Je cherche de la peinture pour ma voiture et celui de blv pie ix sa fait 9 mois que je r3gardes pour cette couleur et jamais je suis aller sur cremazie et pafffffff trouver. Enfin très bien ranger moin de mélange et il en on a chaque fois que je suis aller merci

Je suis allé chez Canadian Tire aujourd'hui pour faire tailler quelques clés, et je dois dire que la réception était assez froide. L'employée semblait préoccupée et n'était clairement pas dans son assiette. Après avoir pris le temps de vider sa caisse, elle s'approche de moi sans aucun contact visuel et sans répondre à mon salut.

J'ai essayé d'engager une conversation pour alléger l'atmosphère et peut-être même la faire sourire. Malheureusement, ses réponses étaient courtes et peu engageantes, indiquant clairement qu'elle n'était pas d'humeur à parler. J'ai rapidement compris qu'il valait mieux ne pas insister.

Côté positif, elle a fait son travail en taillant mes clés efficacement.

J'espère sincèrement qu'elle se sentira mieux et qu'elle retrouvera son sourire.

Ah, Canadian Tire, le paradis du "Je-m'en-foutisme-du-client"! C'est toujours un plaisir de s'y rendre, car on sait qu'on sera accueilli chaleureusement.ou pas du tout. Ma dernière visite était encore plus exquise que la précédente.

Je me suis dirigé vers la caisse no 5, où un jeune homme avait l'air de croire qu'il était dans un épisode de sa série télévisée préférée, avec la caissière comme protagoniste principale. Pas de contact visuel avec moi, bien sûr. Il semblait plus intéressé par la discussion animée avec sa collègue que par le fait que j'étais là pour dépenser mon argent durement gagné.

Et puis, d'un ton monotone et dénué de toute émotion, il a finalement daigné me demander: "Vous allez payer comment? ". Ah, la magie du service client à la Canadian Tire, où les mots doux sont remplacés par une indifférence totale.

Alors, est-ce qu'il y a une culture du "Je-m'en-foutisme-du-client" chez Canadian Tire? Eh bien, disons que si l'objectif était de me faire sentir insignifiant, ils ont réussi avec brio. Une expérience mémorable, comme toujours!

Ume chose à améliorer est de pouvoir sortir sans rien acheter. Très difficile, y a pas d'endroit pour le faire. Au garage d'avoir noirci les fenêtres adonnant sur le garage à partir de l'intérieur fera en sorte que jamais je ne retournerai là.

Pendant que je payais mes achats, le caissier voulait fouiller illégalement mon sac à dos.
Lorsque j'ai refusé, son supérieur est venu me voir et il m'a menacé en me disant qu'il va devoir appeler la sécurité pour qu'ils me fouillent.
Je lui ai expliqué que la charte des droits et libertés et la constitution Canadienne me protégeait contre les fouilles illégales, mais il insistait et me bloquait le chemin vers la sortie.
J'ai finalement quitté le magasin sans rien acheter.

For the garage service. I took the car to have something changed but then my air conditioning is not working properly. They said it has nothing to do with their work but how the same day my ac doesn’t get blow cold air. They said they can check it but if it’s not their fault I have to pay.

Centre à l'auto cher qui charge pour tout. La job a été mal fait et a oublié de réinstaller une pièce, ce qui a eu pour effet d'en briser une autre et d'être obliger de revenir au garage. Heureusement ils ont fait la 2e réparation gratuitement sur la garantie.

Le reste du magasin est correct et augmente la note à 2 étoiles.

J ai grandement apprécié. A ce magasin le service client est numéro 1.quel service efficace.bravo à vos employés et un gros merci

I really don't understand why we can't rely on the inventory that is indicated for each item. When it says 1 left I can understand that it could be 0. I was looking for a specific item, said 56 left. I called first just to confirm before driving an hour to get there and I was told they had none left, the guy who went to check while I was on the phone with him confirmed it. This problem is for all Canadian Tires not just this one. What is the point of showing inventory that is left if we can't rely on it!

This is the last time I go there for Car services. The lack of skills or goodwill of employees is painfull, a simple check of my AC system should have discover the Compressor was the culprit. I ask if the Filling and changing of Valves would repair the problem 100% sure, they said yes, charge me 500$ and i stil’ dont have a working AC. The sustem hd no leaks, i had it test for free at another better garage on northshore a month ago, I told them i suspected the Compressor, but yet, Mecs that are doing this for their living cant match my Isolation skills and endup over charging me without fixing the issue. Iam filling a complain to the to « protections des consommateurs » i hate to do this, but I dont tolerate bad Mecs fixing stuff that dont need fixing, i hate it so much.
Dont go there, they dont have good employees and good mecs anymore, its a shame they used to be good, now they are a bunch of Juniors swapping parts without isolating the trouble first hand.

Delivery: This is my first experience with delivery. I asked for a delivery before noon. It's currently 13: 30 I had a hard time getting the service over the phone and still haven't received it as I write those lines. I have wasted my day waiting. Exactly what I didn't want.

C'est bien dans l'ensemble. Par moment j'y vais pour des entretiens d'auto. Le service et la proximité en ce qui me concerne. Sinon, c'est bien!

Canadian tire is like a general store. It covers the basics in diy, sport, mechanical, etc. I bought a knife set with a dresser, but it was too big for my car. So, the transaction had to be canceled. Bought the knives instead. Overall, it's a good place to get basic sporting equipment, paintball and airsoft excluded. The paintball and airsoft products won't cut it in any field. You won't find any Milwaukee or snap-on tools. These are high-end tools for specialized fields. My recommendations are stanley Brands since they served me well in my industrial mechanics days and auto mechanics.
