Very disappointing contact. Employee came, made estimate, never called back, never responded to an inquiry.

Worst plumbing contractor in Altoona. They came to unclog a sewer line and broke off their equipment in my line. They then tried to charge me 1250 to replace a trap because they broke their equipment off in it. Had to stay in a hotel for 4 days with an infant because they would not come back to fix their own mistakes. Id recommend a store clerk over them to fix any plumbing issues buyer beware. If i could give them zero stars i would.

I have used this company in the past but contacted them over a month and a half ago to do a complete replumbing of my entire house and after numerous phone call they finally told me today after months that they are not going to give me a bid. I know patsy never did business this way they just have an I don't care or need the business.
