Went to the Décarie location for a strep test. Results were ready within an hour or so. Had my prescription ready immediately after that. This test really helped me as I will be travelling in 2 days. Worth the price!

RDV arrivé à l’heure et même d’avance! (j’ai reçu un coup de téléphone avant) l’infirmière était très gentille, avec beaucoup d’expérience, j’ai à peine senti l’aiguille! Ses explications étaient claires et précises et quelqu’un est revenu le lendemain pour prendre les test.

Don't waist your money. I did my urine test and they did not send me the lab results or anything official to send to my doctor. Highway Robbery!

Went for a urinary and vaginal test, Nurse didnt seem like she knew how to guide me, toilet wasnt very clean, clinic seemed fake but nurse and receptionist were kind. Got the test results but one didnt show right so they sent someone very kind as well to my home to redo my test

Easy to book an appointment online, for a same-day appointment nonetheless. I received a call from Centas to confirm my appointment and to instruct me on creating my online account and filling out a form prior to the arrival of the nurse at my home. The nurse was polite, gave me all the instructions needed for my at home test, and answered all my questions.she also explained to me the next steps once she sent my test sample to the lab, how results were communicated and the expected timeframe.

In terms of payment, once you create you account you add your payment information, and as soon as the at-home service is completed, you are automatically charged. They send an email with test results and also do a follow-up call to confirm if you need a prescription sent to your pharmacist.

I highly recommend this service to those that need same-day services, and that have private insurance to cover partially or fully the costs.

Une vraie arnaque, faites vos recherches, certaines pharmacies peuvent faire les tests et prescrire directement sans payer le 75$ demandé plus 35$ rendu là bas pour obtenir le diagnostic!

Batiment sans nom. Juste une porte avec un collant. Juste une table, une chaise dans une toute petite entrée avec un rideau noir. On se demande si c'est une vrai clinique. Pas de salle d'attente, faut patienter dehors. Étonnant, ca ressemble pas à une clinique ou un laboratoire. Malgré tout, l'infirmière a été sympathique et a bien tout expliqué. Le temps pour obtenir les résultats de test très rapide. Facile d'avoir un rendez-vous rapidement.

I had blood work done at the Decarie branch on May 23.3 weeks later, they call me because they need to take another specimen, no reason specified. Now that's the week of my doctor's appointment.

Why wait so late? A few days ago I also sent an email to get my results as they told me I could, never got an answer. I told the lady who called me, she's looking at the mail and it's right there, said they forgot.

When you pay for a service like this you expect service and I did not get any. That was my last time at Centas Med.

Jai pris rendez-vous pour mon conjoint et la personne au téléphone ma confirmer que les résultats vont révéler le probleme si cest positif. Ça na pas été le cas! J’ai payé 75$ juste pour avoir un papier marqué positif ca ne sert a rien

Excellent service. The availability is what is amazing. When calling their phone line, someone always answers the phone. The Nurse was sweet and professional. Their online service is efficient. My results were available in my portal for my pharmacist to look at and my doctor.
