I could give this rating a higher star, but the employees that work here are not very knowledgeable about the store it's self, when you ask for help, the employees never have an answer or they do not where products are because "it is not my section".

Très content de voir qu'ils ont gardé a l'emploi une femme avec de grave brûlures au visage comme caissière ce qui démontre leur côté HUMAIN.

Inventory numbers on the CT website vs what was actually in the store (i.e, zero) has been frustratingly and consistently off for the 3 times I have checked in the past 2 months at 4 different stores (one of which was this store 45 minutes away whose inventory claimed to have 10 items in stock)! I'd recommend you call ahead to confirm stock amounts before wasting your time, energy and fuel.but, hey, isn't that the whole point of online inventory info on the website? C'mon, Canadian Tire, can you please improve how your stores track internal stock amounts vs your website?

Correct, propre et personnelle courtoie par contre leur connaissances de leurs propres produits laisse a desirer.
Mon indiquer par 2 fois quil navait pas des produit que je demandait et je lai ai trouver quelque ranger plus loin. Mais selon eux, ils navait pas ca en magasin
1 =produit antimoustique pour enfant
2= refile pour eloigner les moustiques qui se vend jyste a coter des boites anti moustique.
Selon le commis canadian tire ne vend pas ses 2 items pourtant jai trouver les 2 items a quelques ranger plus loins.

Aujourd'hui s'il y avait un zero à mettre nous aurions un gagnant. J'ai contacté le service des pièces, on m'a demandé de patienter afin de terminer avec un client au comptoir. 55 minites plus tard je suis toujours en attente. On a déposé le téléphone sur le comptoir et j'ai pu entendre la personne répondre à plus de 12 personnes et ce sans me revenir. J'ai appelé le service auto afin qu'il puisse l'aviser. J'ai bien entendu la Dame l'aviser et sa seule réponse était je le sais. J'attends toujours et ma patience est à sa limite.

It is what you woulx expect from any hardware centric store, got stuff for sport, yard work, bbq, etc the list is endless

If it was possible I would leave a 0 starts review on this one. Absolutely disgusting, rude and unacceptable behavior from the staff towards me. Me being a regular customer of this store for many years, this was the worst experience ever.
On 2021/05/30 I came with my wife to this Canadian Tire looking for an outdoor chair. After browsing for a bit, I was able to find the one that I liked and what I thought for a good price. However, when I brought it to the cash register, I was told it was around 60$CAD. I politely explained to cashier that the displayed price for this model is 22.99$ CAD. I thought as per Consumer Protection Act the item had to be sold to me for that price or at least discounted. I was sent me back to the shelf for the price verification with the floor clerk. Over there, the floor clerk, in a very rude and aggressive form, started arguing with me and taking off the price labels and claiming it to be not the store's mistake for wrong pricing of the product. He started telling me maybe it was another customer misplacing it. However, it was a huge heavy box on the upper shelf, so I could not possibly imagine how could that happen. I tried to explain to the clerk that I thought the price was 22.99$ CAD and I should get for that price, but he was relentless. I decided to stop trying to prove my point to this employee and just leave the store. I think that this Canadian Tire employee's behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate. I was extremally disappointed with this situation.

Never have what I need out of stock 80% of the time. Hard to find service people they look at you like they are lost don't know what your looking for.

I like this store because alot of the workers speak English and so far I have always found what I wanted to buy. The staff are nice.

Je suis allée échanger une lame de tondeuse car meme si jai apporté le model avec moi ils se sont trompé 3 fois, la fille a la caisse pour les échanges m'a répondu en disant mot par mot: désolée on n'a pas du monde qualifié car cest juste des étudiants alors on peut pas vous aider.es tu serieuse? Elle a meme pas fait son possible pour trouver quelqu'un qui pourrait connaitre cela. ça démontre à quel point le service est pourri allez dans un autre canadian tire mais avec du monde plus "qualifié"
Petit update chez Rona aucun problème pour rembourser une lame de tondeuse fini canadian tire pour moi

Went to the store on Wednesday May 5th, 2021 at 8: 05. The garden center wasn't ready yet and I was invited to continue shopping for other items in the meantime. I got want I needed until I went to get a 59.00$ angle grinder. It was locked behind a steel cage. I asked a passing employee for it and she told me to go to the counter because she didn't have the key. I go to the front counter and the lady told me I had to go at the paint counter.

The lady at the front counter told me to go back at the angle grinder ally and she'd send someone. I meet the gentleman and he said he couldn't give me the 59.00$ angle grinder unless I was ready to go at the cash. I told him that I was waiting to the garden to finishing opening up. He told me to come back when I was ready to go at yes cash.

I told him that I didn't want the item anymore and left the store to continue my shopping at Rona where I wasn't treated like someone who would potentially steal an angle grinder. You lost a client.

Nous avons été chanceux nous avons eu un service courtois et rapide une dame qui a bou de souffle qui terminait son corps de travail a pris le temps de bien nous informer et répondre à nos questions avec beaucoup de patience et d' amabilité merci à l'équipe du saisonnier pour cette belle expérience en magasin.

