I went for a cleaning for my wife and myself and I must say how wonderful the staff was.
Starting with the receptionist and how happy and joyful energy.work
The hygienist Samira was god sent super gentile calm wonderful communication skills and I must add probably the cleanest I've ever seen my teeth thank you again samira and all the staff will sure be coming back here again

Dr. Pham is like an angel in my mouth he’s so gentle and his fillings and work he does is the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been coming to him since I was a little boy I’m 41 now and would not ever go anywhere else. I went somewhere else once and it was a mistake. Go see for yourself you will be very satisfied. When I say angel in my mouth I’m very serious that’s what I tell him.

I have been a patient with Centre Dentaire NP since 2006. Dr. Kim is highly competent, and the front receptionist, Flo, always friendly. The true star of the place is Tiffany, the dental hygienist. She is genuinely passionate about her occupation and takes her time to explain every procedure, putting you at ease, unlike others I have had in the past. She is of a special breed.

Horrible experience here. Dr. Tam will suggest the most expensive treatment - NOT the required one. He cares more about the money than the patients.

Dr Phan is the best of the best. After five friends highly recommended him, I decided to go since other dentists refused to do my implants. Dr Phan accepted. He is always available and involved in all of my dental procedures. He gives personalized care and is extremely compassionate. Whenever I have had an issue with my implant, he scheduled an immediate appointment. I am so grateful to have Dr Phan as my dentist. I give him the highest accolades.

The team headed by Dr Phan is great. Whenever we had an emergency, they were there for us. Given my advanced age, i have had a few implants, all done perfectly with no complications.

Very bad experience in Centre dentaire NP. They over charge every procedure code. With this overcharge price, i haven't experienced the corresponding service at all.
They will ask you to do Xray examination during every tooth cleaning.
The attitude of the front desk is veryyy impolite (old lady), Every time I ask for the clarification of the invoice, she is very inpatient. They never explain to me about each procedure code and what does that for.just asked me to verify with my insurance company myself.for children's dental expense, they never tell us, some can be covered by RAMQ, and charged us high expense every time for the filling and cleaning.
Over all it's very bad experience. Especially the communication with the old lady in front desk!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! My parents and I have been patients for over 20 years (since I was a baby— they keep my picture in my file haha) and we always leave with a smile. All the staff is friendly, professional and always makes sure you're comfortable. Thank you:)

Immediately when you walk in the door Fil makes you feel right at home.
I had to do a crown that's a 2 hours job and I totally admit it I was a bit worried but what a great, smooth experience here Gianna was friendly and helpful, Dr Hassan was very professional and excellent service,
he explained very well what was going on, step by step you get the feeling that you are in good hands.
I wish I had switched to them sooner.would highly recommend to anyone!

I love this dentist. The staff is very kind and professional. I used to be so insecure about my teeth but ever since I went to this dentist this staff has made me feel like home and I'm so much more confident.

I was naturally missing a tooth and i am so happy that Dr. Phan and his team managed to give me a beautiful smile and close the space without needing a dental implant. You think because I rated another dentist 5 star 2 years ago fir the great service and a pizza shop also a perfect rating that my rating is fake because I gave you a grade of 1 which is what you deserved. Very clean clinic, with a great staff that make going to the dentist actually enjoyable! I have been coming here for years and could not recommend a better place. They not only do their jobs, but they do them very well.

I have been going to this clinique for a long time now and I can say that they treat there cllients very well. I am very happy with all the work that they do for me.

I have not had a pleasant experience there at all. Staff is rude, and when they promise you something, follow up because it won't be done. Very clean clinic but what's the point when you're not valued as a patient.oh I almost forgot, if they tell you it's ok, your insurance covered it, keep holding your breathe because they will charge you personally as well next time telling you the insurance didn't pay enough.weird when your insurance covers 100% of x-ray.not an honest clinic.wow almost forgot, do seek another opinion if told to get braces by Doctor Kim. I did and was told I didn't need them, but the clinic was happy to follow up to make an appointment for braces.easy 7-8k

Honestly this place deserved more than 5 stars! The staff is incredibly nice and the clinic is super clean. I've been going here for so long and I am always happy about my experience. I 100% recommend this place. Today, I had Natallia and she is really friendly and did a great job on my cleaning. Do not hesitate to come here, you will not regret it!

With their new location, the facilities and equipment are top of the line. I highly recommend Tiffany as dental hygienist - her careful technique and cheerful personality make every visit a pleasant one.

State-of-the-art technology, friendly and highly skilled staff and dentists. The biggest plus for me is the care they take to my comfort and pain levels. My jaw gets stuck sometimes and they find ways to make it easy and pain free. They really care about their patients.

Beautiful new clinic. They were able to find me an appointment quickly when my teeth started hurting before my vacations. I would definitely recommend this place.

Cette clinique prend soins du confort de leurs patients ainsi que de la qualité de travail effectuée! Je recommende ce centre dentaire si vous avez besoin d'un nettoyage, traitement Invisalign, Implant ou simplement pour un urgence car ils sauront vous accommoder!

I have visited the center NP many times and I have always been treated with a great respect, high professionalism and excellent service. Whenever I had an appointment, I waited maximum 5 minutes. The respect and the service was extremely high level, what was so different from all the other dental centers I had visited before.
