagogy, knowledge and experience in their area of teaching.

Very wrist experience. My wife study there. No cooperation. She has small baby and lives alone. But they didn’t understand her condition. Receptionist is very rude and uncooperative. No rules regulations. Make rules accordingly. Please guys beware.

Canada College is a great, I have been there for the last year and I feel like home, the academic team is wonderful, I have learnt a lot during my process.

Worst college i have ever witnessed in my whole tenure. Where to begin, they don't accept calls nor they talk nicely, last but no the least they don't have any kind of coordination. Nevertheless, they don't know where to check if we have asked for refund; however, college is best only if you wish to spoil your dreams. Hopefully god will put the latch on their gate.

I swear to god worst college. We do pay heaps of money to get into higher studies. It took very long time to get in touch with staff and they said registration will be done on other side after waiting for one hour she said that go to the other side and again we went there waiting long time. Teachers are not supportive specially for early childhood education program. They don't respect students opinion.

You don’t know who is responsible for what. Dealing with customer by responsibility avoiding. They keep referring you from an employee to another. Really want to know whom and where to complain about this college. More than three months so far and no solution. It is really strange in an educational institution in Canada.

I recommend that don’t come for studies in this college. Management is mannerless and study director don’t have any communication skills firstly, teachers don’t give proper classes to students and then fail the students one of them

Worse college. I don't want to give them even one star. My course was just for one and half year. Than extended the course for 2 years, without asking to us. Than they changed our teacher without asking us. They gave us so much problems that many of the students fail the course and didn't even got the chance to do retake. The person who is failed any course they have to pay the fees for the course that is something 800 to 1000 $. Also you have do that whole course again in the upcoming semester. If you decides to have meeting with the director. He will listen to you for sometime and than makes you confuse in your own questions. Now that we are going to finish our course in September they are saying us to extend the course to October. Majority of the students already applied their visas more than one time. We are literaaly begging them to finish our course but they are extending it as much as they can. Their is no respect for student's opinions

Some teachers are good and others don’t even know how to speak English and the registrar nora she makes the things complicated there she don’t care others feelings no one from administration also like her there is no good system

This college don’t have management and don’t listen the problem of students there is rules and regulations because if the student say something about their rights the college say they are harassing the college management and say we will suspend the student from the college and now they are extending the course of my wife 4 to 5 times and we extend our visa 3 to 4 times. So our experience with this college is so bad

The worst place for Ielts Test.
I had a computer delivered test there, the headsets was not good, the chair was not comfortable.
The keyboards are so noisy and when the writing test started keyboards sound was very high and you can not concentrate at all.
When I talked with other people, all have the same issues.
One Important thing is that the personal of the center are not honest and do not provide information correctly.
They are not responsive and no one will answer your phone or your email.
They removed my booked exam without me authorization and I had to book another one which is not good for me.
Even they don’t send me the results and I have to go there in person and take it.

Hello, is there any way to get refund from canada college, because I have been charged twice. I tried to email them couple of times, I didn’t receive any response, tried to call no response.

Worst place to book ielts exam. They took my money, didn’t send me any confirmation. I sent emails and called them and they are not even replying. What a waste of money here. Is there any way I can get refund? Suggest me.

One of my friend took admission here and he got some problem for residency and then college staff unable to help him out for their semesters
They don't treat you in proffesional way so better adviced to take colleges in ontario.

Worst experience ever in my IELTS exam.
They don’t answer phone calls nor emails, even if they did they are so rude and provide zero assistance. This center shouldn’t be certified by IELTS or idp.

I registerd IELTS test and paid the fee immediately. The college even sent me a receipt. However, the college didn't transfer my payment to IELTS, and my seat was cancelled. I sent them 5 emails since April and they haven't replied any of them. No one in this college answered my question about the refund.

I booked the IELTS test with this company. When I booked it I did it because they had a specific location that was convenient for me. However, less than a week before the test they sent an email with a new venue. This venue was 1.30 min away. The problem here is that they never warned me during the registration process that they might change the venue, if I would have known I wouldn't have booked with them. This is very unethical and misleading. They did process a refund (that I haven't received yet, they said 4-6 weeks and here I am in week 7 and no money yet), but I had to pay 85 dol for them to process it. Horrible experience DO NOT BOOK YOUR TEST HERE PLEASE!

Terrible service. Have to wait for a long time to get transcript or any other document. Students are waiting for these documents for extending their CAQ.

I had an IELTS test with them and I felt that my marks were not fair.
I sent a request to IDP for Enquiry Of Results (EOR) and I got an increase on my speaking marks. Upon their policy they should refund the EOR fees when I receive a mark change.
It has been more than 8 weeks since I received the results of my Enquiry Of Results (EOR) showing the change of my marks.
I have contacted them more than three times and every time I received the same response that I should have patience and lastly they told me it is under investigation. It is totally not acceptable to me and to anyone to wait that long to get a refund.

Great programs and reasonable prices for international students. I called Ashraf, he is very kind, cooperative, and helpful. He provided a lot of information and guidance for the admission process and requirements, programs, and courses.

I definitely don't recommend this said to be a college - whatsoever the educational service you are looking to get.
Their refund policy is ambigous and misleading. Once you process claim a refund, they claim another amount than the one mentionned on their website.
Their service is unprofessional. If you want a hastle for every step of the registration till the end, register with this 'college'.

Prices are awesome for full AEC programs. Defenitly recommend instead of a DEP. Got my life together now.
