CDI College - Pointe-Claire

I would recommend this College especially on the Computer Programming course. I had a wonderful experience with this school that made my son a successful employee on his field. I had a special kid but with the help of Lina the school Director, through her guidance and support, my son finished his schooling on time and I can proudly say he is now reaping the benefit of a wonderful career on his field. Thank you Lina and all the CDI Staff for making this a memorable and successful journey for my son. I owe it all to you. Good luck.

I am currently studying in the paralegal program at CDI and I’ve never been happier. Our teacher Tania Walker is amazing and dedicated to helping us succeed not only within the program but in our day to day lives. I am so grateful for CDI at helping me transition back into school, it was seamless. Huge thank you to CDI and the whole staff.

CDI is wonderful for many reasons: the director, staff are so helpful and encouraging as well as supportive. We get the resources we need. We work well together to ensure a general positive.environment. It’s also multicultural which adds to an enriching learning and teaching experience. Most important are my students. Amal, Emma, Gianluca, Jessica, Julia, Kirsten, Manuela and Morgan. They are exceptional on all levels, academically and professionally and make CDI the great school it is:).

Studying at CDI College is the best experience I have ever had in my entire life, especially with my amazing teacher Tania Walker who is teaching the paralegal technology program. She is not only our teacher but also our mentor in life.

I had the pleasure of being a student in professor FARES ALKHAWJA’s. Class, and confidently say that his teaching style and expertise greatly greatly enriched my learning experience. FARES ALKHAWJA passion for the subject matter is evident in his engaging lectures and thought-provoking discussions. He has a remarkable ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and relatable manners, Making even the most challenging topics accessible to students furthermore, Professor FARES ALKHAWJA, approachability and willingness to provide guidance outside of class demonstrated his commitment to his students success he’s genuinely invested in his students, learning journeys and is always open to addressing questions and concerns I am truly grateful for the knowledge and skills. I gained under professor FARES ALKHAWJA guidance.

This school is a scam and a cash grab. Do not waste $20k! It is not a guaranteed job placement either. Go to LaSalle instead! They were featured on CBC market place. This so called school is not accredited. Meaning the diplomas are worthless.
Someone just posted that a Tania walker helped get her enrolled. Funny how a reviewer named Tania walker just gave this place 5 stars. You know it’s bad when staff need to leave reviews!

I'm taking Network and Security Specialist and my instructor Mr. Delower Hossain is a great teacher. He is very attentive if we need any help from our course.

Great Computer Networking Program course. Delower is an amazing teacher and very knowledgeable I am learning a lot from him.

Ever since joining CDI College, I have seen my education under a new light, my instructor Sara Gulam has allowed us to create a small community where everyone is contributing to increasing the knowledge of each other. This work ethic has made class enjoyable and learning much more effective. It allows for a much more personalized approach where everyone is giving it their all. Our teacher always matches the high enthusiasm when someone has a question. I am in a distance learning program and obviously it should be less responsive than one in person. But that has appeared seamless.

Great School. Great Teacher! Even though I'm in online classes my teacher Sara Gulam gave us all the resources to learn.

The staff and teachers are very experienced and teaches you job relevant skills you need in order to increase you employability.

Ive been a student for half a year now currently attending SSM course at CDI, great staff, great environment. Honest to god, Emily's the best teacher ever. While my time being here my set of skills has increased beyond my own expectations and cant wait to see where it takes me.

Looking for a great social media management program? This is hands down the best place to go in Quebec. The staff is super friendly and inviting. Our teacher Emily Rivkin is amazing. She is so knowledgeable and knows everything to do with Social media. If you have any questions Emily can answer them in a heart beat. As for campus grounds it's the cleanest school I've been to. We also have basic amenities such a vending machine, stove and microwave which are all kept in pristine condition.

I highly recommend this school to many who is interested in social media management, you'd be silly to go anywhere else

Exactly around the end of the day, I have completed my studies in Network Engineering at CDI College in Point-Claire. I think this college is one of the best colleges I have ever seen. Before choosing this college, I checked other colleges and I am really happy with my decision that I was able to finish my education in a very old college in Canada. Most importantly, it has a DLI number.
The best and kindest employees I have worked with, including knowledgeable lawyers and academic advisors, and especially knowledgeable instructors, such as Mr. Sadegh Hashemipour in the field of IT.
I want to name many, but there are many of them. Finally, I thank and appreciate all of them.

