Zero professionalisme, Des menteurs, le directeur me fait une offre pour une aspirateur shark deja en liquidation, parce qu'elle est sans boite.j'ai accepté l'offre.apres a la caisse ils me disent que c'est pas possible, de la vendre a ce prix.j'ai parler avec le directeur, il me dit il y a une a saint laurent a ce prix de liquidation, je peut te la vendre a ce meme prix. N'importe quoi, il m'a perdu mon temps, et meme pas il s'est excusé.

Convient location with ample parking. It's great when they have sales, there are good deals. Helpful staff. Beware of the auto center, tho, depending on the mechanic you get, car repairs may have issues and pricy for no reason. Wouldn't recommend them, I had issues with them on several occasions and then I stopped going.

They just care about money, I went yesterday there for replace transmission fluid, the employee advised me to do transmission inspection, I agreed and 10 minutes later they called " your car is ready". When I get there, I asked them about the diagnosis they literally said " we aren't professional in transmission, it's an internal problem, it's better to go to the transmission CR garage"
The problem is, I paid them 133$ for nothing
How could you make the inspection for something when you are not professional?

I love Canadian Tire and I never met anyone who said they didn't. I could spend hours and hours because I enjoy the atmosphere, the store is clean and I didn't have a difficult time finding a salesperson, unfortunately I didn't get her name but she helped me choose a hand held steamer and I love it.hopefully when I return I'll get her name.she had a very nice accent.store followes Covid rules and regulations.

Le personnel est très peu connaisseur de leur département.j ai posé des questions a deux employés sans qu' ils puissent me renseigner correctement.dans plusieurs sections du magasin les tablettes sont pas mal vide, il y manque d inventaire ou les employés ne les ont pas remplies.dur a dire mais des sections manquent définitivement de produits. Ce n est pas la meilleure expérience de Canadian tire pour moi. Tres grand stationnement pour facilité votre magasinage.

Just now the chain had the audacity to relay a question to me from a shopper about the AC I bought at this store. I wrote a respectful and accurate response about my terrible experience trying to get my money back after lugging the heavy machine home and installing it, only to find it didn't work, even waiting a day in case the refrigerant needed to settle. (And then lugging it back, of course.)

They had no others in any Montreal area store, yet they wouldn't give me a refund. The store manager eventually yelled at me, pointing at a sign stating no refunds on ACs, a sign I could not have seen since I ordered it online! But then, when have you ever met a CT manager who cared for the customers over policies? He didn't even think about how difficult it was for me to carry such a heavy object back and forth (I'm 66)!

Idi$ts. If they hadn't intruded into my life just now with that stupid question about the length of the cord (I mean, isn't that THEIR job to answer such questions?), I wouldn't be so p$ssed off enough to write this scathing review.

NEVER BUY AN APPLIANCE FROM CANADIAN THIEVES!

The garage section is pretty good. So is the garden center with cheap plants and veggies which have a very good quality. However the fishing supplies are less than adequate alot of products are not stocked.

Was really fantastic to go here when we were looking for bikes. The two ladies that helped us were super patient and helpful with answering all of our questions and taking the bikes down

Took a little while to wait for an employee who worked in the sporting section. But once there was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately the product that was said to be in stock wasn't actually in stock.

I came to the store to hand in an ID verification form for a Canadian Tire Mastercard. They have not faxed the form even though I dropped it off nearly a week ago, so now I have to wait for CT to mail me a new form and then I have to go to the store again (I'm handicapped so this isn't easy) and get them to check my ID and maybe fax it this time?

This is not great service. I've also been trying to call them all day and got a call back with no voicemail and now no one has answered the last 12 times I've called.

My spouse went to return an automobile cover he had purchased the week before at this store #67 on Saint Anne De Bellevue. When my husband got the cover out of its box and tried it on our vehicle it was not a good fit and we decided to return it and get a refund.

But when he went to the Canadian Tire store to do just that with the receipt in his hand, a store customer service clerk didnt know what to do with an item out of its box when returned. The car cover was huge and we tried our best to get it in that small box at home to no avail.

That first clerk went to see a more experienced Ms know it all called Diana to seek guidance. They switched places and now we are dealing with Diana who is telling us we wont get a refund and only a store credit will be given. My husband says he was miffed and completely offended by this approach and asked them to show him where on the bill of sale it says that a store credit would apply to this situation. Diana then shows my husband a fine print on bottom of their bill in French which allegedly says that all returned items must be in original condition. My husband did not see any change in the condition of the cover, it was brand spanking new like day 1 except that it was out of the box. My spouse is elderly, has several medical issues and neck pain. Despite all that Diana tells him to go out of the store and pit the cover in its box then come back. In attempting to do that, my husband did all he could to roll and neatly fold that gargantuan cover trying to push it back into an intact box during which process the box got ripped and now is even worse that before and we have a torn box on our hands.

When my husband went back into the store and shows Diana the rolled and folded cover with a torn box she still refused to comply and only wanted to issue a store credit.

When my husband asked for The Canadian Tire's corporate address Diana refused to give it and told him we only have the phone number. My husband then asked to see the supervisor named Stephane. Stephane shows up as though nothing had happened and still they all looked inert and neutral without any form of trying to resolve the issue and simply argued with the customer in this case my spouse in their own favor. My husband had told Diana he spoke no French and advised her that Canada is a bilinguall country and both language must be shown on receipts for these tricky fine print and details. Diana said this is Quebec and you must know French.

