Very bad service. I used to go during weekends.this weekend I went there but they said no place even though there were free table. I said I will wait, they kept me waiting for 10min then they said they have min charge 25 dollars per person. I told them I always come and they never had min charge, they just said this is how it is.

Very disrespectful, we went there and it was pretty packed and there was an empty table and they said it was reserved, then said they canceled the reservation for us but the minimal charge by person is 25$ since it’s a weekend even though this wasn’t the first time we went on a weekend and they never said that to us.

The waiters are chill and do what is expected by them, they take time to take orders but i usually don’t consider that a problem in places that aren’t higher end restos. Once you order though, even something as small as the filet mignon sandwich with a poutine it takes ages, it took 45 mins on Tuesday at 7 pm, the place is at less than 50% capacity. I then got a half broken sandwich, the bread is quite literally broken apart without me touching it and a quarter or the sandwich is completely empty. This is about the fifth time something like this happens without me leaving a negative review because i didn’t want to be unfair, but the constant poor quality remained

I go to this restaurant often and not only is the food great, the servers are so accommodating. One server knows my order every time and it's such a nice touch especially after a long day. Keep up the great work!

A good place to spend wonderful time with your friends.but it becomes little annoying when every body inside having the shisha. I think right ventilation is necessary I'm such places.

The dude with the ponytail need to calm his ego. Doesn’t know how to people but for the rest of the staff prop to you, made the day tolerable.

Le service est rapide et respectueux, les shisha la sont savoureuses et dure très longtemps, les portions des entrées et repas sont grandes et la nourriture est fraîche. L’endroit est calme et il y a assez d’espace entre les tables pour être à l’aise. Je recommande à tous!

We arrived as a group of 4 people, the server refused to serve us because only one of us wanted to order Chicha, the rest of us wanted something to drink. Basically he said we must order 2 Chichas minimum!
Shame on you for forcing your clients to consume Chicha!
