Le commis qui m’a servi a bien répondu à mes questions sur la pose de mon pavé uni. Cependant, j’ai senti un peu d’arrogance ou de nonchalance de sa part ce qui ne m’a pas mis en confiance. Je voulais de la roche 0-3/4 à un prix raisonnable (bien que pas le moins cher du coin), mais la livraison était plus chère, soit le double, qu’un autre endroit spécialisé en horticulture mais vendant aussi de la roche pas très loin sur la même rue. Le commerce me semble quand même “legit”. Peut-être que vous aurez une meilleure expérience.

Dites dont à votre chauffeur de truck qu'il se calme le ponpon, c'est pas très bon pour l'image avec le nom de la compagnie écrit en grosses lettres sur les portes.

Service ordinaire. Tout le monde fait semblant de pas te voir. Plus intéressé aux commandes commerciales.

Excellent service, j'ai commandé de la terre à 6h30 et je reçois ma commande 4h plus tard. Service très efficace.

Expensive, 40 ft of 3.5" thick ×12" coping stones cost me $650. Customer service was a bit lazy to come look outside at what we wanted and almost ended up getting the wrong thing, but suuuuuper happy with the look in the end.

The $650 charge doesn't include delivery of $180 or something. We had a friend go back with a pickup truck instead.

Servicing a client, blowing leaves and dirts beside side walk, zero respect towards pedestrians. Old lady was waiting to cross the street for at least 2-3 minutes until we reach the intersection. Staff still didn't stop, dirts blowed in our eyes and on clothes.

Purchased a tree last fall and it turned out to be a dud. They refused to help in any way.
Did not even bother to respond to my repeated requests. Will not buy from here again.

Nous avons acheté une géotextile et finalement, pendant nos travaux, nous avons réalisé que nous n'en avions pas besoin. Avant toute chose, nous avons téléphoné et avons demandé si nous pouvions nous faire rembourser. Ils nous ont répondu oui. Lors du retour, soudainement, ce n'était plus possible. Après un long argument, ils ont accepté de nous rembourser 50%. Nous avons encore plusieurs travaux à faire, et plusieurs choses à acheter. Nous ferons certainement nos prochains achats dans une autre pépinière.

Ordered a large quantity of soil from here last summer in 2018 and realized that I had been duped only this year unfortunately. I ordered for more than 500$ of soil mix which was supposed to be composted manure, but seeing how poor the soil that I added to the garden is this year, I realized that it was mostly peat. Extremely disappointed that I spent so much money and then was delivered a subpar product. Deceitful behaviour.

Goog value. Lots of choices. But the forklift operators are grumpy and have attitudes. Other than that it's all good.

Très bel endroit pour aller acheter et visiter à chaque année. Prix plus cher qu'ailleurs mais la qualité est exceptionnelle et ça vaut le coup d'y aller. Sans dire que le service est exceptionnelle à chaque fois que j'y vais.

We have a friend who claims to be self sufficient all year round in planting his own vegetables. He has a large outside garden transformed into a heated greenhouse during winter time. We are nowhere close to being self sufficient! So for now, this is the one place that we come to get our vegetable plants, and flowers year after year. Tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, cucumber, lettuce, chilli, balsamic herbs, just to name a few. Price, quality and service is what we are after, and this place has exactly what we are looking for. We do, from time to time, window shop elsewhere to put our mind at ease and have never, so far, been disappointed.

If you cannot find the perfect flowers that you are looking for, then I would be most surprised.

Service is always impeccable, from general inquiries to getting help loading a few rolls of turf into your car.
