Salutation cordiale, je vous remercie infiniment de votre collaboration. Le jour de l'anniversaire de ma fille chez Kazoom a été spectaculaire ; l'attention était excellente. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le gâteau, et nous continuerons sans aucun doute à célébrer l'anniversaire de ma fille dans cet endroit. Nos amis ont également apprécié l'attention, et il est possible qu'en cette période, ils souhaitent faire des réservations pour célébrer les anniversaires de leurs enfants à venir. Un grand merci pour tout. Je félicite les personnes qui nous ont accueillis, elles ont fait preuve de patience et de professionnalisme dans leur travail.

Les enfants adorent et ça nous fait un belle place quand la température est pas trop belle al extérieur. Merci beaucoup.

The place is Nice in general, but please stop putting the breastfeeding room in the washroom, the place should be a mom friendly, I can never breastfeed my baby in a washroom, imagine having ur lunch or dinner in the washroom, disgusting no?

Premièrement, il est important de savoir qu’on ne peut pas faire entrer les poussettes. Après nous avoir dit que c’était ok d’avoir la poussette sur le carrelage, car mon bébé dormait (pas sur le tapis, ce qui est totalement compréhensible), la gérante est venue nous demander de la faire sortir. Aussi, il n’y a pas beaucoup de jeux dans la section de moins de 3 ans et les jeux sont vraiment usés. Le menu du café en tant que tel ainsi que la qualité sont faibles.

Don’t recommend, the playground is dirty and unkept. Was not allowed to go get a bottle of water from the car (the water fountains don’t work). Some of the foam on the top was coming apart exposing the metal as well. For 25$ after tax for one child and one adult would recommend going elsewhere.

I visited this place today first time.according to price they don't have updated activities food is very expensive. I will not recommend anyone to go this place.

The place is too small for the price frankly I was shocked by the space! But the place is clean and the staff are nice.for me it's the first and last time.

Great for kids on rainy days - however staff is rude and disrespectful, zero customer service or consideration.

This is a very cute place. We came with our small day camp and the kids loved it! I wish we could bring in strollers, it would make it easier to come with babies.
Shout out to Joy! I called the cafe because I forgot to pay for my drink and she offered to pay for it with her tip money! I'm so impressed with the service and her kindness warmed my.

Needs update for their toys, tables and chairs, and specifically their RULES. We pay 50$ and the manager still argues about throwing our coffee that we got from outside. I am sorry but your food is expensive for no reason. Like why? You are just losing clients. I was a regular client but now it's disgusting how they treat their customers.

Clean and big with a private room to eat your own food. Staff is beyond helpful and kind. Love it here! Highly recommend!

Enough space for kids to run around. However, when it is packed, it might be too crowded.

Food has good quality and fair price.

It is easily accessible from parking in the front of the mall. Free parking.

Its a great place for a playdate or a birthday party. They provide kid's meals and a coffee for the adults. Have individual rooms for birthday parties and the play area is for everyone to enjoy. Great way to get out the energy of those little ones.

We went here as a family of three after checking out from our AirBnb as we had some time to kill before our flight. My son really enjoyed the indoor play ground! We are highly appreciative of the lady who was in charge. She guided us through a lot of things which includes placing our luggage for the duration of our stay to booking a taxi (and even following up with the taxi company and checking up on us while we were waiting for the taxi). Definitely recommend this place!

Nice clean place for kids to run and play around. Most children here are friendly and have not hurt my 2 year old child despite his toddling about.

We just celebrated out daughter's birthday, the staff was just AMAZING.kids had a blast.would definitely have more birthdays there! Again thanks to the amazing staffs.

Excellent service and attention. I celebrated my daughter's birthday and all the guests were very happy, especially the children.
Maybe I would like expansion of more games, maybe a jumping jack. Everything else is very good.

We've visited just today this place with our friends and children and we are highly dissatisfied.
First, we planned to have lunch there together, but all the tables were busy and at the entrance we weren't told that there are no places to sit at the table, otherwise we wouldn't have entered then. So, it turned out that I paid for me $10 (the pay for the 1st adult is included in child's ticket) just to stand in socks there inside? !
Second is that they urge you to take the shoes off and walk around in socks. However, there were pieces of food on the floor and what's more how one should go to the toilet in socks? ! The floor there was wet, the toilet itself was full with poo and didn't flush? ! And it's in the place where there are children? ! OMG? ! What's that? ! All this looks like an insanitation!
And about the menu - there is nothing good to eat, just sandwiches, flies, burgers and nuggets. So, we ordered just smoothies and this is the only thing that was good for which I can give them this one star. I would never recommend this place to those who want to spend nice time with fiends and children and have lunch together.
