The driver never calls and just leaves the notice. Happened thrice! When I went to take the package they said to come tomorrow. Why didn’t you call me in the first place? Is it my responsibility to come and pick the package? Filing a formal complaint!

It was my first time sending a letter and the lady there explained everything to me, she was very kind! Thanks

I had an exceptional customer service experience with an employee named Dudley. He went above and beyond! Simplified my shipping needs. And did it all with a smile! Good on Canada Post for choosing such great employees!

Good service, but i wish they were open an hour earlier some days or at least 10 to 7 on Wednesdays OR Thursdays for 'regular' working 9to5 people its difficult to pick up a box.
