Le commis ne trouve pas les produits pourtant indiqués en stock sur l'application (impossible de mettre la main dessus dans l'entrepôt), j'ai dû commander en ligne et les retirer le lendemain au ramassage casier.

Attente de 3 heures pour changement de pneus seulement AVEC rendez-vous un 18 décembre! Déçue et grosse perte de mon temps!

Incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience at the Canadian Tire Auto Centre. I recently brought my car in due to an issue with my muffler making a loud noise. I elected to also have my oil changed at the same time. I dropped my car off on a Friday evening and was told they wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday to which I said there was no problem at all. On Saturday, I received a call saying that a wire had been loose, that everything had been completed with my car and it was ready to be picked up. I was so impressed and happy that it was ready ahead of schedule and arranged for a drive from a family member to pick up my car. As soon as I left the parking lot, I realized my car was still making the very loud noise that I had dropped it off for. I immediately brought it back and asked if they could clarify what they had fixed. They then proceeded to get incredibly rude and defensive towards me saying that I was told it would not be ready until Monday. I then asked why I would have been called saying that my car was complete and ready with the repairs complete. They then continued to be incredibly condescending and blame me. Eventually, they somewhat apologized for telling me that the car was ready as they had not yet looked at the muffler. I left my car again for them to look at. On Monday, I received a call that they had looked at my car. The woman who called me told me about the issue with the muffler. I asked if that was everything and the woman began to laugh and list off the number of things that needed to be fixed with my car: suspension, alignment, spark plugs, axles, brakes. As my car had been driving perfectly (apart from the noise from the muffler), I refused these services to get another opinion. I am so very glad that I did as the other opinions I have received have indicated my car is in excellent shape and not at all needing these repairs. I will never be returning to the Canadian Tire Auto Centre and will be sure to tell others of this experience.

Je trouve que c'est difficile circuler dans les Canadian tire en général. Mais on trouve presque tout ce qu'on cherche.

This is the worst Canadian Tire store I have ever been to! I think their inventory is never up to date on online, so it seems they often cancel your online order which had happened to me, so expect to be disappointed. Most of their staff were kids who were running around in confusion and couldn’t answer a simple question. I still couldn’t believe how this store was managed so badly! Night and day difference between this one and Ottawa Canadian Tire centres!

A lot of choices, however you cannot check the prices, any of the computers are working, you have to check with a person

The tire service is the worst experience I’ve had at a Canadian Tire. No ownership of mistakes and leave you with a bitter taste in your mouth. Highly don’t recommend going to this place. Went to change my battery and tires abs ended up being worse than when I came in and they wouldn’t fix the issue or offer a discount.

RIDICULEMENT ENCOMBRÉ! Je ne peu même pas concevoir quiconque puisse tolérer plus de 15 minutes dans ce foutoir bordélique. Si leur but était de faire un minimum d’argent en faisant fuir leur clients le plus vite possible… mission accomplie.

Je suis arrivé excité comme un petit garçon dans l’idée de dépenser environ 600$, 5 minutes plus tard je suis sorti enragé sans avoir dépensé un seul sous.

Si vous voulez être dans le commerce de détail et que vous vous demandez comment minimiser au maximum votre profit temps/client et profit au pied carré… allez voir le zoo qu’est le Canadian Tire du Plateau vous allez savoir exactement comment arriver à vos fins.

Brought my car in to get my tires changed and for an oil change. So let's just say I won't be going back.

Went here because I saw an item on sale.
They had 6 in stock. I couldnt find it in the aisle. Asked for an employee to help me find it. They coulnt find it and asked someone to look for it in the back. I got no reponse and they just left. Made an order for pickup in the store. Big waste of my time.

Nous avons trouvé ce que nous cherchions, mais le magasin présente trop de produits pour l'espace disponible. Le personnel n'est pas toujours suffisant pour faire face au volume de clients.

We found what we were looking for, but the store offers too many products for the space available. The personnel is not always sufficient for the number of clients.

The store has become a nightmare to shop in. The ailes are so narrow that you have a hard time getting a shopping basket through them. There are stacks of products everywhere. Unpleasant to try and maneuver through the store. I will drive the extra mile and go to the one near the Casino.

J'aime être à l'intérieure de ce canadien tire je me sans comme si je suis chez-moi et ça me rapelle le les bons momemt que j'ai eu dans leur vielle emplacement.

