Personnel très à l’écoute et disponible pour le client. Ils ont plusieurs animaux et outils/nourriture pour les animaux. J’ai vraiment aimé ma visite, j’ai pu observer les lapins, interagir avec le perroquet qui parle et marcher parmi les incroyables aquariums qui longent les murs. Mes enfants ont adoré cette place, c’était comme un mini parc safari mais gratuit à visiter

Great service! Jeremy helped me with starting my first saltwater tank last week. Gave me all the necessary info and supplies that I needed. Will definitely be back soon to buy the fish!

I used to love this store until I got a beta fish that was clearly not okay. He didn’t last a month which makes me think he wasn’t in good condition to begging with. I was given wrong instructions at the store to feed him every 3 days but k didn’t listen. Online it said every 12h which turned out to be true later. His colour was changing and he wouldn’t go up to eat anymore. I was told he was fine and I insisted something was wrong. A few days later he died. I felt terrible.

Super helpful staff, and always so friendly. I never feel like they're in a rush when I ask questions, and when my kids want to pet the animals they're so patient with them (while at the same time being VERY attentive to the animals themselves)! Love this place

Nature pet store is a decent pet store on the island and serves the majority of the west of the city.

They do not have dogs but before a while ago they used to have.

The layout is nice and easy to find and they have decent pets that you can purchase.

Staff are kind and friendly and will do the best to assist you but you need to approach them.

All in all a good pet store. Just hope to see them have dogs in the near future.

A would reccomend for all looking for a pet.

I’ve been going to Nature once a month for over 5 years now. We really like the staff but unfortunately the prices have gone through the roof and we’ll be forced to take our business elsewhere in the future. A bag of hay (small bag) used to cost $14.99 + tax just 6 weeks ago. Today I went in and was shocked to see the price is now $18.99 + tax. For HAY! That’s a 30% increase? I like to give the smaller stores my business…. But this is flat out robbery. It’s too bad…. If it was a smaller increase I would understand. I’m even willing to pay a little more so the big box chains don’t get my business. But this is just too much. I’m not a big Walmart fan but I guess I have no choice.

Animals are pretty well trained before you buy them but in the fish area they ask for too big aquariums

Does Olivia from the bird section still work there? She was the friendliest girl, always gave a great service. I haven't seen her in a while. We got multiple birds from her. Always very pleasant and knowledgable. If she still works there ask for her.

Got my ball python here in April. Bred by Alicia (spelling?), an employee in the reptile section. She's a healthy, hungry snake! Good pricing on feeders too. Thanks!

I have been going to this Nature Pet Center for many years for birds, cats and fish. The staff there is always very knowledgeable and there are many long timers there who seem like they just love what they do!

I went with a cpe daycare we were in there not even 10 than they said we have to leave because we weren't following the rule! But really we all followed the rules.we had on or masks, we kept social distancing, we didn't make noise and we didn't touch the glass from the cages! All those rules they asked us to keep and we did, but they sent us ot anyway! They were very OBNOXIOUS!

I wasn't sure if I should a 3 star or a 4 star review. I got my 2 baby rats there. The staff is always really good with explaining what comes with having a pet (this time a rodent). Pretty much everything is perfect, besides the fact that one of the rats I got was already sick and had an upper respiratory infection. "It happens" I thought, but I came to the store some time ago like I usually do and saw that the rats were taken out so their compartment could be cleaned. I obviously went to look at them and I heard multiple little sneezes. Usually that would mean some sort of an infection. I highly recommend making sure the rats are fine before taking any, since vet runs aren't cheap at all.

J'y allais pour des poissons à l'ouverture du magasin, les trois employés sur place ont toujours tenté de rester hors de ma vue et quand je me suis mis en évidence et qu'ils m'ont vue ils semblait pressé de faire autres choses et aucun ne m'a dit quoi que ce soit. Les gars je m'adresse à vous directement, voici comment le service à la clientèle fonctionne: Bonjour monsieur, c'est l'heure où je dois nourrir les poissons, si vous voulez je peux vous montrer ce que je donne à chacun, sinon je vais noter où je suis rendu et je vais continuer plus tard ou mon collègue x va pouvoir vous aider.

