Great ambience and wide variety of tables and machines. The restaurant on the 2nd floor also offers a delicious array of meals to make the losses hurt a tad less.

Toujours un bel endroit où se divertir et prendre un bon repas. Le Banco en soirée a une belle ambiance et nous avons eu un bon service. Excellent gâteau chocolat noisette!

Plenty of parking, lots to do. Signs were clear on how to find what you are looking for. Coat check is a free service but nice if you gave a tip. Felt safe. Inside restaurant was packed but was still able to get a seat in 5min.

Stopped in for a few spins and had a blast listening to the free live band, they played great classic 80's hits and had the area around them packed and rockin! Enjoyed free non-alcoholic beverages for our driver at the drink stations along the sides. Wife won a small pot on a spin which was a nice bonus. I hope they keep the entrainment happening there like that.

Beautiful fountains as you enter the Casino du Lac-Leamy in Quebec, Canada for a day of fun. Bonne chance!

Horrible service make a reservation and when you get there they tell you maybe you might get in then after waiting 45 minutes to get in they changed the layout from what's advertised and the machines I booked the section for are now in a different section and when I went and told them I booked a specific section for these machines they said we changed the section around tough luck, so I guess we are back to casino lac leamy of old where rudeness and ignorant attitudes towards the customers is the norm

Because of covid-19, it is pretty much next to impossible to get a seat. You have to reserve to go there, and once you are there, you have to be on a waiting list to sit at a table and if you get up and leave somebody takes your spot. Sometimes the list never moves because nobody wants to get up and loose thier seat

First time 5 stars.was playing in platine all machine were closed, but someone came right away and unlock.the people were very efficient with cleaning. 2nd time about the same as the first but third time.what a difference machine all unlocked and people going around sitting from one machine to the other and no one to disinfect after people played you have to try finding someone to come and clean machine.did not feel as safe.and on my way out in one of the line outside there was a line up all the way to the garage why I they stoping us at the entrance of the parking lot and letting all these people inside the parking lot and no one in line with a mask. I told the lady I don’t feel as safe anymore and she replied we are more busy.no reason you want to keep busy then keep it clean. I will wait awhile before I go back.: will not be surprise that a covid case will happen with all these people in line

With covid shutting everything down, we decided to limo down to the downtown core for the Batchelor party. We pooled our Vegas flight and gambling money into a large pot and wanted to throw the groom into the high roller room with enough money to be allowed in and live it up for a while. Upon exiting the elevator onto the first floor, the security looked us over told us we made a wrong turn and this "isn't where the 5 dollar tables are". We were about to explain we came with thousands but he just told us to head upstairs. In preface, the groom was dressed a little funny for the celebration (sparkly hat, sash). Normally, we would have just said whatever and had fun on the regular tables but honestly, this guy shut down a fanrastic day that had been amazing up to that point. We ended up limoing to the casino in Ottawa and finished our evening there. Super disappointed with this casino, lovely place but the staff really need to work on their interpersonal skills. 4 star location, -5 star staff.

Nice place for someone to enjoy and chill out once but get addicted to it is really not good for that individual.

C'est un très bel endroit qui offre divers divertissements et non seulement des jeux de hasard. On y offre des spectacles variés et divertissants. L'arbre de Noël est magnifique.

Love the atmosphere when you walk in. Always feel likes something fun is happening. Nice mix of tables and slots in different price ranges.

J’ai toujours bien aimé mon expérience au Casino, soit au bar en bas ou le Aléa (lounge). La musique et l’ambiance sont les deux très bonnes. Il y a toujours un live band au Bar 7 (premier étage) et normalement c’est facile trouver un endroit pour dancer!

I've never been a fan of slots, but the casino is ok and the bar inside can be fun on Friday and Saturday nights

Tons of fun with live music and lots of people. Great atmosphere. Staff are super nice. Wear comfy shoes if you plan on going. It's pretty big and high heels might not be the best idea.

Beautiful place! It's not just for gambling. There are bars, restaurants and a theatre that you can enjoy a night out. Live music on weekend nights.

