Canada Post

J'ai eu plusieurs expériences négatives avec la dame qui travaille depuis quelques semaines ou mois au comptoir de Poste Canada. Jamais elle ne m'a servie et n'a pas été rude. J'aimerais que mes colis soient envoyés dans un autre centre tellement elle est désagréable. Ce soir, elle a tenté d'humilier une femme (qui soit dit en passant était enceinte) devant toutes les personnes en file pour une raison obscure. Du jamais vu.

Le service est pas mal (je trouve que les autres avis sont durs) mais ça serait vraiment important qu’il y ait une bine de recyclage quelque part en magasin ou même à l’extérieur. On est en 2023.
Update: On me répond qu'il y a une bine de recyclage derrière. Cependant c'est une bine de vidanges. Bon à savoir quand même.merci pour l'info.

Vraiment déçu du service au comptoir post Canada, il ya une dame grosse qui a la peau noire, elle n'est pas compétences, elle ne sait pas la bonne manière de parler avec les clients. Elle m'a pas pu m'aider. Je suis vous recommande pas d'y aller.
J'aimerai vraiment parler avec un responsable pour que je prends plainte contre elle mais malheureusement aucun/e responsable n'était présent. Elle est nulle au service à la clientèle.

J’ai demandé un envoi avec une signature à la livraison et il y a eu une erreur, aucune signature n’a été demandé! TRÈS DÉSOLANT! Et en effet attente interminable…

Please stop trying to force me to fill in the customs online. I find it unnecessary to duplicate my efforts at home with my packages, just to streamline the process at the post office. Not only does this method fail to make things faster, but the tool's design is flawed, if you do not enter a phone number, for example, and hit review, it deletes all previously entered data, forcing me to start over. I do not have time to deal with this poorly designed technology. I DREAD this post office because of this and the insistence I do it online. I feel like I'm being treated as a major inconvenience every time I come in, even if I have waited for 30 minutes in a line like everyone else. Until this tool is mandatory, I will not be using it. I kindly request that you allow me to mail my items and help me in person.

Horaire d’ouverture pas à jour, le préposé fermé 4 h plus taux! Navrant lorsqu’on se déplace à pied avec des colis!

I understand that most of the bad reviews are because of the waiting time. But not the service!

I just received the best Canada post service here. There were other people served at the same time without a long lineup. The shop atmosphere is friendly with very helpful staff.

9 out of 10 times i am freed within 5 minutes. I don’t know which line these other reviewers are talking about. I do e-commerce so have to go there atleast twice a week. Staff is professional and does what they are are supposed to do.