Il faut toujours se rappeler que ce sont les clients qui mettent de l'argent dans vos comptes.

Very big, with the variety of animals, food, toys and any other stuff you need for your pet. There are also lovely animals you can adopt.

Excellent service and selection. They give good and honest advice. Great employees who are passionate and dedicated to pets. Good for all pets not just dogs and cats. They also have lots of aquarium fish, small mammals and reptiles.

Wow! J'ai adoré mon expérience, j'ai eu beaucoup d'informations importantes pour prendre soin de mes oiseaux de la part de Cynthia et elle a pris le temps de bien répondre à mes besoins et mes attentes. Le centre nature pointe-claire n'est pas le centre le plus près de chez moi, mais c'est celui que j'ai adopté, car j'y trouve une grande plus value en terme de richesse d'information avec Cynthia et aussi sur la disponibilité d'un grand inventaire en magasin. Mon berger allemand raffole de leur sac d'os de boeuf variés que je trouves seulement à pointe-claire et mes oiseaux sont ravis de leur nouvelle volière extérieure. Ce centre nature vaut vraiment le déplacement et si vous avez des oiseaux, Cynthia est la meilleure pour vous conseiller!

Great place. The staff is very nice. I was helped by Jeremy and he was amazing! He was so nice and knowledgeable. Jeremy showed me all the possibilities I had for my aquarium and gave me lots of great tips and tricks!

Its a big place and in my opinion you could find almost all the things there. They also have rescued cats and dogs for adoption.

Be careful if you are buying birds … huge outbreak of borna here you’ll pay 1k for a sick bird… and 10k on vet bills.stay safe if you have birds and come here, wash your hands before touching your babies.

Amazing service from most of the staff, especially Alicia and Robbins in the reptile and aquarium department. Very polite and treats us like family. All my animals I have gotten here are in perfect health besides one fish which Robbins replaced right away. The sélection of 'odd' pets is very limited like most shops but Alicia is very knowlagable and passionnent about them and Its very easy to talk to her about care for mantis' and spiders, i learned alot from her.
Only complaint is they seem not to all agree on the right care for the animals. Example, an employe told us not to feed our fish 48 hours after we got them, making our fish eat one of our loachs. The next day we went in and the manager told us that that advice was ridicules and we should feed our fish everyday 2-3 times a day. So we did that and the next couple of weeks our amonia was high due to over feeding, when we went to get our water tested another employe said to only feed them a little bit once a day.
Besides that tho this is a great place, and the staff is amazing.

I adopted a Quaker Parrot from this pet store in September 2019. Little did I know what I was getting into.

This establishment had an Avian Bornavirus outbreak within their store and had no idea.

I fell in love with my girl and I had to watch her over the span of 6 months as she deteriorated while I tried to save her life. I spent roughly $10,000 in medical bills and treatments trying to find the cause.

I have been in contact with this store throughout and they have seen the progression of my poor baby.

The day we finally had our answer and discovered she was Bornavirus Positive. I went to inform the store considering they sold a bunch of Quakers who were infected and potentially every other bird that came into contact with the contaminated objects, I was greeted by ALL new staff who seriously couldn't care less and had NO clue what kind of terminal disease I was talking about. Yet they're the "experts" and I found myself having to teach them.

I also asked them where they get their birds and they could not answer me.

I never felt so low after leaving this pet store. I did not go into the store expecting to receive anything, some compassion and knowledge would have been nice. But I wanted to inform them that they are selling sick birds. Instead, it was comparable to talking to a wall.

I lost my girl on March 19th, 2021 to the Avian Bornavirus.

I never leave reviews on any establishment but I hope this will raise awareness of the Bornavirus and the outbreaks at these stores. Be careful when purchasing a parrot, check if they've been tested for the 4 diseases along with where they receive their birds.
