Incompetent staff, save yourself a headache and go somewhere else - is having a long face and bad attitude part of the hiring requirements?

Been going here since 2012 for my PO Box and am very happy. The staff have always been friendly to me. All the people currently working there (Jan 2020) are awesome. The only thing I wished they would change is for them to go back to closing at 6pm instead of 5pm which would make it easier to come after work.

Excellent customer service. The two ladies that were working there this afternoon were very helpful and friendly.

I use to go there in the past. Staff was friendly until that new counter person showed up. She has no people manner and should not be allowed to work with public.

October 30 2018 12: 25pm. The store is closed when it's supposed to be open till 5pm.
I'm really disappointed! There's no indication on the door to explain why it shouldn't be open.
