DO NOT ORDER, THEY SCAM YOU!
I ordered a compatible toner and received a wrong toner. When I called Canada Toner, a man answered and after I explained that I received a wrong toner, the man yelled at me telling me I ordered the wrong one. I even explained that on their website, the compatible toner has a picture of a wrong toner. He continued to yell that it was just a different angle.
Very poor service, and even poorer communication to say the least.

Thought I'd give them a try, and NOPE! Back to 123ink.ca i go.

Rony was very helpful in resolving the problem with my HP printer. I received the replacement ink cartridges in two days - so the inconvenience was minimized. I will happily continue to buy ink cartridges from Canada Toner for both of my HP printers.

I recently had an issue with cartridges purchased 1.5 years ago. They were not registering in my HP6978 printer. John was wonderful in assisting me. There was a link to repair the issue but wasn't suitable for my operating system so he sent me a new set that would work.he offered the fastest shipping option available for my area and was absolutely wonderful to deal with. I appreciate good customer service and this situation has made me a loyal Canada Toner customer.

Never had a problem with their ink. The cartridges work great in my HP 4620 and for much less $$ than HP

My ink cartridge didn't work in my printer because of an firmware update. Your customer service helped right away. Since we could fix it right away they sent me new ink asap. I received it in 2 days and everything is working great. The best customer service I have ever received.

Canada Toner is the best name brand alternative out there. Their cartridges are perfect. Never any issues and the cost considerably less. I would also swear I get more printed pages per cartridge too.

A perfect service wish I could give more than 100% for satisfaction. I only ordered these from you yesterday and they arrived today. They work perfectly in my printer and over 50% cheaper than the branded ones so I’m even happier.
