Canadian Tire

Very bad customer service, this is the worst Canadian Tire I have ever been to.

I recently picked a Microwave- but discovered I should ve picked another type. I went back like the 3rd day- returned the previous one, despite the fact that I already opened the Microwave I previously took and used it like one or two times, sealed removed, the customer Care lady was very nice, smiling and ready to help me. She asked me to pick what I wanted again, changed the product in with an hospitable gesture and gave me a new receipt with all documentation performed without any fracals or assault. Canadian Tire is the right place to be for all products involved. They are customacentric with high level of hospitality and experienced staff with a welcome smiles all time. I will recommend them anyday for all! They are the best!

Terrible employees. They just can’t talk to the customers. I asked 2 guys a question about a specific type of sand paper, they looked directly into my eyes, then pointed their fingers to the shelf without saying a single word. I asked them again that I couldn’t find that specific sand paper, they (again) pointed the finger at the area without saying anything. And they looked at me like “it’s so obvious, go find it yourself”. Very TOXIC environment. I never want to come back again!

Don't know why, because it's illegal, women gonin with purses and nothing. I (male) going with my backpack and they want to check my bag? Even before I buy. Also ask me after. Employees are rude and discriminate.

Le responsable derrière le comptoir est très arrogant et n’a aucun sens du service. Il est sur la défensive et quand j’ai demandé de mettre un sticker après un changement d’huile, il refuse et me répond pourquoi je viens dans son garage si je ne suis pas satisfait. Ce monsieur n’a pas sa place en contact avec les clients

Customer service there are horrible. Whenever you have an issue, the female manager come and keep giving instructions to the counter but she do not solve the the issue herself. She keeps behaving rude and the way she talks thats really really unacceptable. They overcharged me for some items and wasted my half an hour just to verify the price and they were acting like im lying. When they found the price they just gave me the extra money back which were overcharged and said nothing like nothing happened. Thats not the way customer service supposed to be. I have visited a lot of Canadian tire for past 5 years and this is the worst place and the worst manager i have ever found. Not recommended.