Il y a de l'aide partous dans le magasin.

Magasin tellement en désordre. Toujours trop de matériels dans les allées. S'en est difficile de se promener dans les allées avec son panier. Souvent on doit changer de couloir pour faire place a un autre client.

Bref, ça fait plus de un an. Je pense que la covid a sans doute ses défis, mais après tout ce temps, c'est rendu une mauvaise excuse d'une simple mauvaise gestion du plancher.

Excellent service de la part de ces jeunes qui servent le soir. Je croyais que les meilleurs étaient les plus âgés le jour. Erreur: les jeunes aident aussi. Il y a de l'avenir pour Canadian Tire.

Worst experience at an auto shop ever. Going for an oil change and a deflated tire. It took them 90 minutes to tell me that my tire was not fixable and the oil change was not even done. I will never go back there.

Les allées sont très encombrées, il est difficile de circuler parfois. C'est quand même Canadian Tire, on trouve tout plein de trucs!

I would give negative stars if possible. Rude young blonde girl after cash stopping me to check my PURSE.not a backpack. Forced herself and looked into my PERSONAL bag, which last I checked, to carry a wallet to buy things in your store is necessary, and not to be stopped to check. Don’t make people feel like that if you want them to return and give any more business.

Si vous le pouvez, faites le detour et allez a la succursale de hull ou allez au Rona à coté. Ce CT offre le pire service a la clientèle jamais vu. La plupart des employés (incluant les gérants) sont rude et incompétants. Le magasin est toujours en bordel avec de la marchandise placée un peu partout dans les allées, ce qui empêche souvent de circuler avec un chariot. Les items sont soit en rupture de stock ou placé au mauvais endroit, meme quand on vérifie en ligne avant de faire le déplacement. Lorsque l'ont fini par trouver un employé pour nous aider, soit ils disparaissent dans l'entrepôt pendant de très longues minutes ou ils disent simplement "je sais pas" ou "allez voir la bas".

It never seems to be a pleasant experience. Either stuff is not in stock or not in the same place as the last time you went. If you know where in the store the item is you’re looking for, you’re in and out. But if you have to ask any questions, it’s always seem to be a hassle. I was in line today and the person ahead of me left frustrated after trying to get a price match. After 15 mins of trying to verify the price, he ended up leaving in a huff. I was also trying to get a price match. It would have honestly been faster to drive 10 minutes farther and buy the item at the other store. Took about 15 minutes to do the price match for myself as well. I’ll go to the Plateau Canadian Tire in a pinch. But if I have a choice, I’ll drive to Ottawa and go to one of the Canadian Tire’s there just to avoid the frustration.

Grabbed what I needed. Stock said there were 7 left of item, but only 3 were there and not in the right aisle, but its their 99th bday, so its understandable!

Es ce normal un rendez vous à 9.00 am je reçoit l estimé à 10.00 am je signe pour le travail que je demande il me dit 2 heures j attend dans la salle d attente 13.35 pm toujours pas fini je demande à la personne au comptoir si je vais être sorti pour 2.30 pm encore 2 heures à 2heures et 30 d attente imaginé c est quoi ce service

Les inventaires ne sont pas à jour si vous vous fiez à l'application de votre téléphone intelligent. On cherche pour rien, c'est choquant.

Je trouve toujours ce que je recherche dans ce Canadian Tire dans Gatineau, à chaque produit que je ne trouvait pas dans un autre CT (Buck, Gatineau, Hull), je le retrouvais dans celui du Plateau! Service très efficace pour les commandes en ligne! Merci!

Pire garage!
Jai payé 750$ pour changer les freins, l'auto s'est mis a claqué a toute les petite bosses. Jai amener la voiture a un autre garage, ils m'ont confirmé que c'était lié a la job de frein fait chez Canadian tire, quand jai ramener la voiture chez Canadian tire pour qu'ils corrigent leur mauvaise job, je me suis fait dire je cite:
Notre job de frein à été bien fait, si un autre garage te dis le contraire, c'est sa parole contre la nôtre, et m'ont envoyé promener sans corriger pes travail qui a été map fait

I guess I am confused as to why this store has had an entire pandemic to get cleaned up, shelves stocked and yet it looks like a flea market. Stems from poor management and it trickles to the other employees. I was looking for a part for my grill. I asked a gentleman to help me as the site said 32 in stock. He checked his machine and it confirmed 32. There was zero stocked on the shelf and the gentleman proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t be able to find it in the back because there is no set system things are just everywhere and I would be waiting awhile. This store use to be top notch. Pretty disappointing.

