Canadian Tire Service - Centre Auto

It was very hard to find someone help. I needed advice to buy a jumpstarter. We were 3 customers waiting for an employee in the automotive department. One arrived after a while. He asked me what I needed and requested another employee to help me. This employee was not sure about the product I needed, just like me. So employé #2 asked employée #1 to help. Employee number one showed us the aile were the jump starters were, he was like in a rush. I asked some advice taking into consideration my car and the weather conditions during the winter. He answered briefly and that was it. Then I asked the cashier for the return policy. She told me I had 90 days to return it, but she didn't tell me there was no refund, just exchange. So I paid, and then another cashier told cashier #1, you didn't telle her there is no refund. They started arguing about what cashier# 1 said and what I understood (how does she know. Especially if she didn't tell me) anyways, it was too late, I had already paid, and the store was closing soon. Very disappointed

Cet après-midi, je suis allé magasiner pour une scie à angle coulissant et j'ai trouvé une vente sur le prix d'origine de la marque dewalt 849,99 et a été marqué à 349,93. Numéro d'article sur la signalisation 055-915-2. Lorsque je suis passé par la caisse enregistreuse, l'article n'est pas passé et la dame a parlé à son superviseur qui m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas me le vendre car le système ne le permettait pas. Il ne me l'a pas vendu ni ne m'a donné d'autres explications ni de gratification pour l'autre scie d'angle que j'ai achetée. Je suis déçu et dans une certaine mesure je crois que quelqu'un de l'entreprise aurait pu l'acheter, ils se sont rendu compte que je le portais et c'est pourquoi ils me l'ont refusé.

Mauvaise expérience, l'accueil était détestable.

Mes questions simples étaient agaçantes pour le responsable du centre auto qui me répondait "regardez sur le papier tout est écrit".
J'ai payé une inspection 115$ pour qu'on me donne un rapport avec des oublis et seulement des termes techniques en anglais incompréhensibles.

Horrible. L'angoisse totale. Même si c'était le seul garage disponible sur terre je n'y retournerais pas.

I went in there yesterday upon appointment for my Mazda.
Very good service, with a very good price, it took no time (about half an hour since I arrived) to change the oil and replace the battery.
All the staff I have dealt with were being decent and helpful as well.
Overall, it was a very nice experience.

I like it.the service guys at the auto center are great.especially one of them.i believe he's from morocco.i forgot his name was unbelievably helpful.keep up the good work.thank you.

Bad customer service, often my experience was negative over there, some of the clerks are rude, I’ll pay 100$ more and go change my tires at the dealership, thank you
