Un grio m'a fait 3 repas plus le cadeau de riz big respect un arrêt sur!

You can only bring food to go, and we were told that "people normally order before, " so we waited 25 minutes. We asked to confirm that all dishes were served with the sides mentionned on the menu and we were told that they did, but when we left we saw they charged us the sauce 5$ because "the sauce doesn't come with the vegetables and we forgot to write it in the menu". We are vegetarians, and we were trying to explain that we didn't want meat, and it was like we were aliens. We had to explain like 5 times, and the man kept asking, "But why don't you want meat? " Like we were going to explain our whole reasoning behind that choice.

It was very expensive too (62$ for 2 plates of rice and veggies and 2 sodas), but that would not have been a problem if the food was good.

Unfortunately, we did not like the food. Being huge lovers of haitien food, we noticed the low quality of the dish. The plantains were small and tasted like old oil. The macaroni salad also tasted like old oil.
The rice tasted good, but it had almost no beans. Finally, the veggies were ok, but they could have a little more texture instead of being just pureed.

I hope my comments can only help you improve your service and food quality. I know that restaurants struggle since the pandemic, but you can't just blame covid for decreasing sales. Food, services, atmosphere, and prices should definitely be revised, and I'm saying that with love!

Appelez avant de vous présenter. Je suis peut être très mal tombé un samedi soir, mais c’était interminable pour avoir les commande. On peut manger sur place, mais je vous le conseille pas. Assez glauque et sans ambiance. Le riz est exceptionnel, la salade de macaroni classique, le griot et la sauce excellent aussi. Cote bouffe, il n’y connaissent.

It's like going to your friend's place and he puts all his passion and love into making you an amazing meal. Great people making great food. The service was also blazing fast and the price was incredibly cheap. Highly recommended.

The food was excellent, the service was friendly and the prices were fair. Not the fanciest place out there but a great place to eat authentic Haitian food.

Super bon et pas chère! Nous avons pris le poulet avec riz collé ainsi que des bananes plantains et nous nous sommes régalés. Le resto est super clean, nous avons pris à emporter mais pourquoi pas y rester la prochaine fois. Belle place pas prise de tête pour ceux qui aime la bouffe haïtienne.

I just purchased a plate of cabrit and riz colé in that fabulous little authentic Haitian restaurant. I’ve been living in brossard for 10 years, and haven’t found a place that hit the spot until today. A MUST go! The rice is tasty, the cabrit is tender and literally melts in your mouth and even the macaroni is on point! Thank you for the amazingly prepared food, at I will be coming back!

First time going to this restaurant and it definately will not be the last. I heard about it before but never had the opportunity to go until today and it was definitely worth the stop. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation of the plate was enticing. Being a Chef myself, I will admit for the very first time in my life that the Macoroni salad is absolutely delicious and to die for and so is the Griot platter that I ordered. The staff are very friendly and the Resturant is very nice and clean and well setup. The owner is super professional and at the same time very friendly. I recommend tis Resturant 1000% and have a very good feeling that I will be visiting very very often. Godbless