Not sure about this place, asked for 4 replacement tires for my car but salesman telling me we can't get this tires (Continental) trying to sell me some other brand

J'ai achete un produit qui n'avait pas le bon prix affiche. Me font niaiser 15min a attendre un commis qui ne vient jamais. Assez penible comme experience aujd.

Grand magasin, beaucoup de choix de marchandise et grand stationnement. Par contre se basant sur mon expérience le service à la clientèle n'est pas à la hauteur, difficile de faire un RETOUR (expliquer plusieurs fois au préposé) je dois parler avec le gérant en plus (Martin) et négocier pour obtenir un remboursement d'un article qui ne fonctionne pas correctement pour la 2eme fois que je reviens pour le changer. J'irai magasiner à d'autres enseignes la prochaine fois pour une meilleurs expérience.

This location has a greater available inventory than other places, but feels crowded. It is hard to find what you are looking for. The staff is hit and miss, some are great, others are just disgruntled.

Store is jammed full of junk. The store is so tightly packed with random products that you can't even get a cart through much of it. There's barely enough room to squeeze by someone if they're standing in an aisle. Definitely no social distancing here.

De loin le pire Canadian Tire que j'ai jamais été. Le magasin est dans un désordre pas possible, les employés se contre fiche de sa clientèle et certaines allées sont limite dangereuse. Je songe sérieusement faire une plaintre pour santé et sécurité.

Tellement décevant aller la etk a maniwaki, le même produit trouvé a demi prix chez un compétiteur, j ai pas acheté a cause que il y avait des sandales en spécial sauf la grandeur 7 aucune annonce qui l indiquait allors tous ce qui avait dans mon panier a resté la un compétiteur a reçu mon 237 $ dollars bravo CT

Worst Canadian Tire in Gatineau. If you find stock online don't even bother. Employee won't even search because inventory is a mess. They will just say don't know where it is or just say that they don't have any in stock (stock error).

Forgot it if you are in a wheelchair! All the aisles are jam packed of inventory crates and boxes everywhere.

Employee have no pride, don't care.

No wonder why Amazon is taking over.

Très déçue, le magasin est en désordre, difficile de circuler dans les allées et même parfois impossible d’entrer dans certaines allées et de trouver ce que nous cherchons. Il est impossible de respecter le 2 mètres de distanciation tellement le plancher est chargé.

Également au niveau du centre jardins, très mal organisé, aucun panier accessible à l’extérieur, une file interminable dans l’allée où ont veux magasiner des plantes… J’ai finalement été chez un compétiteur.

J’espère que le magasin s’améliora rapidement, car il y aura une perte de la clientèle. Pour moi en résumé, égal magasinage désagréable. Vraiment désolée pour ce mauvais avis, mais je crois qu’il est important de nommer les choses.

Store is unbelievably messy! Stocks are not even close to be accurate. It indicated they had 9 life vests, but impossible to find in store even when asking to an employee.

Cannot find anything, store is messy. I do not recommend at all.

Today, I needed my car fixed because the engine light was on plus the battery was almost dead. I went and they looked at my car. I paid the money, then they gave me an estimate which was overcharging me by a lot. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’m not satisfied with there service anymore.

Ma pire expérience a vie. J’ai fait l’achat d’une chaise de bureau à ce magasin, j’ai choisi l’option ramassage en bordure du magasin. Puisque la chaise arrive démonter alors nous devons la monté pour savoir si elle est confortable, le magasin ayant pas de démo. Celle-ci est très inconfortable donc je décide de la retourner pour soit en prendre une autre ou encore me faire rembourser. Ma surprise a été que la politique de ce magasin est aucun remboursement si vous avez assemblé la chaise. Ma question comment savoir si elle est confortable sans la monté au préalable. Le commis m’a dit d’acheter une autre chaise et de la tester, chose que j’ai refuser car j’aurais été pris avec deux chaise monté sans pouvoir les retourner. Une politique totalement ridicule de cette entreprise. Je viens juste de parler au service a la clientèle sur cette politique, et la dame ma dit que cette politique est dans toute les Canadien Tire et qu'il y a rien a faire sauf peut-être de parler au directeur afin d'avoir une exception. En conclusion avant de faire des achat dans cette entreprise prendre en considération que si sa marche pas vous êtes pris avec votre problème. A réfléchir avant d'acheté a cette endroit.

