Je viens d'aller au Canadian tire Vaudreuil, j'avais demander d'installer mes pneus sur les jantes et de les balancer. Je suis reste et regarde le technicien travaille.le gars a installe mes pmeus sur les jantes sans lea balancer!

Pire Canadian tire que j'ai vu aucun respect pour aucun respect pour leur clientèle
Les prix affichés ne concorde pas avec les items et refusent d'appliquer la loi sur l'exactitude des prix

La collecte de commandes en ligne est vraiment bien faite

Mais la synchronisation des lumières à Vaudreuil associé au débit de circulation incroyable rend l'expérience absolument détestable et à ne plus jamais refaire: -/

Very poor service in the garage. I arrived 3 hours before closing with a flat tire and was told that they are fully booked. Work of 5 minutes, rep said will take an hour. Double deception. Canadian tire that advertise itself as no appoitment for flat tire. Avoid this store. Rude speaking girl, suggested me to try and call in tomorrow with flat tire.unbelievable.

HORRIBLE service in the auto dept, will not be returning for any kind of car service. Rest of the store is great, but the service received in the auto dept was one of the worst I’ve experienced anywhere. Don’t even know where to start…. Called a month prior to reserve new summer tires, said I would come in and pay for the tires because the first appt to change them was end April. They told me not to come in, they were reserved on my file. I called back again to confirm a couple of days later and asked for a confirmation # or something to reference and they said they said just to provide my phone # and it would be on my file. I show up for my appt and guess what…. No tires on hold and the guy at the counter “can’t do anything about it because he doesn’t know who I spoke to”. Inventory on their app showed they still had the tires in stock, but I was told that was wrong and the only thing they had were more expensive tires. Clearly this person was not going to be of any help so I just bought what they had so my tires could be changed. This wasn’t even the worst of it…. I returned to pick up my car only to have the misfortune of encountering the girl who was working behind the counter. After watching her get into screaming matches with both customers before me, I was up. She tells me she needs to close my file but at the same time she was just making a phone call. No problem, except for the fact this girl is uncapable of multi tasking. She phones someone for a quote, gets in a yelling match with them, then storms off to the garage. Once she returns, she gets on the phone again…. No one in line behind me so there would’ve been plenty of time to make a phone call once I was gone. Now going on 25 mins waiting to pick up my car and there were only 2 people in front of me when I got in line…. She finally gets off the phone only to start literally moaning & groaning because she now had work to do. We asked if we could have the keys since we had people waiting outside for us so they could get into the car. She tells us that we must go wait in line to pay first, then re-enter the store to return to the service dept to get the keys and that we need to be patient because she needs to close the file first, because the 30 mins we'd already been waiting wasn’t patient enough. Avoid this auto center at all costs!

Big improvement this year on the readily available staff to help you out. There is a pretty good selection of household items at fairly reasonable prices.

Very Disappointed. They would not match there own advertised website price on tires. I was told to order them online and return later to pickup my order. That makes no sense.
I went to another location and they had no problem selling them at the correct sale price.

I really appreciate the service here, so everything below still stands. Enjoy the shopping at this Canadian Tire. This is a good sized store and I like the set up. Prices are what the prices are, but the service at this store is the best I have experienced from any Canadian tire. The people working the floor are willing to help customers, they are polite, know their stuff and will even take you to what you are looking for. For me the management are doing something right here. Hats off and keep up the good work.

Pour ma part, j'ai reçu un très bon service. Leur messagerie par Facebook est rapide et l'employé au service à la clientèle m'a offert un service efficace, rapide et courtois.
Par contre, il serait vraiment pratique de payer avec nos cartes-cadeaux via le site web.

I went to buy a bike on December 17 and I had the best service I’ve experienced anywhere! Carla in the sports department was amazing! She was very knowledgeable and full of energy! She absolutely deserves a raise!

The people who work at this Canadian Tire are quite disrespectful, you have some good reps but they are usually new personnel.

The customer is always wrong here, even if it is a product defect or something that should be covered by CT.

Terrible experience
Went for a sale they had 1 left on demo not all peices and wanted to sell it for the same price
I felt like they laughed in my face told me if I don't like the price to come the next day to speak to manager

Malheureusement extremement deçu du service au piece attendu 45 minute pour que le commis aies chercher les morceau et reviens en disant que le produit est dans une palette donc il va me rappeller quand il va defaire la palette.tres mauvais service a la clientele ne le recommande pas, disparait longtemps pour revenir avec le fait quil na pas reellement chercher.

Way too crowded for being in a pandemic! No one at the door making sure people wash their hands. Someone came in right behind me walked right in and did not sanitize.

I went to the Canadian tire in Vaudreuil-Dorion, look for Rockwell F80 4.2A Oscillating Multi-Tool, which shows as available on line. When I get to the store, the tools specialist said there are no more but we have other to choose from. Well the one i was looking for was on special and considerable lower than the-one he suggested.

Well this is not the first time this store does this to me and I have had enough of there tricks. A store workers said this is how they get customers to come in and not always but sometime we sell them other products.

I though people should know before going to the store call for inventory.

Friendly, helpful, informative staff who served me promptly. Helped more than I expected, and always practiced COVID-19 safety.

Don't have in stock the products that says are available in their inventory again. Didn't know how the warranty works so went to the other Canadian Tire and we had all our answers and parts.

Bought a TFAL-air fryer on sale today. Last one on the shelf at 8: 30AM, 1st day of the sale. 1) They had 5 in stock before they went on sale. 2) Got home and find out the item had already been used. Cat hairs all over it with instructions to a dryer included with the device. Called management (Valerie) and they blamed COVID19 and that they do not have enough experienced staff. Brought it back to Valleyfield and exchanged it. They had 26 left in stock.

. Went there to have 4 tires changed cause I had a blown out tire and had a 5th wheel (spare) Was told that the spare rim was cracked and they would not do work even though other rims were 100%. The spare had nothing to do with the job of other 4 tires. Not customer service oriented.

Je me rends au canadian tire pres de chez moi qui me dit daller au canadian tire ou j'ai acheté mon produit.
J'appelle avant pour savoir si le probleme est bien garantie on met dit oui par telephone.
Je me rends au magasin d'achat qui est a 40 minutes de chez moi et là on me dit quil ne sait pas si cest garantie de repasser lundi! C'est une honge je vais donc devoir y aller lundi encore une fois

Cela est une honte car sur le site on stipule 1 ans de garantie piece et 5 ans pour le vélo

La pire plaçe ou tu peut aller faire réparer votre vehicules! Problème après problème fallue j’appelle l’office du conssomateur pour qui fasse quelque chose pour moi! Sinon leurs employés me riais en pleine geule quand j’etais désespérée.

Greeted at the door for a disinfectant hand spray. Inside, arrows on the floor to control the flow of customers. Quick checkout at the cash. No reason to avoid shopping!

I use these guys alot as they are a big store, 50% of the time I come away without what I'm looking for. I wonder sometimes if their polite staff were actually a bit more helpful, I would be more successful in getting what I was looking for? Shame really.
