Bonjour, nous avons fait l'acquisition d'un poêle à induction Samsung avec un four double. M. Mehdi Zemharir, très courtois a fait en sorte que notre expérience fut totalement positive. Merci Monsieur Zemharir. Pour ce qui est du produit Samsung, trop tôt pour évaluer l'ensemble de ses possibilités, mais pour faire saisir un morceau de veau, la puissance de cuisson dépasse largement notre poêle au gaz. So far. So good!

Extremely bad return and follow up policy! READ everything before buying from CAS, or better; don't buy at all.
I bought three appliances from them, and unfortunately I didn't have much time researching their reviews. Quick browsing though reviews seemed ok. After very bed experience and navigating though their maintenance, follow up and return policies, I found out at the BBB average reviews are horrible. I wish I knew that 3 months ago. The issue with one of the appliances remains still unresolved and I am wondering what awaits me ahead, in the few years time.
Initially I wanted only to exchange one of the appliances, but now I wish I can return all three and get the full refund. Impossible task!
DON'T buy from them. God forbid you have an issue with their appliances or simply changed your mind, you will not be able to do anything about it!
Stay with reputable sellers.

3 delivery gentleman arrived today Dec. 23/2023 to delivery my freezer.
Very helpful and pleasant and careful when entering in the house.
If you're looking for any appliances don't look any further.go to CAS!

My experience with CAS was so smooth and the delivery guys were so friendly and kind…my dishwasher repair person recommended them and I’m glad he did!

Mais quel service après vente exécrable. J'ai commandé par téléphone en penssant que ça m'éviterais des erreurs mais non il a commander laveuse électrique et sécheuse a gaz. Personne n'avait de réponse à mes questions parce que pas le.bon département et ce département est joignable seulement par email. Chaque email viens avec un 48h dattente. Personne ne pouvais répondre de vive, ils ont pris 2 bonnes semaines avant de confirmer que lerrwur venait vien d'eux. Personne n'a retourné l'appel que j'ai demandé par courriel et au tel. Vraiment catastrophique comme service, ils ne tiennent clairement pas a leurs clients. Les employés te répondent comme s'ils etaient tous des robot. Allez ailleurs si vous le pouvez.

Avoid at all costs.
They won't be able to give you a proper delivery date, and will deflect any attempts to give you one. I ordered a washer in July, was told it would be up to a month wait.
Turns out they changed my expected delivery in November. 5 months wait for an appliance.
Really bad service overall, I regret doing business with this company

Me and my wife went to buy a Frigidaire & stove We Give them the exact model number, which one we would like to purchase We was sitting over there for 2 hours to make sure that I had everything that we need in the middle of talking. We realized that there is a nicer stove that looked very similar to the one that we needed. So we asked them how much is the difference in price he gave us the price and we confirmed the order when we got the delivery I released thet its not the stove thet we ordered and not even the other one thet we where looking at so we called him right away and he told me send it back and will send you the good one but I need to call costumer service so we did and we tried calling back the salesman but no answer he was Ignoring my phone calls so something starts sounding to me suspicious so I went and I decided to double check the invoice to see what the salesman wrote ther and I sure thet he put completely different stove the we never spoke even about this one so as he was Ignoring my phone calls. I decided to go over to the store, and I arrived at the store. The salesman was just sitting empty and ignoring my calls. He was shocked to see me there.asked him why are you Ignoring my phone calls, answered what i didn't Ignore your phone calls and then I told them it's funny because when I called you from a different number you picked up right away. But when we called you multiple times from our number, you didn't pick up. Then I told him you gave me the wrong. Stove, this is the stove that we ordered he started to lie to tell me no you ordered a different stove, and if you want this one, you need to pay more money i told him i was there with my wife im not Stupid dont play games
Nothing help. I didn't have a choice i paid more money that we agreed because we didn't have a stove because they took my old one,
don't buy them because they will scam you

At the Décarie store, no salespersons. Only form fillers to complete orders. “We don’t have time to help you choose”, their words, not mine, and that was after 90 seconds of interaction. I own and rent out high end fully furnished appartements and I have seen this behaviour at that store over multiple interactions, so I can only guess this is the store’s modus operandi.

I bought a oven that after connecting to the electricity, I found out that it doesn't work, even though the device had a one-year warranty and I bought an additional 4-year warranty. Now, I have been contacting the store for three days. Company …. It did not reach any results. Today they told me after 7 days! Tecnician will be there for checking! My expectation was that they would remove this defective gas and bring a new item on the same day

Worst experience ever. The stove stove arrived and didn't work. Called my electrician who said the plug was defective, not grounded. Right now I'm getting to run around to replace a useless stove. PLEASE DON'T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY! Honestly this place should be reported for such terrible service.

The refrigerator couldn’t fit up my stairs because of a glass banister so they had to go through the back yard up the deck and through patio doors! No damage done!
They were quick and efficient!

Très bon échange avec Sarah, très acceuillante, souriante et professionnelle.
On a trouvé tout nos electromenagers et on a pu beneficier d'une petite remise, pourtant on en a fait des magasins, même des magasins spécialisé dans le destockage ou bien des spécialisé dans les electromenagers avec petits defaut esthetique mais c'était plus cher.
Livraison respecté.
Je recommande fortement CAS Décarie

Logistique de livraison défaillante. Même en établissant d'avance une plage horaire, on reçoit un avis la veille hors de cette plage horaire convenue. Livraison reportée de 1 semaine pour recevoir une autre avis la veille potentiellement encore en dehors de la plage horaire convenue. Jeux de hasard jusqu'à ce que ça fonctionne ou pas.

Had my new dryer delivered and it was defective. So i called customer service the same day and they said i have to fill up documents and wait for an email up-to 48h later. Once i did it they said they will send me a repairman. I don't want to repair the dryer i want a new one. I don't want to repair something i never used. I paid for a new machine and i want a new machine not something to repair without even using it. Customer service always says send an email and they will reply up to 48h later. How hard is it to speak to someone. You have my money and i don't have my new dryer. What horrible service. Never again

The salesperson I spoke to was knowledgeable about the products and did not always suggest the most expensive product, if a cheaper one was the better choice. We received exactly what we ordered, and in excellent time. I was also very pleased at the total price. I had expected to pay a lot more for what we got.

July 25th update: I changed from two stars to one star.
The more I exchange with their customer service, the worst they get. Avoid at all cost.

I would advise agains't buying from CAS.
I've really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and to purchase from them multiple times, but it is just a constant stream of bad experiences. From having only one pickup site in Laval (It seems the prioritize logistics over customers having a good experience), customer service never actually helping, selling a clearly previously used product and pretending it's impossible and refusing to help, their computer systems constantly providing bad information and refusing to acknowledge the legal warranty available in Quebec, I think it's best to do everything you can to avoid buying from them. Their low prices may seem interesting, but I'd stay away.
