The agent looks like working in Canada post maybe 30 years but doesn’t listen customers. I canceled my parcel. She also didn’t size package correctly. Worst experience in Canada post until now…

Canada post made the error in the price, so one week now they can't find the solution and give me my package.

The agent didn’t inform me everything. I just want to send a letter but she ended up with sending it as a registered parcel for me.

I’d rather buy a xpresspost envelope then. Worst post office I’ve ever been in.

This has got to be the best outlet that ever existed! Employees recognize you (even with a mask) and get your packages as soon as they see you and always with a friendly smile. Good job, seriously… we need more places like this.

10 min wait, then we are advised that the system is getting updated, so it will take another 15 min. System updates should be performed outside opening hours. Very bad customer service.

DON'T BOTHER PAYING MONEY TO SEND REGISTERED MAIL.

They completely scammed me after assuring me there is a signature and proof of receipt of this letter. However, it was sent to MY OWN MAILBOX instead of the office of the residential building. I downloaded the "proof of delivery" and it said no signature was required despite me PAYING FOR THIS SPECIFIC SERVICE TO GET A SIGNATURE AS PROOF OF RECEIPT.

Absolutely unacceptable! This is outrageous! This service is supposed to help people ensure their important letters are sent with proof, yet the carrier didn't even try to give it to the receptionist who was working right next to the mailroom when the letter was "delivered" (again, TO MY OWN MAILBOX). Why on Earth would I pay Canada Post to send me something I already had?

Lazy service and I am livid. This is not okay.
You need to be informing customers of your limitations, for whatever reason. Apparently this is because of the COVID-19 situation, however if I am able to sit at a restaurant, why can't the carrier get a signature from the recipient when I paid for the service? What am I paying for?

Never have been treated so rudely by a Canada Post employee before, the guy asked me to drop my prepaid package at a USPS location, United States Postal Services! How ignorant is that? I'm dropping my package and wearing a mask and respecting the safe distance, as soon as I finished, he's like go behind the plexiglass. Relax man give me a second!

Older woman (manager i presume) doesn't inspire confidence when shipping there. Odd behavior. She seems a few cans short of a six pack. What can you expect though? Any service that's tax payers funded is broken and filled with bad employees and poor service i.e. Poor healthcare, city employees (pot holes everywhere), CBC (filled with constant far left propaganda) ect.
Having said that ill go to the CP at place vertu, unbiased and fair service (depending whos working).