To cut the story short, Diana and stephane were not only not helping my husband but also were argumentative with him and tried to weasel out their way into winning the refund policy in their favor by forcing my husband to pack up a huge car cover so they can rest and have a nice relaxed day of work during their shift.

Is this the type of training Canadian Tire offers to its staff?
For them to be rude, force an elderly man to roll a huge car cover before it is refunded fully? And once it has been rolled and all things done properly she still refused to honor her word and did not give him the full refund.

We are baffled by the training the Canadian Tire staff have received. We are totally dismayed and disappointed and try to stay away from all Canadian Tire stores altogether. Home Depot seems to be doing a better job these days...

One of the worst customer service representatives (Garage) that i've met. I used to go to this Canadian Tire before (6-7 years ago) to get my maintenance done. The team back then were amazing. I used to even work at that Canadian Tire and we used to threat clients with respect. This year both of my visits were a nuisance. The girl at the service counter is really rude, she doesn't even explain in detail what is wrong with the car or anything. To top it all off, they never answer their phone. At least the work on the car was properly done!

Just bought a patio set from them. They couldn't be more helpful. When they saw that it wouldn't fit in my car, Giovanni and a co worker took everything out of the boxes and stuffed it into every nook and cranny they could, saving me the delivery fee. Thanks again, guys

This location doesn't seem to have a 'Mark's Work Warehouse' (l'Equippeur) work clothes section.but, as with all Canadian Tire stores, you'll otherwise feel like you've died and gone to heaven!

Like most CT locations items cannot be found where the website says that they're located. Few employees are on the floor to help. My visit was a complete waste of time.

To make an appointment with their auto service I ended up having to drive all the way to the store. Because no one answered the phone, no option to leave a message and no possibility to make online appointments. When I asked the receptionist at the auto service about that, they cold-bloodedly said they're short staffed and that's why they didn't answer the phone!

Always get what i need plus more and if its not available the day you shop there i guarantee it will be there the next day thats how consistent that establishment is, happy shopping there guys

2020 Changed my tires to brand new ones. End up with 2 slow leak. Came back 3 times to fix the bad tire installation. They couldn't fix it. Went to a small garage and it is now fixed.
2021 tire pressure to 40psi instead of 33,1tire is slow leaking. Appointment at 3pm for titres, done at 5h30. Incompetency.

I would give "zero" stars if I could. I went shopping there today with my friend looking for some baking products. I picked up a Sunbeam electric mixer, a Lagostina bundt pan and a large plastic cake protector. However the bundt pan had no price on it.not even a cardboard panel.and it was the only one on the display shelf. My friend and I searched for a salesperson to help us with the price but couldn't find anyone. We finally decided to go to the cash assuming we could find out the price there. However we were greeted with MAJOR attitude by the cashier who literally gave us a lecture, admonishing us and telling us that "the number one rule" (direct quote) we should have known was to look for someone on the floor to help us as he can't find out prices (as if this was the most ridiculous concept in the world). He repeated this a few times, clearly VERY unhappy with us until he finally decided to call someone for a price check. How rude! No customer service skills whatsoever. He made us feel as if we should apologize! My friend and I were shocked as we had been very polite with this fellow but were treated like we were a major inconvenience in his day. I don't know his name but he was tall with a beard. I decided to leave everything there so assuming the pan was about $30, that is a sale of about $80 (before tax) lost because of your employee. Very disappointing. I wish I had asked for the manager on the spot but I just wanted to get out of there.

I AM CHANGING MY REVIEW FROM ONE STAR TO FIVE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING: THE QUICK RESPONSE FROM CDN TIRE ASKING ME TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE FACT THAT THERE WAS NO WAIT TIME TO GET THROUGH TODAY, AND FINALLY THE LOVELY CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED BY JESSICA, WHO TOOK THE TIME TO HEAR MY STORY, EXPRESS IMMEDIATE EMPATHY, OFFER ME ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND VALIDATION, AND PROVIDE A MORE THAN SATISFACTORY SOLUTION. SHE HAD ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS THE CASHIER LACKED. AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT AND A CREDIT TO THE COMPANY. THANK YOU, CANADIAN TIRE, FOR MAKING THIS RIGHT. Sue.

Second appointment at the auto center. 1st one went smoothly. Second one: allignment. Call at 9, get an appointment for 1pm. Show up on time. They tell me allignments can take up to two hours to do. Wait. 3pm check on car. Just see it put up on the jack for the first time. Person I spoke to said they didn't know if they had just started the work or not then avoided me. Continued to be ignored while standing at the counter for 30 minutes (so far). Did I have an appointment for 1pm or did I only secure the privledge to wait?

Zero service à la clientèle. Le superviseur du garage (c'était écrit sur sa chemise) me dit qu'il ne peut pas me prendre car il a des rendez-vous toute la journée. Il me suggère d'aller au Canadian Tire de Lasalle qui eux sont normalement sans rendez-vous. Je peux parfaitement comprendre ça, mais quand je lui demande le numéro pour ne pas me déplacer pour rien avec un véhicule potentiellement dangereux, il me dit de regarder moi même sur internet car ils ont le wifi gratuit.

Poor auto service department. I waited 2 weeks for a set of summer tires and I finally got tires of waiting so I went to the store location just to find out they didnt even order my tires.after 2 weeks you think they'd get their act together. NOT RELIABLE

Well organized, clean and helpful staff. It helps using the canadian tire application on your phone as it helps you quickly find your items in the aisles as it tells you where it is located.

Don't get your car serviced here and they will pressure sell you into buying products and services you DONT need for your car. Exercise caution when going to the garage.
