Poor customer service, poor staff, not knowledgeable enough to serve the public. I have been notarized document for over 15 years came to find out they dont do it here I must go to a jean coutu, went to a different desjardins o queen marry was told they still do it. It's not the first time the salaberey branch staff do not know what they are doing messed up my credit because one staff member did not do his job problem. I will be closing all my banking accounts with them I think it is time indeed.

Employees waste your time making you wait for nothing. Follow up never happens and they make you wait on the line if you try to call them and hang up. When you go there and ask to talk to someone, they tell you no one's available or that the person in charge is on their break time. I went 3 times over there and every time I felt the employees are lying and laughing at me. I don't know who voted 4 or 5 stars on this place, but it's probably people that only used the atm to get some money. All members of my familly will be closing their accounts at this chaotic place this year.
