J'habite à paris et j'ai bénéficié d'un excellent service lors de la livraison des meubles. Je recommande fortement cette entreprise.

I had a wonderful experience w/ CDI. Quite frankly, I was kinda shocked to see the 2 other reviews. I received my furniture on time, they went out of their way to get a hold of 2 pieces that were close to being discontinued so weren't in store. I've had the Haston Sofa and Hart table for almost 6 months, have had many dinners and friends over. Everyone always compliments them and says how comfortable the couch is for being so pretty ;)

The customer service was so helpful as I’ve had bad experience in the past with online furniture shopping. I was not mislead but quite the contrary. I got my shipment delivered in the exact delay they promised. The beds, table and couches had no deficiencies, made to measure and up to my standards. It is such a pleasure to constantly get complimented on the pieces I chose when I have people over. I will definitely be buying some more! Finding good quality and a very reasonable price has made me a lifetime customer of CDI! Bravo to the whole team and production!

Three words best describe my experiences with CDI, amazing, amazing and AMAZING!
My basement, bedroom as well as my living room is CDI furniture. Everything I ordered met my expectations and more. Ordering was easy, delivery was simple and quick as oppose to other companies that we've had issues with in the past. Also I must have called them 10 times to ask questions, get dimensions and even to get opinions on what goes better together. Not once did they make me feel like I was annoying or bothering them. I highly recommend and will be purchasing more items in the future. On top of that their Instagram page is really cool! Keep up the great work!

BUYER BEWARE - horrible quality and even worse customer service.
We purchased a $5000 CDI solid wood bedroom set from Sears in December 2016.
A few weeks back, after just arriving home from the hospital with our infant son, my husband sat down at the end of our bed to put socks on and the whole bed frame gave way. The wood on the side rail had split, right where a screw was. We contacted CDI via their customer service email, and initially received no response. My husband followed up again by emailing other members of CDI staff, and this time received a response, however unsatisfactory.
The initial response was that they would look for the part we needed, but after looking they did not have any left in the warehouse. However, they offered that we could buy the exact same bed for 855$ (plus taxes and delivery). So basically, we can buy the bed we already spent good money on less than 3 years ago all over again, possibly only to have the new one snap a couple of years down the line.
The person we were dealing with, the Operations Manager Helen Pampoukidis, claimed that "Sears is the one that sold you this product not CDI. Although we carry the same collection since we both import it from overseas, we are unable to do this transaction at no cost. " At the end of the day, we are left with a broken bed frame, unless we want to give CDI even more of our money with absolutely no guarantee of quality.
Our furniture has the name CDI on it, and yes it was sold to us by a retailer (who, due to no fault of ours, has since gone out of business), but it is CDI furniture. Ultimately, CDI does not stand by the quality of their furniture - especially considering the premium price they sell it at.
CDI claims online that they "offer first-rate customer service", that they "believe in expert craftsmanship", and that their furniture is "constructed out of the finest quality materials". Don't believe the hype - it's all just smoke and mirrors.

Do not buy from them. Bad quality, always late, do promises that cannot keep and their team is all over the place. Actually they don’t even have a solid team everyone keeps quiting!
