I have an appointment with them and I arrived on time too.but still It took more than 5 hours to unload 12 skids…poor service.they don’t know how to talk with the driver.for me it’s zero star ️

They are too slow only 2 skids and it's been 3 hours and now theyv took off one skid and went to the break 15 mints earlier I had tomatoes and now it's been 45 mint no one is in the office or in the wearhouse plz don't come to this location it's worst they don't care about the drivers they are just spending their shift that's all and putting their hours to make money

A chaque fois que je vien ils prennent un temps complètement fou pour vider. A quoi ça sert d'avoir des rendez-vous si vous prenez les camions 7h après? Je suis arrivé à l'heure du rendez-vous à 1am il m'appelle seulement à 8am pour vider. Et c'est pas vide encore.

Quand est-ce que l'on va se réveiller, sans camion ils peuvent fermer la boutique, donc soit ils sont correcte avec nous soit on arrête d'y aller.
Personnellement c'est la dernière fois qu'ils me verrons chez eux. Je reviendrai quand ils auront appris à respecter les chauffeurs.

Attendre 5h pour livrer 2 palettes, alors que je suis arrivé à l’avance de mon rendez-vous, pas de sens…

I give 2 star because they have over night parking. Clean washroom.
Appointment was next day early morning. I reached one day before evening time 2000 they give me door right way but unloading done next day 9 o’clock.

No respect for driver waiting
They complain if you are late but takes hours to unload a truck

Had a nice experience and even got the English speaking guy to help me. Wait time is pretty modest and docks have lots of space. Start unloading right away.

I wanna give them negative rating. They have no value for appointments.
1. They are ultra slow and lazy, it took 7 hours on dock to unload my trailer.
2. The security guards are so rude and arrogant.
3. If you have any pick on same day then they will waste your whole day. This is one of the worst places for delivery.
My whole day wasted and got my pickup cancelled.
4. Good thing is they have overnight parking and large space for truck maneuvers.

I always have banana deliveries and I always like to go to metro for deliveries. They open at 6h am for bananas and within 1.5h, I am already out. There is always the same guy that does that and he is very nice and polite.
