J'écris jamais de review mais cette fois-ci il fallait! Dr. Sikorski et l'assistante à ses côtés étaient tellement professionnelles. Je suis rentrée en douleurs extrême pour un traitement canal et elles m'ont mise à l'aise, on été délicate et efficace. De la minute où j'étais le moindrement inconfortable, elle me demandais si j'étais okay et me laissait savoir à quelle étape nous étions dans la procedure ce que j'appréciais beaucoup. Transparente, qualifiée et rassurante, elles m'ont redonné confiance envers les dentiste. Merci beaucoup!

Dr Melki and her Assistant Althea are simply amazing! They changed my mind about going to the dentist (which has previously been traumatic in the past). So kind, patient and zero pain! Dr Melki is an absolute Pro! Im forever grateful

Best endodontics center i have ever visited, I had a very serious issue in my tooth, another dentist broke 2 peaces of metal inside my tooth and doctor Bassel Kano was able to extract them in a very professional way, thanks a lot for the amazing treatment:)

Dr Kano performed a root canal (my first) while explaining the different steps as we had agreed. My patient experience was excellent; I highly recommend this clinic.

Nice place, except one dental assistant who hates her life. I asked why I have to do an X-ray again, when I had it from my regular dentist last week. Her response (in a rude tone) was: “WELL WE DON’T HAVE IT, SO”. When I asked again why the other clinic can’t send it, her response was “WELL THEY DIDN’T SEND IT, SO”. She had the same attitude during the x-ray.

Dr. Klus was very professional, but I’m not sure if I’d recommend this place.

I went back for a root canal today, and the same assistant was coughing and sniffling over my face during the entire procedure. I was uncomfortable and when we were done, I asked if she was sick, which is a fair question. She gave me a HUGE attitude and said it was from smoking, then ROLLED her eyes.

I expect to be able to ask SIMPLE questions to a technician. There are lots of dental specialist clinics out there, and they’re all qualified, so I don't see any reason for anyone to go here and deal with trashy behaviour, especially as a paying customer/patient. It can unnecessarily ruin your experience at a clinic, which was otherwise fine (nice dentist and front desk staff).

All I can say is…if you don’t like your job, quit. Customer service is not for everyone. I’m almost embarrassed for this person, because this kind of attitude is very trashy/ghetto imo.
