J'adore ce commerce. Heureusement, on a augmenté le nombre de travailleurs pouvant nous donner du support dans la recherche d'un item.

Such a useless auto service. I went to change the battery for my car. The front desk person told first they need to do inspection to check battery and they will return inspection money if they really need to change it. After the inspection the person told me that battery needs to be changed and I did changed battery with them and they charged me for inspection as well. When I asked the guy he told me that the inspection is for something else. I never asked for any extra service. Just to change the battery they ripped my money in the name of inspection. Never recommend this store to anyone. More over they ll tell you all stupid problems for car to scare you and to rip the money from us. Never believe these guys. Never do repairs at this store. I took this inspection report to my known mechanic and he was laughing for the reasons mentioned on report. My mechanic told my car is in very good condition and nothing to do any repairs in coming future. Useless mechanics never believe them.

Hands down best Canadian Tire branch in the province! Staff is so kind, helpful, understanding and humane. I was in a tough situation missing a rim and on a spare tire at the busiest time of the year 1 hour before closing time and they went above and beyond to help me. Was able to go back home with all for tires on rims. I'm so grateful! I will definitely be back.

Comptoir des pièces… Pire endroit. J’y suis aller 3 fois et je n’ai pas eu une fois la bonne chose. À chaque fois il faut que j’y retourne parce qu’il font une erreur. Aller dans un vrai magasin de pièces automobiles vous allez être mieux servi.

Nous avons acheté chez vous des pneus d'hiver, la semaine dernière, et on nous a proposé de les changer sur place, le jour-même, parce que ''miraculeusement'', il y avait de la place. On s'est dit: Pourquoi pas?
Je vous prive des détails de ce qui s'est ensuivi et je fais un effort pour peser mes mots.
Votre ''inspection de courtoisie'' a diagnostiqué plein de ''bobos'' sur notre auto; y compris un changement urgent du carburateur. Sauf que notre auto a un injecteur.

Qu'est-ce que vous dites déjà ici, dans ce cas? ''Des crosseurs''?

J'adore se canadien tire, on trouve de tout beaucoup de produit très rare qui manque de stock. Service impeccable si besoin de quoi qu'il en a pas en avant il vont le chercher dans l'entrepôt.
Le coter chasse et pêche le monsieur qui est la super bon gars il connaît très bien c'est produit, il texplique très bien. Nous donne ses trucs et nous donne beaucoup de conseils.
J'ai préparer commande pour aller le chercher ramassage en magasin.
Le propriétaire lui même est venu nous le porter à l'auto, il s'est assuré qu'on prenait la route en toute sécurité que notre valise sont bien attaché. Super bon gars lui aussi et agréable à parler.

Service pourri pas la place pour une crevaison qui prend 15min à faire en plus personnel avachi sur le comptoir et baille va dormir le soir

Après 2500$ de facture (pneus hiver avec montage et réparations diverses), une des voitures tremble à 100km/h. Un mauvais équilibrage à l'atelier, ça arrive.
Je reprends rdv pour corriger l'équilibrage, qui m'est facturé 34$. C'est pas grand chose, mais le geste est parfaitement inapproprié. La satisfaction client s'en prend un sacré coup! Évidemment, je ne reviendrai plus.

There are a lot of items on display in this store and a lot of people coming in and out too. Soon one is not going to be able to walk around as the aisles are getting narrower.

More things locked behind doors and less staff to open said doors, followed with having to walk back an forth trying to leave because self checkout makes the alarms ring because of anti theft tags.

I don't mind self checkout, but I should not be held back from leaving because your system does not remove/disable theft tags. Which bring me to a second point were I would expect all items to work at self checkout. I and other patrons have run into the issue were we are told after waiting in line to check out item xyz does not work at these machines.you need to go with the service cash and wait there.

Please fix self checkout and remove the items locked behind doors best example lightbulbs for cars when they have anti theft tags in the cardboard.you charge more for a singal light bulb and have that one unlocked but a pair is locked I don't get it.

I will be very honest. The ceiling lights are very irritating. When you walk through the door, the blueness of the lights hurts your eyes. At first, I thought that it was just me, but then other customers walked in, and they expressed the same thing. In the end, I made my purchase and left. I couldn't walk around because of the lights.
