We took our car here for an estimate to fix the paint damage and Selva was so good at explaining everything and we are so happy with this place. I will take my car anytime here without a second thought before going anywhere else, thank you for your professionalism and kindness Selva

La peinture est bien faite, il m’ont chargé un supplément de 2h de travail (sur une job de 3100$) pour avoir réparé 2 minis spots de rouille, si je n’acceptais pas le supplément ils allaient peinturer par-dessus. Richard est gentil, mais les gars au comptoir ça fait dur, l’évaluateur est toujours à deux cheveux de monter dans les rideaux, il chiale au comptoir contre les autres clients pendant que l’autre répond à une personne âgée qui est un peu mélangée comme si c’était le dernier des épais. 3 évènements en 3 visites…

Un petit mot pour dire que la secrétaire à l’entrée est une personne très aimable sympathique qui connaît très bien son travail avec un beau sourire j’ai bien aimé son approche avec la clientèle bravo à cette dame et bonne continuité vous êtes très compétant madame

Je trouve que j'ai eu un excellent service. Je suis de Sherbrooke et malgré tout ils m'ont praiter un char de courtoisie. À mon retour comme au départ ils nous on parler en français malgré que c'est un quartier anglais. Peux avant mon départ j'ai été rassurer sur mes craintes sur ls pare-chocs. J'ai personnellement trouver qu'ils sont spatique et professionnel, puisque ils sont en plus remplacer l'engolieveur.

Dropped off my car for an insurance claim. They did a really nice job matching the metallic lava orange paint to the rest of my car.

Employees are super nice, the car was only there for a grand total of 3 business days.

While looking through other reviews, do keep in mind that it's mostly people with bad experiences who post reviews at all for service businesses.

I was in a car accident and I was referred to this body shop by my insurance provider.

First time i showed up to pick it up, they forgot to paint my bumper, then they painted it the wrong colour white. I have a pearl white car and they painted it normal white. Upon seeing the Mistake their employee Sylvain (who was very kind and actually made me want to give this place my buisness) scheduled me for another appointment for when the master painter was back to correct the 2nd error. Even still with the two mistakes I was completely ready to continue doing business here. A little bit of a waste of time but at least they were more than willing to take care of it.

So I show up today on May 3 with my car expecting to get my bumper repainted the correct pearl white I drop off the car and I’m called within 20 minutes to come and pick it up that the owner does not want to repaint it. I show up to pick up my car and I’m told that part of the car is plastic and that it will never match properly. So i point out that on the rest of the car it still matches properly from before the accident. Syvain takes me outside to see the car for myself and again agrees with me and calls the owner.

The belligerent owner kept insisting that the one corner of the car that was a different colour was actually the correct colour even though me and one of his own employees both can see it with our eyes.

He then asked me to come inside so he could show me under a special light and I told him I don’t drive my car under a special light I can see that it’s a different colour than the rest of the car.

I don’t have a problem with mistakes everybody makes them every once in a while but the reason I will never be giving this place my business again is because I can’t stand delusional people. The sky isn’t tangerine the grass isn’t blue and you did not paint my bumper pearl white.

In Jan 2021, we changed a brand new battery for our car here at $238. In Jan 2022, three days before one year we changed the brand new battery, we could not start the car and had to use CAA service. We were told that the battery is finished.

We went back to Carrossier ProColor. They said it's not their problem because the weather is too cold. They can recharge the battery for us, but will charge $25. We refused and left.

Today (April 3,2022), we could not start the car again, because the battery was dead again.

A band new battery can last for about 5 years.

I will book a time to chang my bettery with the original dealership, and will NOT come back to Carrossier ProColor for any services anymore.

Had a collision and I was guided by my insurance to bring my car here.
I had no explanations on what they will do and what kind of parts they will use. Obviously they installed some used parts of some grade, not new ones, because this is what the insurance ask them to do.
I had to return a few times because of the poor job, still not fixed as they promised, because as explained, those are not original parts and this is normal.
If you go there you will have to leave with that poor job all the time.

Satisfied. Very Professional. Not too expensive. They took the time to explain the problem. Highly recommend.

Staff is friendly and they did a good job on our bumper repair, even fixing up some bad welds from a previous fender bender repair that was botched.

They botched the job. They were supposed to change a door and repaint the other. I doubt that they actually changed the door and the paint job was terrible. I waited 5 years to get a new car and they ruined the aesthetic of my car. I am going back so they can fix it, but I dread having to go back. I have no trust in them.

Sadly, had a collision and my insurance sent me to these guys. Extremely satisfied. They did a great job (I have high standards) and would recommend without hesitation