Dont Enroll in their Early Childhood education program. Not recognised outside Quebec.
You have to study again ECE.
Incase due to some reason you have to move outside quebec they even dont allow you to complete your internship outside Quebec.

Highly NOT recommended this college.

Biggest waste of money. When i first started there, the guidance counselor Lauren told me the program would be 13 months and not 15. She told me that an AEC means that if you chose, you can apply to university after, which is absolutely false because universities require a DEC. Absolute waste of time. If i can say i made a big mistake, it was investing myself in this school. 18500$ put in the garbage because at the end of this program, i finally decided i wanted to continue law and pursue my education and be a notary, and now not only did i waste time and money, but i have to go back to 0 to apply to university, because my AEC is not 'valid'. Wouldnt suggest this school to anyone. The teacher AND staff are absolutely amazing, i love them.i just dont like that i was promised that wasnt true.

Want the honest truth about CDI College?

They rather buy 5 flat screen TVs rather than providing water for students and staff members.

They lie to students to make them register, to make more money in their pockets. No joke, they literally lie about the programs, what the school offers, what you get out of registering, etc.

Student issues and complaints go COMPLETELY unnoticed. Believe me.

For a company that makes millions, boy are they CHEAP. Go take a look at the campuses. It’s absolutely embarrassing.

They keep staff (aka Monica Jaramillo) that make an abnormal amount of students walk out of their office crying/angry.

If as many students that complained about the school on a daily basis wrote their thoughts online about it, the company would go completely down.

I’ve witnessed students laugh about the fact that this whole company is a straight up JOKE.

If you want to save your thousands of dollars, take my word for it and go else where. I wish there was more I could say but I unfortunately can’t.

Great educators in ECE especially evening schedule. We feel respected and vice versa. Great staff! To name a few, Jenny.

CDI College was a great place to attend! I had a kind and patient instructor called Eman. It was always important to her that we understood what was being taught and she didn't mind going over it again and again. She pays attention to detail. She finds alternate ways to bring out what she is teaching so that everyone will understand what is being taught. This is definitely a part of her. She didn't only show interest in our program but she was interested in us individually. She asked us how we were doing and was genuinely interested in our wellbeing. I was actually sad when I finished my program. Thanks Eman!

Great instructors, amazing staff especially Jenny who's always greeting everybody with a big smile, she's kind and friendly. Also I recommended making an appointment with Victorya if you need information or advice finding a program, you won't regret it.

CDI is a great place to learn with very open and caring staff who want to help you succeed and learn the best you can. The networking course is very in depth and the teacher is very knowledgeable and very helpful

Great College, the staff is wonderful especially my Instructor Eman Elmustapha in the Medical Office Assistant program, she was highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office suite. She trained us to be ready for the workplace.

I am in the ECE aec program.i love the staff and the campus. I am learning a lot, my teacher is very nice and always very accomadating when we come from further away and from work.

I’m one of Eman Elmustapha’s student in the MOA program and I could definitely say that she is a very knowledgeable instructor and a very friendly person. Also, the CDI Pointe-Claire campus has a very friendly environment. I would strongly recommend this campus to future students willing to attend CDI.

I've been attending CDI College in their Pointe-Claire campus since September 2018. If you have any troubles in deciding what program to go into, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment with Victorya My. Even if you're hesitant and considering to attend elsewhere, it's definitely worth it taking the time to meet with her. Jenny the Financial planner has also been very helpful in terms of financial concerns. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I learnt a lot from the teachers there, specifically Erick and Corey. The crew is awesome and very motivating.

Have been attending the computer networking course for the last 6 months, a very enjoyable experience so far. Teaching staff is excellent, as is the support staff.

Choosing CDI Pointe-Claire was the best decision I could have ever made regarding my future in Early Childhood Education. The staff at CDI are incredibly hard-working and always there for you concerning all your academic needs!

Staff is super nice and kind, personally attending the cdi was the worst decision of my life wasted 7000$ which is only half the program cost could get the same "education" for under 400$ at a public institute.