S étais une soirée organisée pour un souper des fêtes la nourriture parfaite mais une chose qui ma vraiment déçu s est le service pour le repas nous avons eu notre repas lorsque les autres tables avaient finies les leurs faudrait être mieux organisée merci

Un classique de Gatineau-Ottawa. Le casino offre plusieurs endroits pour jouer, prendre un verre, danser ou manger. Tout le monde y trouvera son compte pour passer une belle soirée. Le casino a plusieurs thématiques au cours de l'année.

Not the casino itself, that is just not for me. My employer has a Christmas party every year upstairs in one of the rooms. It is always good, good staff, good hot food. The bartender keeps things rolling along. A very consistently good venue for a dinner event.

Terrible rude staff.great place every other time I have gone.went to the Christmas eve dinner last night.and after receiving poor service my girlfriend n I decided to not tip on either bill at the restaurant.the server then pointed out that we did not tip.n further tried to guilt my girlfriend to give a tip. I called him out on poor service n that's why he was not receiving a tip.he made such issue that it even got the other guests attention at our table n he gave the impression to them I was trying to get free food.not the case as i had already paid with no issue.this caused a argument to began between my brother and his girlfriends family.to the point my brothers girlfriends sister was embarrassed by the scene n tried to reassure staff everything was fine.when further speaking to the manager of the restaurant she allowed the server to speak to me in an aggressive manner and even touch me with his figures as he was waving his hands at me.when I asked her why she was allowing him to speak to me in an aggressive manner in front of the whole restaurant.she laughed and said you mist have a different interpretation of aggression.meaning she did not understand I was saying his tone n manner was aggressive not his intentions or being physical.my girlfriend n I will not be returning to this casino a shame as it was our plan last and this new years.plus the buffet at carlton is cheaper and better without the poor service and expectation of a tip.the magners name is claudie vallee n the server 35169 azdine.and this was dec/24/18 @ 19: 34 further more check your cameras he didn't provide me with my finalized bill

In Oct 16.2018 at around 6;00 pm. I went to the counter to get my casino card. The lady gave me the card and checked my offers if any. She said that I have $10 playing money and wait 5 minutes after playing in any slot machine to receive the offer. I tried many times to get the $10 but failed. At around 9: 00 pm, I went back to the counter to inform about the issue. The man at the counter checked my casino card and told me again to wait another 5 minutes in slot machine playing. I played half an hour and the $10 offer will not activate. I went back the 3rd time and this time the man at the counter even went with me at a slot machine to try the card but it was a failure again. For the fifth time, I went back again at the counter and a lady at the counter again check if my casino card has a$10 offer. After checking, she also went with me in one of the slot machine to see if I am going it right in redeeming my offer. It was correctly done but the $ 10 dollar offer will not function. I then requested for the supervisor and the supervisor came and told me that he cannot give me the $ 10 offer because according to the record, I already redeemed it in Oct 12,2018. I told the supervisor that I am not for the $10 but just answer my question-WHY DO I HAVE TO GO FIVE TIMES TO THE COUNTER AND GET NO SOLUTION? The supervisor will not answer my question but kept on telling me that he can not do anything to give me the $10. I Asked for the names of the two counter persons and his name but the supervisor will not give the name and even his name. The supervisor left me with a sign of anger.

I am not asking more but just answer my question “WHY FIVE TIMES, ?
After, 5 times of going back and forth to the counter and the rude actions of your supervisor and me a physically handicap person made the whole exercise tiring.total waste of my time and most importantly an insult to my dignity and pride

Too busy. Rude people. The place was so crowded and people were playing up to 4 machines each. Terrible. Will never go there again.

Can't say as I can really suggest going here as I don't Gamble and I don't eat meat so I don't really go to their Buffet either. However my family and my wife do love to go here so I have to say it's nice although could use more for the people who are just there waiting with their family maybe an area at a bar where you can watch TV or something instead of just being in the middle of all the gambling someplace off to the side maybe would be nice. I have to admit though that I do want to go to one of the electronic music shows here sometime as they seem to have quite a few of them and they look pretty cool also the cover bands looks hilarious