Unprofessional service: after 1 oil and winter tire rotation we had to go back bc of leaking oil and repetitive tire flats. (On brand new tires) They denied that they damaged the oil filter casing and tires. Now i have to wait 10 days to get an appointment to get all this fixed at another mechanic + pay all the extra costs ourselves. Terrible service. They did Not even apologise.

Très décevant. Je desirais acheter une boîte de jardinage. J'ai vérifié préalablement si il y en avait en stock. L'application CT disait qu'il y en avait 9 de disponibles. Allée 92. Bon. Le magasin est bondé. Aucune mesure de distanciation n'est respectée. Le magasin semble bien au delà de sa capacité. Les marchandises sont pêle-mêle dans les allées. Certaines sont bloquées tellement il y en a. Je finis par trouver un commis lui demandant de bien vouloir me prendre une boîte sur l'etalage d'en haut. Son escabot est bien trop petit. Après un essai plutôt sommaire de trouver la boite avec le bon code, il demande à une collègue où peut bien se trouver l'article. Elle n'a pas le temps. "Va voir en arrière. " Il y a tellement peu d'espace que certaines marchandises demeurent dans le conteneur à l'extérieur. Il revient une quinzaine de minutes plus tard - après s'être fait interrompre une demi-douzaine de fois par des clients, qui comme moi, ne s'y retrouve plus dans ce fouillis - pour me dire: "On n'en a plus". Right. Vraiment terrible ce magasin.

Le magazin est très embarrassé et mal propre, les employés semble perdus car c'est pas bien organisé, je ne retournerai pas, je vais aller sur la Carrière ou a Ottawa sur Merivale

Be careful, there mechanics are really not experienced, they screwed me up on an oil change by leaving an oil leak on my care after doing an oil change in their store. The problem is that they denied the damage their technician did and I ended up buying another mechanic to fix it.

Le centre auto canadien tire du plateau à Gatineau, c’est des amateurs, je ne ferai plus confiance a donner ma voiture. Je suis venu 3 fois pour le même problème dans l’espace de 1 semaine à chaque fois il me charge au tour de 1000$ pour le même problème et quand j’ai demandé des explications le gestionnaire monsieur Jason étais très agressive avec moi.

Good selection on items but staff lacks knowledge on everything especially in the automotive department. 3 times i ordered parts and 3 times they were the wrong ones.

Batterie de voiture achetée récemment. Garantie 4 ans. Ne fonctionne pas bien. On me charge $40 pour la tester. C'est bien un défaut de batterie. Mais je n'ai pas ma facture avec moi. Pourtant leur ordinateur indique que j'ai bien acheté la batterie et l'ai fait changer chez eux. Je reviens avec la facture papier et le gérant me demande plus de $100 plus taxes pour faire tester et s'assurer que ce n'est pas un composant électrique de mon véhicule qui fait perdre la charge a ma batterie. Bien sur, tout est a ma charge. Le gérant est excellent pour protéger les intérêts du propriétaire. Pas de frais pour eux.juste pour moi. Mais ils ne me reverront plus chez eux et c'est des milliers de dollars que le propriétaire vient de perdre (mes dépenses chez eux dans la dernière année)! Très mauvais jugement ce gérant!

This review is only for the retail store and not for the garage. It takes an exceptionally good or bad experience to inspire me to write a review of a store, but this particular Canadian Tire offered me more than one of the exceptionally bad variety. The customer service staff and online pickup order reps were just plain rude on three separate occasions. For example, my online order was visibly broken when I went to pick it up, so I politely asked if I could have one that wasn’t broken. I was told that it was the only one in stock and to “take it or leave it”. On other occasions I felt seriously disrespected by staff at the store to the point where I now avoid this Canadian Tire location entirely. That being said, this is just my opinion, and maybe your experience would be different.

They did a wheel alignment on my car and nothing on the paperwork says anything about the actual work that was performed on the wheels, like angle corrections etc. It only says wheel alignment check.
