Alexandre was very professional, friendly and accommodating in helping me at Procolor Cowansville. My french language skills are limited which makes my approach to service providers in the area somewhat tentative. Alexandre quickly mentioned that he speaks english and then proceeded to help me through each of several visits to Procolor over the time our vehicle was in their shop. Thank you for your kindness and for the excellent work on our vehicle.

Pire expérience à vie. Un vrai cauchemar. Tout ce que ce garage a touché a été repris. Après plus d'un an, notre assureur a accepté de reprendre la job ailleurs.

Mon assureur m'a dirigé vers cet établissement pour réparer mon camion suite à un accident. Malheureusement le travail est bâclé, ce que reconnaît l'aviseur. J'ai laissé mon camion sur place et exigé qu'on refasse les travaux. Quelle perte de temps et manque de professionnalisme de cet établissement.

Merci d'avoir rendu mon expérience simple et agréable!
Les problèmes de voiture peuvent être stressants et pénibles à gérer. Je ne savais donc pas vers qui me tourner pour obtenir de l'aide. J'y suis allé en me basant sur des avis Google et j'ai été extrêmement satisfait.
Ce que je peux dire, c'est que leur équipe a fait ma journée: ils m'ont écouté et m'ont fourni des réponses et des options justes et honnêtes.
D'après ce que je peux voir, ils prennent soin de leurs clients, quelle que soit la situation, et se soucient vraiment d'eux.
C'est le seul atelier de carrosserie où je me rendrai à partir de maintenant.

I had an amazing experience from start to finish.
Car problems can be pretty stressful and I wasn't sure where to go, who to trust. I picked them based on reviews and wasn't expecting much as they're a big name in the body shop repair field. But everyone there was super down to earth and easy to speak with.
They gave me a fair and honest assessment, taking my situation into consideration, and from what I can tell that's how they run their business.
They made my day and this is the only body repair shop I will go to from now on.
