Harcèlement pur et simple. Plus de 10 appels chaque semaine pour offrir vos services. On a beau vous dire de nous enlever de votre liste d'appel, ça ne cesse jamais et ça dure depuis DES semaines. Quel manque de respect et de professionnalisme.

J ai perdu des heures au téléphone car je pouvais bénéficier d une « promotion ».
Ce qui c est avéré faux, une vendeur de tapis aurait meilleur comportement et méthode.

Aller voir des vrais compagnies comme clover ou global!

FRAAAAUUUUD! Stay Away I have never dealt with worse company! This is not a fair business- it is a fraud. Don't give them your account number! Their 30 days trial period is a lie. That company should be closed.

I politely declined their services and they called back several times just asking if I was the business owner and hang up immediately.
I'm trying to find a way to file a complaint.

Buyer, be aware that this is a very unprofessional company. They are misleading you to make you sign the contract. We ended up paying way more on credit card fees than ever before. We have closed the account.

Very bad experiences, they send me email there is a charge for each transaction but they didn't explain me there is a charge more for rent of appliances more expensive than Clover that i have and i sent them five times email no body follow up, i don't recommended at all,

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. In the beginning, they were very good and the deal was more than wonderful. After a month, they started putting additional expenses of more than $200 per month, and they did not respond to my calls to cancel these fees, and when I asked to cancel the account, they began to procrastinate for more. A month ago, I made more than 25 calls until my request was accepted. I do not advise anyone to deal with them.

We are a small restaurant that was contacted by this company. They have continued to harass us after being told "no". The sales person, Adam Hill, has been a NIGHTMARE. He is the rudest person my staff, my partners, or myself have ever dealt with. We will never, NEVER consider this company.

Continuous calls to our business line, after repeated requests not to be contacted. A menace. Cold calls without accountability are very unprofessional.

Had a horrific experience with a sales agent. His name was Adam Hill, he had called my boss a week prior and she had told him she wasn''t interested. After re-iterating that to him on the phone he became very aggressive, pushy and abusive. He tried to intimidate me to get my boss on the phone, trying to be sly about what he was calling for, telling me he knew she was there and I had to put her on the phone. It was very rude, ineffective and we've never even tried the product. What a way to get us to buy it? Immediately distrustful of this company!

I don't normally post negative reviews online but I am incredibly disturbed by the phone call that I just encountered. On Friday morning while I was in meetings my phone rang 8 times in a row. There is no reason for anyone to call that many times without leaving a voicemail.

When I connected with Adam this morning (Tuesday) he spoke to me in an arrogant tone, knocked my current POS provider, argued with me, and talked over me. While I was trying to say "I'm not interested in switching right now, I appreciate your phone call. " HE HUNG UP ON ME. I wouldn't EVER do business with this company. You never scream at your potential clients over the phone. Never.

Will not take no. Will not stop calling. Have asked TWICE to be put on their do not call list and they argue about it.

1st negative review i have posted in my life - RUN! Don't walk away from this company. High pressure sales in the peak of my busy season from Adam - kept calling even after I told him to try again in my slower season. Won't take no for an answer. Very deceptive tactics - the rates promised are not the rates given. Stated no terms (then turns out it is a long term lease). Is an online application that once signed they check boxes that were not checked at the time of signing.offered to buy out my previous contract with another company - once i cancelled and asked them to honor - will only pay the cancellation penalty (not the lease that was the discussion point when signing up)

Trying to talk to anyone is virtually impossible and the few times I have talked with someone it is always a different person so you have to repeat everything for the umpteenth time. No response to phone calls, no response to emails (what happened to the great customer service that was promised?)

So shady - this has been my single biggest regret in my years of business - nothing but shameful!

Politely declined their services. That should have been the end of it. Instead, received a phone call and a hang up from a very rude "Robyn". Had she not been rude, this review wouldn't be written.

If you want to sell a prodcut how about teaching your so called sales staff to NOT call their potential clients unintelligent when they are told the potential client is not interested! We will never do business with your company and you've been told this many times yet you keep calling. Your reviews are awful and your staff are rude that doesn't make anyone want to deal with you.

Have been trying to get ahold of a sales rep to set up a merchant account for at least 3 weeks. No one calls back. Is this a sign of how they do business?

The bitter salesman who does the cold calls should find a new job. He made numerous rude and insulting comments to me. I will never do business with Canadian POS Corp.

We are a small business in Canada. We were approached by Canadian POS to try/test the Poynt system. We were assured we could cancel within 30 days. Despite multiple efforts to cancel within the 30 day period, we are now being told that we are stuck in a contract charging us $50/ a month for a service and product we don't use. Next steps will involve our attorney.
