Le tout sans modifier l'horaire sur le site internet.

Le service est toujours excellent à cette succursale, les choses semblent avoir changé pour le mieux! (Excepté pour la petite dame.)

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoiles, je le ferai. Cela fait plusieurs fois que j'ai eu affaire avec la petite dame pas aimable du tout, elle devrait être virée pour la façon dont elle traite les clients et ses collègues. Heureusement, je ne vient plus quand elle est la, et les autres filles qui travaillent là bas sont très aimables.

The short lady (Beatrice) is extremely passive aggressive. I don’t understand why people work in customer service if they can’t help customers. I asked her questions about the mail because I was sending my passport for the first time and she kept making passive aggressive comments like “I do this everyday, I know how to do my job”. I don’t have much knowledge about the cost of xpresspost regional mails, I told her that it’s quite expensive she kept repeating “it’s like this for everybody”. Well guess what Beatrice, 50 dollars mean different to different people. It’s not the same for everyone to spend that much money on mail. I once paid 60 dollars to send a laptop to the states using Canada post with extra money for insurance. She also told me she was closing soon when there were 40 mins left for closing. Clearly she didn’t want to help me as a customer. I am not surprised this Canada post has such bad reviews.

I read the reviews before going and was expecting awful service, but got just the opposite! I've never had to return a package before and the lovely girl working Monday 14 Aug.was very kind, patient and helpful. I was happy with my experience!

Mais voyons, ils l’ont trouvée où la madame? Elle est visiblement très malheureuse dans son emploi pour avoir une attitude aussi épouvantable.
Je dois souvent aller à la poste, cette dame est toujours méchante et arrogante. Constante dans son caractère épouvantable.
Poste Canada, faites quelque chose!

The most horrible encounter I’ve had in the past decade, the lady in the post office is soo rude and disrespectful. I had my wallet stolen on vacations; had a last passage announcement on the mail for a package so I took the only ID I had left at home (SS card with my name, plus my credit card) everything had my name. I tried explaining that I only had those identifications. She went out of her way to talk loudly so that the other customers would hear the refusal and people where actually laughing and mocking me, they didn’t know what had happened to me. But you could tell she was proud of herself by doing that. She was also horrible to her young colleague that was trying to help me. So I left went back home got an old id from my country with a photo and came back. I had to go again to her counter but I didn’t speak I just put my id on the counter and she knew what she had done, like nothing she went to get my package. I have gone a couple of times there and she abuses her position, that lady has no human skills to treat people or personnel she needs to be on the back hidden sorting mail

The postman came to our door with a delivery, why didn't he leave it at the door or try to ring the doorbell to inform us? Instead, he left a note asking us to pick it up here?

I've been to numerous Canada Post offices so far and this is the only place on the planet that makes you buy a tape from them and package and label your items yourself. Not sure why their employees are paid for, as this is clearly their duty to take care of the items that are for return.

This makes a very long queue that people have to stay in for a while. So absurd that they wanna observe the COVID measures on one hand, and they make people wait in a long line on the other hand.

Weird! The staff seems poorly-trained and unsure. Refused to do a routine service, apparently because they weren't sure how. It's the closest one to me, but I'll be avoiding it, since it's inconvenient to have to go to a second place just because the staff seemingly doesn't know what to do. Canada Post outlets are usually interchangeable, but this one has strange vibes

Every time I ship my packages here it takes a ridiculously long time. When I go to other post offices they are very fast. Whenever I go to this location they ask me for all these unnecessary things and over charge me for things I haven't paid for in other locations. All Canada posts should have standard practices.
Anyhow the thing I really dislike is the very long wait times. Whenever I come it feels like I'm there for atleast 30 mins.and everyone in line looks like they want to sit down it takes so long.lol

So bad. I use to love this place. But now it became so bad. My flexidelivery packages get rerouted to different post without my consent. Outrageous! And two new girls are just rude and act so entitled. I mean I just came to pick up parcel. She doesn't like her job it is not fault of mine. Plus none of the employees in store or online seem to know flexidelivery even exist? Seriously?

I was so happy to read that my experiences at this Post Office is shared with pretty much everyone. The "lady" manager is ABUSIVE to customers, yelling at them, berating them and condescending. I too went almost everyday for my small business but have since changed locations. Despite complaining to the manager of the store (who was told all of the above), she still remains there with her big mouth flapping at clients and coworkers. I don't know how she remains there dealing with the public and harassing her colleagues. She really needs some help.

