Canada Post

I called the post office to inquire about a mail. The lady that was at the phone responded to me quite sternly. I felt like they did not want to help and it was my problem that I had an issue with my mail. They did not bother to tell me what was going on on and instead left me waiting with all the background noise while still being in the call. After all, I hung up and called again. They were supposedly "too busy" to check in their system (They should have told me from the start instead of leaving me hanging), and then they told me to call back later.

La personne qui travaille là (dans ses soixantaine avec les cheveux blonds, porte des lunettes) semble toujours de detester son emploi. Elle projète ses propres frustrations auprès des clients et ne prenne aucune démarche pour résoudre des problèmes. J'ai eu la malchance de toujours l'avoir quand je me présente et c'est toujours une expérience désagréable et longue. Elle proclame que ça fait 13 ans qu'elle travaille là, ce qui me surprend considérant qu'elle semble de recevoir beaucoup de commentaires négatifs sur son travail.

The lady working in this branch told me that Post Canada has stopped shipping to foreign countries! Which is not true I've posted my package from another branch. I think she hates her work in here.

Lady refused my packages because it wasent done by internet before. First time in my life that they diden't want to take my parcels. Don't go there they don't want to work. We are too much trouble.

Le personnel aurait besoin d'une intervention. Pire service à la clientèle et j'appuie mes mots. Claire a tout fait pour nous humilier, mon conjoint et moi, en raison de questionnements et d'informations supposément fausses (obtenues le matin-même par une autre employée au téléphone). Une contradiction qui m'a fait perdre mon temps et mes nerfs. En espérant que ce commentaire aidera à changer la situation pour ne plus que cela se reproduise. Très désolant.

Service vraiment pas bien. Mme au service a la clientèle très très très lent et énervant au service.

Could give a zero, of possible. The workers are not trained. Every time I try to use their service it's a deception.

Le personnel au comptoir est vraiment pas agréable. Au mieux pas souriant ni aidant au pire condescendant, limite insultant. J'en suis au point de faire demi tour et revenir plus tard quand je vois que certaines préposées sont là.
