Because they said that they open at 9AM and there was no one until 9: 20 so I had to leave. This is super unorganized and frustrating

December 2021: My sister that lives in Ottawa, never received her Christmas card! I never heard back from the PO.

Aucune constance dans leurs prix. Un jour une enveloppe coute $5 à envoyer et le lendemain la même enveloppe coute 17$!
En plus on se fait charger un extra pour l'essence du transporteur! Pourquoi pas un extra sur l'air que vos livreurs respirent? !? !? !

Very unorganized! Every time my package is sent to this location it is always later returned back to the sender and I have to connect with the sender to resend the package, which takes double the time to arrive. I can never get my package delivered to my house as soon as it reaches this location. I even called Canada Post customer service and one time they couldn't track it and the other time they had said it was weird how this location in under a min decided to return my package. Because of this I always ask my package to be shipped by Purolator, and there is never an issue. If I could give this place a zero I would.

Pire service au monde! Ça fait 2 fois que j'y vais et les personnes qui sont au comptoir ne veulent juste pas travailler. La première fois les préposés ne faisaient que parler entre elles et ont les dérangeait dans leur discussion personnelle. La 2e fois la dame ne voulait juste pas offrir de service. En fait elle ne connaissait même pas les services que Poste Canada offre, j'ai du lui expliquer! Pour finir a repartir avec mes colis et mes enveloppe. Envoyer des chose à l'extérieur du pays était trop compliqué pour elle. Ouahhh! N'importe quoi!

Ils m’ont perdu plus de 5 à 7 colis et ils ne font rien pour aider. Vraiment très très très déçu

Il n y a même pas le no de téléphone sur le site pour les rejoindre. Et je reçois pas mon courrier ni coli qui est supposé avoir été livré.

Pay no attention to the one star whiners.this postal outlet is the place to go if you want great service.nothing like the Jean Coutu outlet.

Mailed a parcel paid extra for quick delivery and 3 days later parcel still not received and tracking says its in Ottawa since Wednesday poor service

I’m so tired of the never ending slew of new mail carriers CONSTANTLY losing my mail! I had the most fantastic mail man (finally) for a couple of years then he was promoted and ever since we’ve had nothing but HEADACHES if we could choose mail carriers it wouldn’t be you.
