Cindy is the best! She's got super strong hands and amazing technique. Every single time I visit her, I am a fixed body! The salon is clean and very professional, very nice receptionist with easy payment and quick insurance receipt. Favorite body work experience ever.

Got a massage from Miya and a foot reflexology session with Sonia, both were really relaxing and quite nice. They both asked if pressure was good and quickly adjusted if I asked for a change. Honestly, I thought reflexology would feel somewhat different than a massage, it didn't but I didn't really care cuz felt good.

Une expérience incroyable! Le bon dosage entre le massage de détente et le massage de tissus profond aux endroits nécessitant la libération de tensions importante. Kikko a un excellent touché thérapeutique et a été en mesure de livrer un massage d’une intensité constante durant 90 minutes! Je suis un client régulier depuis plusieurs années et chaque expérience est une pure détente et relâchement des tensions. Bravo Kikko!

Booked a 75 min massage and reflexology appointment. Stiffness in my back and shoulders from going to bootcamp 7 days a week. Monica was fantastic. Worked out the knots and stretched out shoulder and neck. Next time 60+30 would be best

I went for a reflexology session and Sonia was great! The price is also pretty reasonable. I will try for a full body massage next!

Basic place inside, nothing fancy. I have had 2 massages here and they were both great. Both therapists were skilled and had great touch. Neither talked much, which I appreciate during my massages. They have showers in the rooms, so you can rinse off if you want. I will go back for sure.

Miya was fantastic! If you like a harder massage she's your girl! Everyone does a great job but I need someone who can really get in there and Miya was fantastic!

I can't say that I know a lot about massages as I have only had a few but I can say that the massage I had was great. I felt really relaxed and the pain I was having in my back was gone. The masseuse was able to apply a solid amount of pressure, more than other massages I have had in the past and the hour long massage was much more reasonably priced than some of the other places in the city. I will surely be back.

I’ve been doing several sessions of acupuncture and I’m very pleased with Mme Xiang Liz’s treatment: very kind, knowledgeable, always to put me at ease with the treatment. I already feel better, the sleep is better, the mood as well. I’ll keep going until I feel myself 100%.

I had a good experience getting a massage here! Kiko was excellent, she adjusted the pressure when she noticed it was too much at certain points. I felt very relaxed after and plan to come back for another massage at some point. It was clean and quiet.

Very sad to have received a bad experience at the Guy Concordia one. It was my first time there. I taken care by (Cindy) Mei LI. I had phoned the same day for an urgent booking. I had sprained my neck. When I phoned the lady I spoke to was very understanding and asked me to come over. They will see which treatment I will need and if needed I can extend the time accordingly. When I reached there, I was asked my name and the lady Cindy took me directly to the massage room. She did not even ask me any question and told me to lie down. So I had to make sure she understood for which purpose I came. When I requested if an extension was possible, she lied saying she has other clients (came to know afterwards she had no immediate clients). She also did not advise if I need more sessions when I enquired (behaved as if she did not want me to come back there). When I went to the reception for payment, I asked the lady which kind of treatment I received. I had no idea what type of massage it was. It was then that I was asked to complete the form stating my health conditions and which type of pressure I would like.

I am sure not all therapists working there are same. But if you have a health condition, please ensure they hear you before you receive any kind of treatment.

Bad customer service twice. It is written on their door open at 11 am every day, I had an appointment at 12, I arrived at 11: 35 door closed! -30 outside! Then I called and she was arguing and screaming at me «  your appointment at 12 » I know but I want to come inside and sit on the waiting room! Or mention you can’t sit in the waiting room, specially when it’s cold! An other day one of them when I was paying she said where is the tip? You have to have to give a tip 20%! I had giving it cash directly to my massage therapist! Rude! I canceled my appointment! Never again!

We enjoyed our foot massage pretty much, clean environment and good music. The only thing that when we get to pay, the girl at receptionist wasn't welcoming and friendly so I felt awkward a bit, but overall it was good!

Elle m’a désinfecter les pieds avec une serviette lysol et m’a mis de la crème blanche sur ses gants en plastique pour me masser.
Qu’est ce que c’est? Du lysol mme c’est toxique!
A la toute fin j’ai bien vu le paquet de lysol sur so. Tabouret!
Oufffffff je me suis nettoyer les pieds dans mon bain en arrivant

Definitely, it would be the last time that I'm getting a massage at this place.
First of all, they were not welcoming at all.
Also, the therapist applied too much pressure on a specific part of my body where I have started to have some pain after for a few days.
Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Lisa est une excellente masseuse. J’ai envoyé une notification de mon genou récemment opéré et elle m’a fait un massage différent pour chaque jambe. J’ai été très satisfaite

I have been going to this place for few months now. I appreciate how easy booking is and their massage therapists. Unfortunately, they are very agressive on tips. I sometimes tip sometimes don't, depending on my personal experience and budget. Never let their obsession with tip affect my judgment.this evening was pretty sad tho, the massage therapist confronted me for not tipping her, stating the owner is not paying them enough and needing the tip. After paying 90$ for 1 hour i am feeling very uncomfortable with her reaction but mostly because of their work condition. I left and will not be back. Thought people should know, this is not okay to depend on tip to survive when You have a job and clients are paying the full price.

Third time going there. Always had very good service, clean space/rooms, and most importantly way less knots in my back when I leave.

The location is convenient, the facilities are beautiful and clean, the staff are friendly and the message therapists are very good at what they do. Oh! And the prices are great!

I have been to this place couple of times and had good experience but this masseuse was sooooo bad I cannot stress enough. How can you hire someone like this.

A really great professional massage. Mom and I had different massage therapists both were great. This is much better than a spa massage by untrained individuals. Even more relaxing. Very reasonably priced too

Been in this clinic several times already and all I could say is I am one of those happy and satisfied client! Their staff are amazing! The massage therapists knew the pressure points and how to release each muscle tension. They know what they are doing with care! Looking forward to another session with them soon!

Cindy has been great, I feel like I am in good hands, she know where to focus and used a comfortable amount of pressure.

The worst massage I’ve ever had. The masseuse had no idea what she was doing and was mainly just rubbing oil on me. I had asked her numerous times to use more strength, she didn’t know how to do a proper massage and had no idea where my knots were. I had come here because my body was in pain. It was the longest massage I’ve ever had cuz I couldn’t wait for it to end. Huge disappointment. I’m sure there are good ones but how can a place hire someone who’s this bad?

I try few different places and massage therapists but my opinion Cindy is the best! Very knowledgeable, always treat the concern areas very well and I always feel good after the massage. Highly recommended!

Went there with my mom. Lisa and Monica were both excellent! We asked for "Firm" and they actually provided firm massages. Will definitely be back.

Great service, I went for a foot reflexology and body massage. Staff are friendly competent and place is clean and modern. Sometimes they are less talkative than others but the service for the price is great.

First time coming here I have had only one massage before that at another place. I can say that my experience here was better xiao xia was very attentive nice and welcoming. I will definitely be booking all my future appointment here.