I am sending some letters and went in for a quote. The quote was $5.57 letter mail. I then go back a few days later and the lady tells me its $10.70 because it is a parcel. It is clearly a letter and follows all the rules outlines for letter mail. I said hey wait, you just told me $5.57 and she got all mad and told me to go look on the website if I had any issues. I did, and it turns out I do pay $5.57. The lady there, the one multiple reviews mention as incompetent, refused to budge on the price. She claimed she was powerless to do anything. I went to another Post Office and had no problems. I wonder how many thousands and thousands of dollars this lady over charged people in her time there. She clearly has no love for her job and really should not be selling postage. If you go here, be sure to check the amount you should pay beforehand. It will probably save yourself a lot of money. This place should be zero stars with a warning of sender beware. Always do your own math.

This was my worst experience in a post office. The employee named Beatriz, I think her title is « Chef Comis Postal », gave the worst costumer service I ever experienced. She almost made me cry for not knowing I had to put the address on the package before getting there. She should not work with public. Extremely rude to every customer from what I saw. Never going there again. I did not know you could be humiliated by going to the post office.

The short lady staff should be fired! They deserved ZERO star.
I showed her the discount card and credit card right at the beginning when rate is checked for processing the payment. 'No' she said, pointed me to fill out the custom form first. That done and handed it back and I waited patiently for her punching the details out of curtesy. Because she used to shush me and to snap at me with a reluctant look and tone of voice if I ask her question while she was working. In the entire waiting my hand was holding both cards at the counter top showing toward her with the discount card on top of the credit card. Finally I got the chance to ask to process the discount along with the payment; she refused and said too late to redo the discount and claimed its only save me a few cents. WHAT? It is CA$75.15 ship cost and a 5% discount would give me a CA$3.xx back!
She refused and asked me to leave! While just before my place earlier she spent 15 mins helping another customer in great detail and effort on deciding which envelop to use at counter!

Hey! Why didn't you ask the customer to make up her mind on the envelop before showing up at post office? ! WHY! BUT YOU CHOSE to chit chat with her the entire time explaining her different sizes and type of envelop and their costs while the queue stacked up with seven waiting customers. If you two are buddies and knew each other, go somewhere else for that!

But with me you CHEATED and took money from me, brushed me off and asked me to leave! Har!

It is not the first time this short lady staff being rude and with double standard practice. I moved back living in Montreal in this neighborhood for 6 years and I have been sucking up with her since thinking might be I was over sensitive. Only until today when she literally duped my MONEY and HELL NO! That's it. It is a criminal offense! Last April I still remembered, I went there to post a mail while my one leg was in cast, she literally shushed me snapped at me repeatedly to stand back at least 6 feet away from counter before touching my mail.but not with the customer before or after me! They were leaning close to the counter and she SAID NOTHING!

CANADA POST when will you finally get serious to these racist STAFF? !

Use Canada Post Snap Ship and print your label online. Then all you have to do is drop it off, minimal interaction with staff. Still gets lowest rating possible as the opening hours are always wrong. It’s closed on Sundays.

Short lady who looks like a PUG.needs to be fired ASAP. Not sure who made her queen but having to actually seek out another postal outlet because this person is a NIGHTMARE to deal with. Hey Managers re you LISTENING?

Lady working the Monday to Friday morning shift is extremely rude and prejudiced. She's very helpful when I go to mail items but very rude when my wife, who is Asian, goes. She will literally be next in line and the employee doesn't acknowledge her or share a greeting until my wife actively says, "Can I please get some help? " She's answers questions with flat no's without any explanation. She throws her packages around. Terrible, terrible experience and hiring decision by Canada Post to have this employee representing you. This employee needs both customer service and cultural sensitivity training asap. In the meantime, we'll be taking our business elsewhere.

The manager is an extremely rude woman. I have shipped well over 3000 packages for my small business and while this is the closest CP outlet for me, I absolutely refuse to ship my items there. She flat out LIES insisting that I need to provide my telephone number in order to ship a package to the US. This is categorically wrong. Unfortunately if I have a package or letter to be picked up, this is my default pick up location. She goes out of her way to "make herself" busy when it is my turn to be served.disappearing in the back.going around the counter to clean up, etc.this lady needs to be reprimanded for her bad behaviour. Shame on you.
