Je n'ai jamais vu ça de ma vie. 8' en retard à un rendez vous et ils m'ont chargé 60$ et disent de revenir une prochaine fois, ou j'ai attendu 15' après mon heure de rdv.ils poussent à la vente comme des vendeurs de voiture c'est incroyable, voulait faire une facette sur une dent qui allait tombée 2 semaines après, la dent bougeait déjà, etc etc.tenez vous loin de ces vendeurs qui veulent s'en mettre pleins les poches! Greffes de gencives, Plaque oclusoires a 800$, détartrage aux 4 mois etc.vous aurez la totale pour dépenser un max alors que ce n'est pas nécessaire pour une bouche en pleine santé

New to the clinic. Great first experience. Dr. Victor Nguyen and his assistant were very professional with respect to both treatment process and advice. A lot of places try to push treatments that are not needed, which was not the case in this clinic for me.
I can't comment on price vs other places, but I can comment on experience vs value, which I found was very good personally.

I was super disappointed with the service I got (expensive) and in addition what was done never sold this issue.

Went in with a toothache got quoted nearly 1100 for the operation. Decided to get a quote elsewhere to compare. Ended up saving nearly 700$ by going to another Dentist at Lasalle. Overpriced.

Very bad experience, I had call before my visit to make sure that they accept my insurance and they admitted it. After finishing my appointment they asked me to pay in advance and then I can claim the amount with my insurance. Unfortunately, I have contacted the insurance and they will not refund me. Appreciate you are being unclear with your patients, and your only concern is to charge them without any respect of your words!

I came for a cavity that had been diagnosed in the summer. I was well received at the desk, and I didn't wait long. Then a young employee cordially escorted me to the treatment room. There, I was cordially received by a young dental assistant who seated me and gave me protective eye glasses. Soon after, Dr. Sophia bojji came in. She was very friendly. I had met her before. She had reviewed my file, so she explained to me the procedure. She did it fast and very efficiently while making sure I was comfortable and pain-free. At the end, she checked all the teeth, the gums, and the palate to make sure there were not other problems. The Amari Dental Center is in a newly renovated building and maintains high hygiene standards. Also, the cost of treatment is very reasonable compared to other dental clinics. Finally, they are very honest. They do not do unnecessary dental work just to make money. I really appreciate the service they provide. This good review is based on my personal experience and is very true. I have had another great experience very recently. Two days ago, as I was eating dinner, I felt something wrong. I checked my teeth and noticed a molar lost a good piece. Yesterday, Friday morning, I called the clinic because I was extremely worried and needed an emergency appointment the same day. At first they couldn’t take me because they were fully booked, but later, they gave me an appointment in the afternoon. Dr. LeSage saw me and gave me 2 options: the cheaper one a filling and the more expensive a crown. He recommended a crown though because now there’s still a part of the molar to support the crown, but if in the future the filling breaks along with the rest of the molar, they won’t be able to put a crown. The clinic staff know that people have a certain budget, and they are also not greedy, so they don’t impose the higher price option. A crown is usually made in a dental lab, so it’s more expensive than a filling. It’s about $2200 including the dentist’s fee, the lab fee and everything else. It costs much more at other clinics. Therefore, I decided to opt for the crown. I am thankful that you gave me an appointment on the same day.

I was extremely satisfied with my first visit. I was worried with my 20 months old daughter whose gum was infected. I took an appointment on another clinic for later in this month. Then I called them to see if I can bring my daughter urgently but they had denied. Then I called Centre dentraire Amari who welcome me and gave me an appointment. They were super nice to my family. I will keep visiting this location for my both kids from now on. Thanks Amari again for your good service.

Horrible gestion, manque de professionnalisme… mon rendez-vous était coupé en 2 car ils étaient trop occupé pour me faire ma procédure au complet. Juste avant de me dire qu’il n’avait pas le temps de faire la 2em partie et que je devrais revenir. Le dentiste ma gelé la 2em gencive pour rien… Je n’ai jamais vécue une situation aussi ridicule.

Everyone is very nice and professional. Made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. Happy to have finally found a spot to go back to for follow ups. Was able to book an appointment in the following 24hr of my request.

Nice people with top of the line equipment.
They push the ‘night mouth guard’ to me and others I suggested to go there. Unfortunately it feels like they are more interested in maxing out the insurance with this optional night guard accessory.
I also had to pay the difference of over $200 which they neglected to inform me until after I received the plaster casting.

I took my daughter to the dentist today. She expected a small gift as usual when she went to the dentist. And today after several services, she asked for a gift and there is no gift as all. Then she complained non-stop from they way back to home as she's familiar with receiving "the medal" after teeth treatment.
A suggestion for the Centre is you should have some small gifts such as sticker, kid toothbrushes, Children may lost motivation to where they 're scare to go to without a gift - a medal of their brave.

Honestly, I was scared to go to a dentist because of the procedures I had to go through, but they made me feel comfortable and reassured me, they are really sweet. The explanations, the procedure, everything was great.

I have been a patient of Dr. Lam for the past 3 years and I will not go any where else.she is very professional and skilled. I had 3 teeth with root canal treatments that had done by doctor Lam and she also extracted my badly destructed tooth smoothly and professionally. I trust her work completely. The assistant ia an amazing person she is very calming and professional. Thank you for the entire team

Be careful! If you're told something that doesn't ring right, get a second opinion! I was told I had four cavities and got a second opinion, since I never get cavities. The enamel had worn down on my teeth but I did not have ANY cavities. My old dentist fixed the issue for next to nothing. Saved myself considerable cost.

My experience with CDA was five star. I had an emergency tooth pull as a walk in patient. The clinics communication was professional from my initial call to the follow up. I needed X-rays and a thorough extensive teeth cleaning before the extraction. The teeth cleaning was comfortable. The Hygienist was clear in her instructions and experienced with her tool and hand precision. The Dentist and Dental Assistant performed the extraction with empathic professionalism, compared like a tango dance where each lead but together. Explanation of further health saving procedures were relatable. Preventative care instructions for my health care were delivered without shame or blame but rather with genuine consideration for their patient. I recommend CDA for all your dental needs.

Ne faites pas affaire ce centre dentaire qui n’a aucun respect des rendez-vous qu’ils donnent. Ils sont systématiquement en retard. Éviter à tout prix ce cabinet.

Une de mes meilleurs experience chez le dentist. Le staff sont tres chalereux. L hygeniste dentaire etais tellement douce et a l ecoute et le dentiste a fait un travail incroyable.
