I found Cappino Wellness Centre, 81 Boulevard Don-Quichotte, L’Île-Perroton, on the internet. This amazing Centre really starts from reception. Abby Milray has outstanding communication skills, when speaking with patient. Extremely polite, super professional Abby is able to listen all my problems, to give a clear answer to all my different questions with real care. Abby has extraordinary social skills to build excellent relationships with patient so that you want to come back.
I called for the immediate physiotherapist’s help with my sever vertigo – no places were available on that day. But Abby called me back in 1.5 hour and invited to see one of the best physiotherapists ever I saw in my life. This is Josée Turgeon! I’ve been completely exhausted and sick. Josée was superb in explaining what has caused my condition and how to bring me back to normality. My particular words of appreciation to Josée for her successful treatment right after the first session! I was impressed with her knowledge, courtesy, efficiency.
It was also pleasing to see that this wonderful Team were happy to embrace holistic treatments (acupuncture, osteopathy, massage, kinesiology) when necessary and made informed recommendations to improve long term rehabilitation. Thank you very much to Acupuncturist Sylvain Trudel, Massotherapist Émilie Proulx, Osteopath Tomas Staskevicius. All these practitioners demonstrate excellent medical knowledge and a high degree of dexterity to treat my condition.
