I had an excellent presentation visit of the condominium with Madame Charbonneau, patiently she spent time detailing and presenting the condominium to my family and me. I leave without a doubt and with the feeling of having found a home for my family.
Full of facilities, the condominium is modern and close to many restaurants, markets and everything you need.

Great place to live, affordable and luxurious, most of all great location. Staff and management company takes great pride in keeping the tenants happy and the buildings intact.

The place is an absolute gem!

The management team is one of a kind, they are always happy to help out in case anything happens in or outside the unit.

The property is spotless, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance.

Although we did not end up renting at Central Park, the service by Liza was impeccable. I would highly recommend a visit with her. She has a eye for what you are looking is looking for and makes you feel right at home from the beginning.

My mother rented a unit in Tower 1 at Central Parc Laval.
The administration team is very courteous, extremely efficient and they never make you feel bothersome with requests. Everyone (administration and all supporting employees) is incredible. Specific mention for Vanessa Ohayon and Alexa Tsampalieros, who provide excellent assistance when needed.

The units are very beautiful. Family and friends who have visited are amazed at the cleanliness and the great amenities as well.

Honestly, although the girls came off very strong and harsh when i was first seeking to rent, they are very organized and strict (which is something you appreciate alot more when you see the other renting units around laval). You get what you pay for; higher class renters with the building maintained at a top tear level. Hats off to Vanessa and George.

Resident since 2019. Gemma, Layla and Ratib were all so accommodating. First class gym and rooftop pool. Fantastic maintenance staff. Super clean and soundproof building. Absolutely no regrets!

The location, staff, restaurant/bakery, and amenities are world class - the best spot in Laval. The whole experience is very refined, from the condo units themselves, to the stylish lobby with a consistant hotel scent, impeccable rooftop area (infinity pool) and, an impressive, best-in-class gym. Shoutout to Lyne and Vanessa for the exceptional service! Central Parc Laval is all about a healthy, relaxing mediterranen lifestyle – and you can feel and live it all day everyday!

I've been living here for 6 months now and all my needs have been met. It's clean, peaceful, modern and gives you a high standard of living. You feel that the place is watches for and things are taken care of. I will renew my lease for sure.

In the firt year which was good as they were trouble maker

Realistictly too much disrepect from many residents as they smoke pot on balcony
Loud party and they have no repect
Dog doing their needs in elevator or in post hallway or garage
The pool has often turn into a free for all despite posted rules
+ lately many non resident for
Short rental At one point pool was full with more than half non residents

Possibly the most affluent luxury development in Laval! We lived at Central Parc from day one, over 3 years and can honestly say the quality and standards are over 5 stars! The owners are super friendly and very accommodating to all your needs. Even moving out was very smooth with no hidden fees or charges (Like some other landlords in the area) 1st class service from start to finish. We would definitely come back to Central Parc if we moved back to Laval in the future. PS Vanessa was very professional and helpful during the whole stay. Note: They should really charge more for the level of service and true luxury amenities, very reasonable prices. Thanks to the whole team at Central Parc Laval.

Si vous cherchez la tranquillité, n’allez surtout pas dans cet immeuble.
Certains locataires prêtent ou louent leur condo pour de courtes périodes et ces gens sont là pour faire la fête dans les espaces communs.
Plusieurs locataires fument ou vapotent dans les lieux communs ou sur leur balcon.
L’administration ne fait rien malgré les nombreuses plaintes.

From the first time I made contact with Central Parc Laval, the service has been nothing short of amazing. The whole process of moving in has been very easy and trouble free. The location is perfect, the place is clean, well maintained and the staff have been super professional since the very beginning. Each time I reach out with a request it gets taken seriously and addressed right away. Very smart use of technology which helps manage all the moving parts and makes everything feel so modern. I would highly recommend to friends and family.