So it’s a Friday (May 14) at 7: 30, and there are 19 customers waiting to pay and leave (line goes around the corner not visible on pic). There is ONE cash open (cash number 1 at the help centre). It takes one irate client to point this out and voila three other cash registered are opened. This should have been addressed proactively NOT re-actively by someone in charge. Poor or non existent management. THIS HAPPENS VERY FREQUENTLY.

Don't go here for propane refill unless you have time to waste, i waited 20 mins for someone to show up and ended up getting my money back instead

Très bon service du jeune homme (Danian) qui m'a servi. Très polis et professionnel il a pris le temps de m'aider. Bravo.

Très beau magasin avec un très grand choux de marchandises qui plaisent aux hommes sans oublier d'y amener votre conjointe qui sera aussi ravie des produits pour la maison. Toujours pleins de gros spéciaux, vaut vraiment la peine de suivre le circulaire hebdomadaire les économies sont extraordinaires. Ils ont aussi une carte de crédit qui accumule des dollars échangeables en magasin. De plus ils ont des succursales un peu partout. Un vrai plaisir d'y magasiner. ️️️

Just came to this store today to buy a box of Windshield Washer Fluid (specific: Rain-X ClearView De-Icer), as it showed available here when I checked online. I couldn’t find them on the shelf. So I asked the lady staff at the automobile department. She told me to wait as she wanted to talk to the manager to find them for me. Waited half an hour by the counter. No problem on that though.

Meanwhile a guy from the same counter asked me why I was standing there, and I explained. He was extremely rude to begin with, and said something in French angrily, simply because I wasn’t able to speak with him in French. A five year old can speculate what he said. If the manger of this location happens to see this review, please make sure you train your staffs not to racially profile the customers just because they are new here or don’t speak fluent French. So disappointed by this act.

Aussi grand qu'un parking; tu dois savoir ce que tu veux parce qu sinon ça va te coûter cher.
Ne pas être un acheteur compulsif pour magasiner au Canadian Tire.

Clean and well stocked store. Hardware, car parts, home furniture, sports equipment and seasonal articles. Friendly and helpful staff. Restrooms and free parking.

Propre et bien rempli. Employés connaissent leur stock et sont disponibles. Toilettes, stationnement gratuit

Sauf à trois endroits ou j'ai dû chercher un commis à cause de manque d'étiquettes de prix

Je donne cinq étoiles pour le service pour l'auto car Robert Bouchard est exceptionnel. Il m'a donné un excellent service et fut très efficace. Ceci étant dit, les autres employés semblent changer à un rythme rapide et ne sont pas qualifiés ce qui ne les empechent pas de vous faire perdre votre temps en vous donnant n'importe quelle réponse. Conclusion: demandez Robert Bouchard et dites que c'est moi qui vous envoie!

C'est un Canadian Tire comme les autres. Côté produits je veux dire. Les gens sont sympas et j'ai plus souvent à faire côté garage et ils se fendent en 4 pour faire au mieux et accomoder leur clientèle. Vraiment! Y a du beaux choix pour les trucs de Noël.
Et j'ai toujours trouvé ce que je cherchais dans leur circulaire sur les tablettes. Parking gratuit et accessible en fauteuil roulant.

Terrible attitude from the older lady at the car center. She did not give me correct information and ignored me completely after I asked another worker there the same question.

Service médiocre, jai été porté une roue pour un slowleak mercredi en début d'après-midi et on me dis qu'ils vont tenter de le faire dans la journé si je leur laisse. Mercredi soir toujours pas de retour d'appel donc je les contact et on me donne un rdv le lendemain, jeudi, a 13h. Parfait, vendredi apres midi toujours pas de nouvelle (cest une crevaison la pas une timing belt) je les rappels on me dis qu'ils ont manqué de temps la veille et nont toujours pas eu le temps mais qu'ils vont le faire dici la fin de la soiré et qu'ils me rappelleront dici la fin de la journée. Samedi matin toujours pas d'appels. J'ai été cherche ma roue et jai ete chez centre de mécanique expert just à-côtés lautre bord de la rues et ils ont reparer le slow leak sur le champs avec le plus grand des plaisirs. Ca beau etre un "gros" garage, ca roule pas dutout comme un gros garage.

J'ai fait faire un changement d'huile, quand j'ai appeler pour prendre mon rendez-vous, j'ai demander le prix total avec taxes que mon changement d'huile allais me coûter. Elle m'a confirmer qu'avec les taxes le prix total étais d'une soixantaine de dollars. Lorsqu'il a été temps que je paye pour le changement d'huile on m'a chargé 105$, je me suis abstiner avec l'employé que ce n'était pas le prix qu'on m'avait confirmer. Je trouve ce prix exagérer et illogique que l'information que j'ai eu versus en magasin soit autant différents. Plus jamais je ferai affaire avec Canadian Tire. A ce prix là j'irai directement au concessionnaire ou au Costco qui estbest moins chère pour la même qualité de service.

J'ai fait l'alignement pour ma Toyota Venza ici.je veux pas dire rien des autres mécaniciens parceque j'ai entendu que ici ils font pas bien l'alignement mais celui qui la fait pour moi cet le meilleur.ma voiture rule comme une charme.meilleur alignement jamais fait.grande merci a Carlos.tu a mon respecte.
