KAREN is extremely racist with no compassion, no kindness, no empathy to people clients.
I am a pilot, I travel a lot, the worse customer service by Karen in CANADA. (with no exaggeration).
Thank God she will retire soon.

Horrible staff. The guy was extremely condescending about how he couldn’t do what I was asking. Instead of telling me simply “sorry we can’t do that” he had to talk down to me and say that I needed to check my attitude. Not how you talk to customers if you want service. I’d walk 5 miles to another Canada post before going here again

Horrible experience. I usually go this location because I had a great service with a guy who works there before. I went there today and a young guy was working (who I've never seen before) and he said I can leave after he gave me the receipt but he wanted send my package with an open bag. I told him to tape my bag and I complain to other coworker who was standing next to him becasue he did poor job. The old lady yelled at me and said it's not their job to tape an open bag. I'm wondering who's job is to make sure the package is sealed properly and put the right information. I've been using canada post more than 15 years now and everytime I go with an open mail or small bags, they seal it for me for safty. If it's a big package, I always tape myself at home but it was a small bag and they should tape it for service. The lady has zero service and absolutely rude, I don't know why the company keeps the rude employees. Hire good people who works efficiently, a lot of nice people looking for a job.

I’m here at the moment and there is a huge line, only one employee working and he is making small talk. I’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and will probably be here a while longer.

Service exécrable. Les employés sont désagréables, irritables et incompétents. Ils sont incapables de retracer l'envoi des colis prépayés et ils ne fournissent aucun reçu pour ce type d'envoi. Je suis venu leur demander où en était mon colis prépayé. Ils étaient incapables de me donner des informations, même approximatives, sur les délais postaux, les retards de livraison ou sur les probabilités que mon colis aient été perdu. Ils m'ont juste répondu que j'aurais du faire une photo de l'étiquette de retour. Si vous avez des colis à poster je vous recommande de passer par un autre poste Canada.

LONG waiting line. Only one staff is working (and not so efficient and lots of small talk even there’s a long waiting line). I wanted to return an amazon package but she told me it would be better if I pack a label inside the package (I never had this issue at the Canada post on PJC st cath). So 20 minutes for nothing. I eventually went to PJC and of course it wasn’t an issue at all.
