Je suis allé chez ce carrossier pour la première fois après un délit de fuite. J'ai été reçu avec respect. On m'a fait part des réparations à faire et on m'a fixé un rendez-vous. Le travail fait sur ma voiture était formidable et la date prévue pour le retour de la voiture respectée. Le personnel est super professionnel et d'une grande gentillesse. Je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner au lieu d'aller chez mon concessionnaire ou des concurrents. La voiture de courtoisie était tout aussi impeccable. Elle était propre et récente.

I have been going to this shop for over 3 years now and love everything about this business! The team is always welcoming and super friendly, even though they have a lot of work to do

The jobs I had done on my car there has always been 10/10

Je n'ai que du positif à dire sur Carrossier ProColor LaSalle!
En commençant par le propriétaire Karim Zaidane qui est à l'écoute et qui donne le meilleur service qui soit!
Entouré d'une équipe extraordinaire je me suis sentie accompagné à travers la réparation de mon véhicule. Le travail est fait avec soin et je ne pourrai être plus heureuse!

Nothing to say except good job guys (trims and gaps like brand new). Good communication, easy to interact, well described repair job on a reasonable delay (three weeks). Asked for a sedan to accommodate the baby seat and received a 2016 forte (perfect fit).
Rien à redire excepté beau boulôt. Bonne communication, interactions faciles, description de la réparation précise, et délai raisonnable (trois semaines). J'ai demandé une berline pour le siège de bébé et j'ai reçu une forte 2016. Bon véhicule de courtoisie.

Bad service and arrogant owner. I voiced my displeasure in the poor service and they intentionally scratched the paint where they completed the repair. Avoid this business at all costs.

Il y a plusieurs entre vous qui ne sont j'aimais venu faire des travaux dans notre atelier qui s'amuse a nous critiquer négativement contenu d'une mauvais expérience d'un amis et/ou autre. Ne somme un atelier que depuis plus de 30 année de service au public et qui si nous avons des clients qui ne sont heureux c'est parce que ils ce sont créer des attente. Notre force ces justement le service a la clientèle et nous allons poursuivre avec la même vocation. Est pour ce ceux qui nous avise pas qu'il y a un problème nous pouvons pas le réglé si en référence aune réparation effectuer.merci

As for you M. MahD Mor you have two on going files with your insurance company and at that moment when appraised your vehicle on the April 2 2019 we received a response not to proceed with any repairs for now and that they will mandate someone to go see your vehicle. Please take note that your accident happened on the 23 of March 2019. Therefore there is a delay on your behalf and not ours. Also you wanted to combine another accident in the front as being done at the same time. At that moment that is what we call a false declaration. At that moment your insurance saw your vehicle on the 10th of April 2019. Upon reception of your second claim estimate we scheduled your appointment accordingly. And thus the repairs completed and your vehicle was delivered within a respected time period and that being the 9th of May. If you we disappointed we do apologize but there are procedures and regulations that are to be respected. If you cannot respect our procedure and protocol I cannot help you with your lack of understanding. We are very professional and every repair is taken seriously with out exception. Please revise your commentaries and always verify exactly what, why and who made the decision's pertaining to your file and not to always assume things to what you may think happened especially that your thinking is false. Good luck to you for your future repairs if needed and please keep in mind that you not create or have expectation so that in the end you do not disappoint yourself. And that moment the only one you have to blame is yourself.

Overall, a good experience. The repairs were efficiently performed in a reasonable amount of time, and my vehicle was returned to me spotless. My only issue was the courtesy car, which frankly was old and out of date, and very disappointing. Special thanks to Farouck at reception who went out of his way to help and explain everything to me.

I brought my car into A. M. Lasalle and the service was nothing short of excellent! Malissa answered all my questions and went above an beyond to make sure all my needs were meet. The work done to my car was very well done, I would definitely recommend A. M. Lasalle to anyone who is looking for a body shop!

Bad experience, waste my time for 1 month and even they didn't tell me. The booked repair schedule for one month after evaluation date and didn't tell while pretend they did.
When I went there to receive my repaired car the secretary did bad attitude and speak in French to her manager:
"We maybe explained him in French the evaluation date that the appointment will be 1 month later but he didn't understand", I stopped her and notice that I understood what you said and you didn't tell me anything about the 1 month. If I knew this delay, definitely I would change my garage and didn't give this chance to them to gain money via my time.
I know that usually the insurance and garage have deal with each other but this deal should keep customer happy.
By the way, all of them wasted my time 45 days from accident to repair date and it was really annoying.
Definitely I will change my insurance company and I won't deal with this garage anymore and don't suggest to anybody else.

Unbelievable work done by this establishment! Great service, great quality repairs, knowledgeable and experienced staff. An absolute go-to when it comes to repairing your vehicle. I'll never go anywhere else!

UNBELIEVABLY DISGUSTING AND UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. When i walked in, the receptionist MELISSA was eating an orange and had the juice splashing all over the papers. They forgot to take some pictures when estimating my car, asked to come back the next day (waste of my time) Once i had my repair appointment, the replacement vehicle they gave me was much older smaller and overall disgusting in comparison to my car. I had to contact insurance concerning this matter, they provided me with an Enterprise vehicle that was on its way to the garage. When i came in to give ProColor their keys back, Melissa (receptionist) was eating pasta at her work seat and first thing she did is yell: " WHY DID YOU CALL INSURANCE BEFORE COMING TO SEE ME" with her mouth full of food - DISGUSTING. I tried explaining that I'm paying money to my insurance, therefore they are my number one contact and ProColor is a third party. She kept yelling non sense and said that they are not going to be taking my car for the repair today (just because). It is understandable that they are trying to make money on the insurance but still does not give them any permission to treat customers that way. I was two hours late to work and they did not want to take my vehicle for the reparation. Just to create me more troubles she wanted to reschedule my appointment, so i come waste my time on another day. I highly do not recommend to go to this place as they will waste your time and nerves, very unprofessional team, the manager never called to apologise.

Mauvaise expérience en choisissant Pro Color.
Les deux réceptionnistes agissent non professionnellement en me disaient de payer une franchise lors de tout premier rencontre! Oubliez pas, une franchise est à payer seulement après une examen de réparation par un mécanicien et lors de la prise de véhicule deja répare! Très mécontente qu’elles me disent aussi vite que le premier visite!
Aussi, l’équipe pro color ne contacte pas leur client par rapport au processus! Il communique pas avec la compagnie d’assurance pour savoir si le client doit payer une franchise ou non, lors d’un appel de prise de rendez vous, elle m’a dit encore que je doivent payer une franchise de 500$! Excuse moi vraiment, c’esr Déjà indiqué dans la lettre de compagne d’assurance que c’esr Un délit de fuite! Enfin, elle m’a dit d’envoyer un courriel pour avoir une preuve écrite! Tellement pas de confiance et respect. Jamais retourner encore!
