Recently, my internet speed dropped significantly, but usable. I make a service ticket. They just resolved it within hrs. And also make multiple attempts to reach me to explain what was happened. This is a very good customer service

You you send back equipment that’s perfectly working fine and they charge you anyways they charged me $149 for something I returned they charged me $10 for it a cable they said they never got even though I sent it cancellation fees and they automatically charge you they don’t even give you time to pay for anything their services go down often
They change there policy’s as often as they want to they jack up prices as they please there not honest ppl not recommended unless desperate

Récemment, la vie est devenue plus chère et les dépenses ont augmenté. Je voulais changer de fournisseur, mais j'ai d'abord décidé de savoir si je pouvais ou non bénéficier d'une réduction en tant que client régulier. Il n'y avait aucun espoir! Et un miracle s'est produit: ils m'ont offert un rabais de 15$ sur le montant total (taxes incluses) pour un an! Fantastique! Je recommande à tout le monde!

They take feedback very seriously. I started their internet service a few weeks ago. It's excellent. I emailed them and gave them abouta feedback about an issue I had and they called me and took care of it. Akshiya (hope I spelled his name correctly) followed up the issue until it was solved. Thank you very much.

J'ai un forfait à 40 mbs depuis quelques années. Aucune augmentation de tarif et la vitesse est toujours respectée.
Suite à la tornade du 13 juillet dernier, le service à été interrompu pour la première fois.
J'ai téléphoné. Et devinez quoi? Une responsable m'a répondu immédiatement. Pas de message enregistré. J'ai parlé à une personne sur le champ. La réparation a été effectuée tel que prévu.
Service hors pair.

Worst company ever. The internet is super instable and even tough you hired 50 Mb you get max 20 Mb all the time. FIND SOMETHING ELSE. I only stayed with them for 3 days. The support service is even worse.

I am very satisfied with this company and It is the best ISB that I've ever had in Montreal, they are professional, the speed is good and great customer service.last but not least reasonable price.

Dans l'ensemble un bon rapport qualité-prix pour moi. J'ai eu deux trois coupures très momentanées en plusieurs mois d'utilisation. Je trouve toujours quelqu'un au bout du fil assez rapidement si je téléphone et ils font ce qu'il peuvent pour aider. Dans mon cas la seule fois où j'ai eu un vrai problème c'était le technicien Bell qui avait mal fait l'installation (dixit le second technicien qui m'a rebranché sur la bonne boite à l’extérieur de mon appart lol). Forfait: 50/10 illimité pour 30 dollars sans mauvaise surprise (j'ai juste du mal à avoir les valeurs promises ou un bon ping dans mes jeux, mais c'est quand même bien suffisant - 40M descendant c'est largement suffisant pour une personne).

Rien a signaler, que de bon service, connexion stable, frais d'intenet imbattable meme avec 15 mega de débit, je suis heureux d'être avec cette compagnie.

I'll give my honest opinion about their service:
-Very fast shipping for the modem, also the installation date for my ADSL service was scheduled very fast, they use Bell lines so it depends on Bell for installation appointments. Didn't pay anything for installation or shipping.
- Technical service, not very effective but here again, they really depend on Bell, and of course the giant will not make small compagnie's lives easier by no mean.
-Speed: Its very fast and most of the time (like 95%) it maintains decent speeds depending on your subscription. I did not notice throttling and its really unlimited.
- Overall, i don't have complaints, they are getting the job done and no one can beat that price, and I looked everywhere!

AWFUL SERVICE.they have THREE numbers to call them, all 3 of which do not even work. Every time I call the numbers, the phone hangs up. My internet has been down for a full day now and I cant even get help. Guys, dont waste your time to save a dollar. Stick to VIDEOTRON or BELL. Customer service is MUCH better. Also, the reps dont even speak proper english. This is based in Toronto? MORE LIKE BANGLADESH

Good experience with Carry Telecom. Customer service have people who can speak English, French and Chinese to answer your questions. I have used Carry Telecom for more than half a year without any problem. Kind of stable internet speed. I would like recommend you to try Carry Telecom.

The only company that could deliver me an internet even though, all companies told that the cables in my area were so weak. I really do appreciate Carry Telecom.

I have switched over from Teksavvy To Carrytel and been with them for 7 months so far and no complaints. I was skeptical at first due to some reviews but with no fees for installation, free modem along cheapest pricing and 1 month free - I decided To give it a go. The speed is good, even if i live in a more "rural" area in the Eastern Townships (which many companies dont go to). I pay only 20$/month for 15mbps high speed unlimited download when i used to pay double that with Teksavvy for 6mbps! I wish they offered this service To other more rural areas so I could enjoy carrytel internet at an affordable price at my cottage!

Straightforward service & pricing. They have been very correct on everything, the opposite of how ISP/telecom services operate. Connection has been solid all year, but it started to experience some drops in June/July (Montreal area).

Price is decent. Customer service was good when I called to choose a plan, and network so far has been stable. When it cuts, they have timely updates about the network status on their website. Been with Carrytel for around 2 years.

DO NOT DO IT! Its a scam company. Bad/No Internet. Humiliating rude customer service. Zero technical support! From the first day after installation I got no internet/interrupted line. I tried everything, calling technical support many times, changing the modem at their office in Montreal etc. Nothing worked. Now they refuse to reimburse me the activation fees! Thieves!

I guess it’s name should be changed to Shametel. If they say 50mbps, you might be lucky to have 50kbps!

Great customer service, prompt to answer phone and send a tech. They call back to follow-up on install and service. 4 stars because the tech who install ed the internet the first time around messed up my bell phone line. Fixed now. Recommend.

I am very satisfied with this company. There is no initial fees for installation. Also the modem is for free. Even the customer service are very helpful and available. The speed is good, and the most important thing is the price is incredible, i pay only 25 CAD/month for high speed unlimited download!

Internet speed is ok depending on the way bell intaller intall your line mine is 50/50 but my big dissapointment is that they don t offer promo to reduce the price for old client to get new promo for reduce price you have to be new client or cancel your service for 3 month then reply to be consider as new clientel
