After I told a hlpe person that I can do by myself. She look at my face tell me "No you can't do by yourself you have to wait for staff " I look at her and think this 18 girl is rude. She can say in a nicer way.
After I waiting thire 15 minutes no one show up. I go ask her in fort of return produit.
Yes off course. I was not in good mood because she not speaking with me nice before.
And Then she old me someone always there. I ask her why I don't see anybody.
Why you don't call me.
In situations customer around me looking at me and laughing.
In this case I don't care I just want my stuff and go I don't have all day waiting there.
I turned back when she tell me too waiting.
Still no body I looking and see the senior maybe manger.
I tell her the story and after 5 minutes of my story the boy just show up.

This is clearly the that teenager just blueshit me in front for every body.
To make her look good. But behind the scenes the teenager staff is blueshit.
She don't know what she is doing.
The situation happened at Sunday 2nd July at 3 pm.

They are not allowing people to buy everything in the store, as some things are deemed "inessential".
This is absolutely useless as there doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason as to how they choose was isn't essential and what is. I went in for large mason jars, which were marked off with tape as not for sale, and a set of glass storage jars were available to be bought a few shelves down. I picked up the case of mason jars and walked to the cash anyways expecting to have to be told to put them back. The cashier didn't even care. Other things available at cash also made no sense. Cleaner was for sale, but room freshener wasn't?

Everytime I have been there, the employees have been friendly and courteous. They have tried their best to help with any questions I have had. I do recommend this location.

Bottle necked every aisle for covid which forces people into close proximity opposed to spacing people out. Most canadian tires are using this "set up", this store just happens to be the worst

Good product and sales all year long. The services is good but it feels like they're is never enough staff on the floor to answer the questions.

Mauvais service. Quand tu pose une question au employé il t'envoie dans un ranger pas rapport pour finalement trouver un autre employé que lui te renvoie dans la ranger précédente. Ça va faire de jours a la balle. Puis souvent des erreurs de commence côté piece auto.

The person in sales was ready and willing to help even came with me to show me where my item was situated. The cashier was very friendly great smile. But what the heck is going on with the path to go to the cash. It is ridiculous I have never seen a path that li g in all the stores I have been. I understand with the covid virus you have to take precaution but did they think about the people with reduce mobility. It is very hard to walk all that way when you have trouble walking, I almost just left my items there and leave the store.

The pandemic has been going on long enough that the excuse of not knowing how to proceed is not acceptable. I went to this store yesterday with my 2 sons. 3/4 of the store is caution taped as non-essential. I picked out my items that were not blocked off, wood, softener salt, etc and proceeded to the cash. The young lady working the cash was trying hard but seemed very stressed. The young man standing at the end of the cash certainly wasn't helping. He had the appearance of an underage drill sergeant and certainly was not interested in smiling. (And yes it is apparent through a mask if someone has a negative face). He made a head nod toward my order as another man (likely manager) came over and went to the other end of the cash and were suspiciously eyeballing my items as they were scanned. My stomach turned and I thought o my goodness do they think one of us stole something? ! I felt like I was about to be ambushed.

All of a sudden the young man points at my already scanned clock and says "remove that". The poor young lady was so uncomfortable. It was a clock that is placed in a center display with bags of firewood. I told him it was not blocked off and he said ill make note and send someone. I said this a shop clock, is it non-essential to tell time if the Hydro goes out? He said ya it's non-essential. My boys were becoming upset so I chose to leave the store. I understand this is a difficult time for ALL but if you are going to give someone a job it needs to be trained properly. 1) not a young guy who is going to take it as a high stress security control role and make people uncomfortable when times are already difficult and 2) you need to intentionally go out of your way to try to make every experience positive. That is customer service! I also wanted to purchase a winter jacket for my son with the Christmas money he accumulated. Apparently in Canada in December this too is non-essential. I am a CT card holder and shop here a lot and will not return to this store.

AVOID AUTO SERVICE DEPARTMENT BY ALL MEANS.

My newly installed winter tires on a 2016 Toyota highlander picked a screw driver. I was told the tire is beyond repair. Behold they were more interested in telling me I need to buy new sets of 4-tires and estimates about other things I didn't come for. Ridiculous and absurd.

I got the tire repaired for just over $20 in under 20 min at Garage Pete Demers - I recommend this guy.

Won't be return to CT ever.

Well stocked shelves. We were able to purchase everything that we had planned to buy. The check out line was long but well arranged - it moved fast thanks to good planning.

Today my husband want to the mechanic of this store and was there waiting for 4 hours till close and when they finally called him it was to tell him that they didn’t do anything on the car and my husband told me they were treating him different because he spoke English and this is the Gatineau side so they obviously didn’t work on his car because of it and had him sit there all that time as a joke! This is Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting! They are very raciest and they made the por guy Waste time and his weekend! Wish i told but 0 stars!

Good store however, their way to get you to pay is by zigzagging almost to the back of the store up and around. Absolutely terrible for people with mobility issues. This is a obviously being done so they can try and get people to buy more under the guise of Covid. Shame on you!

Comme d'habitude beaucoup de palettes obstrue les allés impossible de circuler et aucun service. Ca toujours été comme une tradition dans toute leurs magasins.
