Bad experience at Desjardins Little Italy today. They open at 9: 30, but don't expect them to be ready to do anything for you right away, they need another 10 minutes to be fully prepared to help customers. And then, if you ask for something a bit more sophisticated, such as an international funds transfer, they will ask you to wait another 10 minutes without even providing any explanation as to why you need to wait nor pretending that they are sorry about the whole thing. Avoid.
