These days most customer service is pretty bad; however, my experience with Junaid A.at Cap Beast was the complete opposite. Working with Junaid was probably one of the best service experiences I've had to date. In terms of communication, details, and going that extra mile, he hit everyone of those items & then some. You can tell he actually cares for his clients & in the end that makes a very big difference. If you get to work with Junaid, you are in luck!

Unfortunately I ordered one custom hat from them and it came with blemishes and the stitching was getting undone. I contacted them asking for a partial refund or full refund and they refused. I could have gotten the same quality hat at my local mall for a third of the price.

This company is a scam. Do not use them. They take way too long to send you order. No proof, no update. Just a terrible company with terrible business practices.

Two months. No order. No contact. They have my money and there is no way to contact them at all. It seems like they have no intention of ever creating my order and they plan on keeping my money.

Ordered from them and my delivery took too long to get to me. I called them about it and was reassured my order had been slightly delayed and would arrive later in the day. This did not happen and I am so frustrated.

It's frustrating to order from them especially when you ordered only a few items and needed them for an event. I don't understand why it would take so long to deliver a few items.

Why can't you provide zero stars?

As many of my reviewers before me, my story is not much different. I ordered a cap that never came after 2 months, so I canceled the order, which was approved. However, now almost 3 months later, and still no refund, although I am told "it is coming" "it is escalated" time and time again.

Capbeast.com is a subsidiary company of the Beast Group, Inc.out of Montreal Canada and the CEO is Saad Malick. The Glassdoor page provides reviews from employees that it is a terrible place to work. The company pays to have bad reviews taken down, and employees are encouraged to lie to customers. I have reported this company to econsumer.gov for international scams and I encourage others to do the same. Maybe together this company will be better exposed.

Ordered from them in Oct. Of 2019 Jan 2020 still have not gotten.my order. Sent them 3 emails and answers assured me it was in the works. Don't order from them and expect to receive your purchase.

Scam artists. I ordered 2 hats 3 months ago. After over 2 months of waiting, I canceled the order and demanded a refund. 3 weeks later, still no refund. Just empty promises from some hack named William who keeps saying he’s “prioritized” my refund and has gone up the “chain of command. ” I think William is just some dude who runs a fraudulent company and lives in his mom’s basement. I’m going to keep bothering the hell out of these guys until I get my money back. Buyer beware

If I could rate 0 stars, I would. Ordered one hat, custom. Paid extra for express shipping etc. Did not receive it for weeks. When you email them, the send you back an automatic reply (I tested it out) UNTIL you get nasty with them. I called numerous times, I was on “hold” for the same amount of minutes every single time before being directed to an automated voicemail system. They still never called me back after I had left more than 3 messages. Emailed them again saying to cancel the order and refund me. Almost a month later, no refund, no update, nothing. This is a scam, a good one too. Hook line and sinker. DONT FALL FOR IT! Filing a dispute. This company should be shut down ASAP. Ridiculous.

I placed an order for two embroidered caps for Christmas. After numerous emails between December 2019 and March 2020, I have not gotten any caps nor my refund requested on February 11. Horrible company.

DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY. They are the worst. 6 months for a hat then they ship it to the wrong state & refuse a refund. Customer service is terrible. I bought 2 hats and received none & it seems there is no way to get the money back.

This is fake, they never delivered my order and everyday is a different excuse. Do not buy anything with them, you will lose your money. Do not trust this fake business.

They are a SCAM, do not order from! They will take your money and you will not see product or your money again. They have more excuses and empty promises than any scammer your will ever talk to. I ordered 3 hats and all I have is less money over a 6 month wait.

Very bad, been 7 months, still no Cap. Attached a photo of what they sent me for $53.00. More like Cap-Least if you ask me. Seriously don't order anything from this company. I gave them a lot of bad words on econsumer.gov, I encourage anyone else who this company has stolen time and/or money from does the same.

Seems the company is having some trouble, but eventually received my hat, and it's nice! Just keep in mind to be patient, it will take a few months. Emma, Cassie, and Luke all replied to my emails when I checked in on it (30+ emails were exchanged). They replied quickly, and were transparent with what was going on.
