Dr Kadoch est impeccable. Extrêmement professionnelle, empathique, gentille et son équipement est a la fine pointe de la technologie. Jamais de douleur pour aucune procédure. Mon hygiéniste dentaire préférée est Maika, elle est très efficace, douce et professionnelle également. J’ai tout de même aimé mon expérience avec toutes les hygiénistes de la clinique quand je n’ai pas pu être avec Maika.

Very caring welcoming space, especially for my 4 year olds first visit to the dentist. I could not have picked a better location. What an overall good experience. 10/10 recommend.

Malheureusement, mon expérience n'a pas été la même. On me promet au téléphone que j'aurais un rendez-vous pour réparation d'une dent la même journée. On m'avise une fois sur place que pas possible de me voir la même journée.
J'ai exprimé ma déception très poliment et on m'a donné un rendez-vous, la même journée, mais j'ai payé cher, le fait d'avoir fait part de ma déception. En revenant, l'higinieste dentaire était hostile et on a du recommencer ma dent, car croche. Pour finir le tout, on ne fait pas ma réclamation et j'ai du la faire en ligne. 628 $ dollar plus tard et très insatisfaite. On n'a pas le droit d'exprimer les deception, mais seulement les bon coup sans sentir, que l'on vous fais sentir mal de s'exprimer.
Désolée, mais il aura de l'amelioration à faire et cela pour votre bien.

This place is great! I’ve been to many different clinics in the past and this one is by far the best one. I moved 20min away this year (2023) and will still be going back to this clinic for my cleanings.

The team here is so friendly and always smiling, which is nice. I always get my teeth cleaned by Josiane and have never experienced any pain because she’s always so gentle. For those who have been to multiple dental clinics in their life, I’m sure you know how rare this is to come by. I’m always amazed every time I get a cleaning done.

All in all, I’m very satisfied with Nathalie Kadoch‘s dental clinic and have no intention on going anywhere else. Nathalie is always so warm & welcoming and really does great work! I’ve also witnessed Nathalie and her team interact with kids and you can really see how they go out of their way to make the children feel at ease as much as possible. They really have a fantastic team.

So yeah! I just felt like I should share that with everyone:)

I am so very happy that I visited this dentist's office. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend Dre Nathalie Kadoch. I met with Louisette, the hygienist who gave me a very thorough exam and cleaning and Dr. Liu who was my dentist and both were absolutely amazing.

Very disappointed with this clinic.
I read all the positive reviews and felt like it's a no brainer to go to this clinic.
First time I went - they messed up billing completely putting me in a bad position with my insurance company. They did not own up to it just wanted to charge me and let me deal with the damage that THEY did with the insurance company.

2nd time - I went because of a discolored fixture. They shaved it all off, and restructured it in a way that isn't suitable to my mouth (no xrays, no verification that the new structure is actually good for me) I am suffering from pain every day since I let them work on my teeth and have to go to a different professional in hope they can help me fix the damage this clinic did to me.

STRONGLY suggest to go to a different clinic.
